Among the messages Charlie has sent -- "Please lose the number, we are closed ... please drive through ... thank you."

Another text reads, "Right now we are on lockdown."

We're told Charlie is taking his treatment seriously and wants to go back to work by the end of the month.

Sources tell us ... Oksana met the two investigators on January 26, and the investigators fired off a barrage of questions for an hour-and-a-half.

We're told the investigators were particularly interested in why Oksana decided to hire a civil lawyer rather than a family law attorney when she tried negotiating a settlement with Mel. The upshot -- the investigators want to know if Oksana was gunning for a payout in return for keeping the explosive tapes secret.

The dancing went down after a boozy dinner at the home of Charlie's friend George Santo Pietro -- where the actor was accompanied by several porn stars and even a few non-professionals.

Just as shocking as Charlie's spastic MJ-esque impersonation -- a photo of a smiling Charlie showing off a mouthful of solid gold dental work. Captain Jack Sparrow would be proud!

Sources connected with the former couple tell TMZ ... whenever Gabriel would read a story about Nahla that referred to her as "black," he would go off, insisting his baby was white. We're told Gabriel would tell Halle and others they should demand a "retraction" when such references were made regarding his daughter.

As TMZ previously reported, sources tell us Gabriel has called Halle the "N" word -- and one woman previously involved with him referred to him as a "borderline racist."

Kristian Herzog was scheduled to testify under oath Friday -- but according to sources with knowledge of the case ... he just called lawyers on both sides to say he's under the weather and will not be there.

As TMZ first reported, Herzog is now siding with Mel ... saying Oksana is grossly exaggerating or downright lying about the alleged domestic violence incident.

The jewelry store owner Sofia tells TMZ, "When we loan out jewelry, we have a whole procedure that needs to be done. There is paperwork that needs to be filled out and there needs to be insurance information given or credit card information in case something happens with the jewelry."

We're told the paperwork entails an itemized list of what the customer is borrowing, a signed contract claiming responsibility for the item while it's out of the store, and credit card and insurance information in case anything goes wrong.

According to Sofia, the store RARELY deals directly with celebs -- "The stylist will come in and ask to borrow the jewelry for a shoot or an event."

Sofia wouldn't comment on the Lindsay situation -- but the surveillance tape could be the smoking gun here if it shows Lindsay signing any paperwork ... or not.

TMZ has obtained FOOTAGE of the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback hanging out at Pete's Dueling Piano Bar in Fort Worth Texas ... where he sang his face off from 11:00 PM until 1:15 AM the next morning.

Sources inside the bar tell us Big Ben arrived with two massive teammates -- and bought several rounds of drinks for himself AND the entire bar.

We're told Ben racked up an $800 tab -- and tipped an additional $200. People inside the bar tell us Ben was "nice, fun and took care of everyone."

In the clip, Ben can be seen singing along to the Billy Joel classic "Piano Man" while his teammates joined in on the fun.

Sade Anding told Good Morning America Conrad had called her "out of the blue" on June 25, 2009 -- and from the beginning of the call, he "didn't sound like himself at all."

Anding claims she asked Murray what was wrong and he only replied, "Well ...."

That's when Sade claims Murray stopped talking ... and Sade claims she could hear someone "coughing" followed by a "mumbling of voices."

As TMZ previously reported, Murray told police he was on the phone with someone for a solid 5 minutes before he noticed something was wrong with MJ and got off the phone.

The woman -- who dated Aubry from 2003 to 2005 -- tells TMZ he was "very disrespectful to women" for the entirety of their two-year relationship.

In fact, the woman also claims Gabriel "has always been a borderline racist."

As TMZ previously reported -- sources connected to Halle tell us Gabriel routinely demeaned her with vulgarities ... including the N-word.

However, the woman claims Gabriel never once laid a hand on her during their relationship.

We're told the ex plans on reaching out to Halle through mutual friends in the near future to offer support.

Calls to Gabriel's camp have not been returned.

Sources connected with the case tell us ... the fact that there's no audio is Lindsay's best hope to avoid prosecution.

And Lindsay has two other things going for her ... the jeweler knew where she lived and knew how to get in touch yet never contacted her about getting the necklace back.

And Lindsay may have made some bonehead moves in the past, but wearing a stolen item knowing she'd be photographed is almost beyond belief.

We've learned the warrant was signed by Judge Katherine Mader at 3:45 PM Tuesday. The LAPD was making plans to execute the warrant -- which authorized cops to search for the necklace at Lindsay's home in Venice, CA.

But somehow -- before the search was conducted -- Lindsay's stylist showed up at an LAPD substation and returned the $2,500 necklace.

Sources connected with the case tell us ... they believe someone told Lindsay the warrant was in play. Otherwise, they say, why would she have her stylist go to the LAPD to return the jewelry rather than the jewelry store?

Our sources believe Lindsay tried making a preemptive move, but we're told ultimately returning the jewelry won't be a factor in deciding whether to prosecute her.

In his first statement since beginning outpatient rehab ... Charlie said, "I have a lot of work to do to be able to return the support I have received from so many people."

Charlie continues, "I want to say "thank-you" to my fellow cast members, the crew of "Two and a Half Men", and everyone at CBS and Warner Bros., especially Les Moonves and Bruce Rosenblum for their concern and support. "

He wraps it up with a nod to Flynn, saying ... "And to my fans, your good wishes have touched me very much. Like Errol Flynn, who had to put down his sword on occasion, I just want to say, "thank-you."

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the owner of the jewelry store who filed the complaint against Lindsay saw an Internet photo of Lindsay wearing what the owner claims is a "one-of-a-kind necklace." We have confirmed the photo (above) shows Lindsay wearing the necklace in question.

The store owner went to cops with the photo and the surveillance video -- shot January 22 -- which we've learned shows Lindsay wearing the necklace in the store.

We're told ... in addition to calling her the "N" word, he would also call her a "f**king bitch" and other expletives. And the vulgarities are not limited to face-to-face confrontations. There are vulgar text messages as well.

As one source told TMZ, "He constantly demeaned her. It was awful."

Gabriel's reps have not returned our calls.

The photo was taken a week ago, on Tuesday evening, at the home of George Santo Pietro -- Vanna White's ex. During their dinner Sheen decided to rent George's estate for $250k per month ... a place to create his "porn family." Charlie's people killed the deal several days later.

Charlie -- who is totally chill -- left George's pad for his own home several hours later, and the 36-hour party began.

It's unclear what the red marks are on Charlie's hands, neck and eyes.

Zsa Zsa Gabor started spitting up blood moments ago ... and she's being rushed by ambulance to a local hospital ... TMZ has learned.

Gabor's husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt tells TMZ ... Zsa Zsa is on her way to UCLA Medical Center.

Anhalt says there was "lots of blood coming out of her mouth" and he's worried.

UPDATE: The Prince tells us Zsa Zsa's temperature is up and her leg is infected again. There is also blood and water in her lungs.
