Anderson, who sat down with "Good Morning America," described Sheen snorting a "white powdery substance" and recounted the moment when she felt things took a turn for the worse, saying, "When I became really uncomfortable is when he put his hands around my neck."

Anderson -- who was there with her lawyer, Keith Davidson -- said she plans on filing a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court.

UPDATE 9:10 AM PT -- We shot Capri and her lawyer heading into a law office, where the lawyer stated Capri plans on suing for battery and false imprisonment.

TMZ broke the story ... Tony filed his own divorce papers in Texas, just days after Eva filed in California. Sources tell us Eva's side had absolutely no idea Tony's lawyer filed the docs -- and, we're told, Eva was "very upset" when she found out.

According to our sources, both Tony and Eva want their prenup enforced. But when Eva's lawyer filed the divorce papers, the attorney checked the box that reserved Eva's right to collect spousal support -- something we're told is inconsistent with their prenup.

Sources say ... since Tony's lawyer felt Eva's divorce papers left open the possibility she would challenge the prenup, he wanted to protect his client by filing in Texas, which several experts tell us could be beneficial to Tony in terms of enforcing the prenup.

In the end, sources connected with the couple tell us Eva and Tony are in sync -- all was calm on Sunday -- but right now there are two divorce petitions in two states, and someone's gotta give.

We're told Mel is appearing because he wants the judge to see how serious he is about getting full custody, on grounds Oksana is hurting Lucia by going on what he considers a public smear campaign rooted in lies. We're told Mel's team believes Oksana's conduct -- especially in the face of Judge Scott Gordon warning her to stay silent -- smacks of instability.

As we reported, Mel also wants Judge Gordon to give Oksana supervised visitation only and no overnights with the baby ... at least for the time being.

According to our sources, Mel's nanny arrived at the scheduled time of 10:00 AM to pick up the baby for her overnight visit, but Oksana would not answer the door.

We're told as the stand-off continued, things got heated and Mel -- who was not at Oksana's place -- was one step away from calling the cops. At noon, Oksana finally released the baby to the nanny.

Sources connected with Oksana tell this story -- Lucia was returned late by Mel's nanny earlier in the week so this was a pre-arranged make-good.

As we first reported, Mel's lawyers will ask Judge Scott Gordon on Monday to strip Oksana of custody and overnights, and give her supervised visitation.

It's been reported today that Lindsay was fired from the planned Linda Lovelace biopic "Inferno." But sources who have spoken to Lindsay within the last hour tell us Lindsay decided to drop out from the film so that she could focus more on her recovery.

We're told Lindsay felt the project no longer felt right -- but that she and the director, Matthew Wilder, remain on good terms and hope to work together in the future.

UPDATE: A rep for Lindsay adds that Lindsay is "concentrating on her recovery" and calls the decision to leave the film "mutual."

The text -- sent on June 2, 2010 from Oksana to Eric George, the lawyer who negotiated her $15 million mediation package -- is riddled with buyer's remorse, complaining that George never told her about a domestic violence claim, which could have upped the ante.

Underscoring how important the tapes were during the mediation, Oksana says, "Forget about the tapes for the moment. This is the case of domestic violence." The point -- no one raised the issue of domestic violence during the mediation -- it was about the tapes.

Oksana explains to George her relationship with Mel ended "because of Mels (sic) domestic violence, the only reason and the fact, with proof, and I run away to save my children."

Then Oksana lays her cards on the table: "If the opposition is buying my silence, please, we have to renegotiate the custody portion and to secure the monetory (sic)."

Also in the text, Oksana makes it clear she knows her strongest bargaining chip: "He doesn't want this publicity."

Oksana ends the text by saying, "I have lots of questions about the moneytory (sic) part also, i'd (sic) like us to get together and discus (sic) everything," adding, "I'm not bluffing."

Tony's divorce petition was filed in Bexar County, Texas. The stamp shows today's date. Sources connected with Tony confirm a document was filed.

Eva filed for divorce earlier in the week in Los Angeles, CA., setting up a legal battle over where the case will be heard. Texas divorces can be handled quickly -- in as little as 60 days.

According to the petition, which was filed by initials -- W.P and E.P. -- Tony states the reason for the divorce: "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."

Here's what's interesting ... As we first reported, the couple signed a prenup, but in Tony's petition he makes no mention of it. To the contrary, he writes, "Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estate." Since they've already signed a prenup, the word "will" is curious.

Tony's petition also states, "Petitioner owns certain separate property that is not part of the community estate of the parties ..."

The rep continues, "Initial field screening was negative for hazardous substances but will be transported to a regional lab for further testing. A joint investigation is continuing."

Cops and other emergency responders raced to CBS Television City studio late Friday after a white powder substance was discovered by a member of the "Dancing with the Stars" staff ... and sources tell us Bristol Palin may have been the intended target.

Law enforcement sources tell us a powder substance was discovered by a member of the "Dancing" staff ... and sources connected to the show tell us a section of the studio containing "Dancing" offices was evacuated.

Linda Ransom -- who has been arrested 5 times for trespass, stalking, etc. -- is just days away from getting out of a mental institution after being declared incompetent in 2009.

Goldblum (above, driving in L.A. today) -- who had a restraining order against Ransom which expired while Ransom was locked up -- was just notified Ransom is days away from getting out, so he had his lawyer go to court today and ask the judge for a new order.

But the judge decided there was no need for a new order, and that Goldblum should just wait until she gets out of the mental institution and threatens him again.

Indiana officials confirm ... the 20-year-old faces two felony counts and one misdemeanor for allegedly attacking 24-year-old Gary Shirley three separate times from August 2009 to July 2010.

Officials have acknowledged that the criminal investigation was launched after the MTV show aired -- which included footage of Amber smacking Shirley several times.

Cops say Amber not only slapped Shirley in front of the kid -- but she also punched him several times in the face and upper-body.

According to the documents, in addition to attempting to take custody away from Oksana Grigorieva, Mel's lawyers will ask Judge Scott Gordon to award her visitation, but only with a monitor. And Mel's lawyers want the judge to deny Oksana any overnight visits with the baby.

Mel's lawyers argue in the documents that Oksana's false and derogatory statements to the media about Mel and the attempt to sully his character show she is not acting in the best interests of Lucia. Oksana trashed Mel last night on "Larry King Live."

Oksana said she was holding their daughter Lucia during the alleged attack -- and that it occurred in front of the son she had with actor Timothy Dalton.

Sources connected with Tony tell TMZ ... Tony did indeed have a "sexting relationship" with Erin Barry, the estranged wife of former San Antonio Spur Brent Barry, but it ended months ago. The sources insist, "They never had a physical relationship."

And sources connected with Tony tell TMZ ... Tony and Eva were well aware that the divorce would be filed. We're told Tony was planning on filing for divorce in San Antonio, Texas because it was more convenient, but, "Eva talked him out of it because she wanted to file in Los Angeles."

According to Dr. Ross Shelden's

, Oksana showed up at his office at 9 AM on January 7, 2010. Dr. Shelden claims he observed two "fractured front teeth, minor abrasions on her face and bruising to the left temple area of her face."

Dr. Shelden says, "[Oksana] broke down and admitted to me that she was hit the night before in Malibu," and then reluctantly admitted Mel was the culprit, saying, "...she was extremely nervous about this information getting out to the public."

As TMZ first reported, Dr. Shelden has changed his story several times. Dr.Shelden has said Oksana's veneers were damaged but her teeth were not fractured -- and TMZ has confirmed that to be the case.

Dr. Shelden has also said Oksana was not punched in the mouth.

Notice in the pictures there is no evidence of bruising. As we reported, Dr. Shelden claims Oksana hid the bruising with her hair and makeup.
