Aerosmith 'Crazy' Model -- Arrested on Rape Charge
Dean Kelly -- the ripped ex-model who skinny dips with Alicia Silverstone in Aerosmith's 1994 music video for "Crazy" -- was arrested on Monday on suspicion of rape ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us, 39-year-old Kelly allegedly lured an unidentified woman into his New Orleans home last November ... where he got her drunk, and then raped her.
The incident wasn't reported until last Friday, which explains the belated arrest. Kelly was released on $35,000 bail.
The Tulane University Police Dept. had been looking for Dean Kelly, aka Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt's character in "Fight Club"), who allegedly had been trying to get girls on campus to pose for nude photos. The Tulane P.D. helped capture Kelly and now authorities in the rape case want info from the Tulane students.

Police Report: How Lindsay Walked Out with Necklace
Lindsay Lohan was trying on a slew of jewelry before walking out of the store with the $2,500 necklace ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ.
The report outlines Lindsay's every move -- from the time she walked into the store to the time she left -- and it's all on surveillance video.
According to the report, Lindsay walked in and removed her necklaces and placed them on the counter. The report says, "Ms. Lohan then proceeds to try on numerous rings and three different necklaces including the missing yellow diamond necklace."
The police report then says Lindsay continued shopping while wearing the yellow necklace.
Then, at 6:12 PM, the owner locked the store but let Lindsay and her friend Patrick continue to shop. That's when Lindsay tried negotiating a ring she had been eyeing, but she didn't like the $3,600 price tag. Lindsay took $3,000 cash out of her purse and offered it in exchange for the ring, but the owner said no. Lindsay then said, "Ok, we'll come back tomorrow."
When Lindsay prepared to leave the store, she put her own necklaces back on her neck, along with the yellow necklace in question ... then walked out of the store.
The owner noticed a short time after Lindsay left that the yellow necklace was missing, but figured she took it by mistake and would bring it back the next day. Lindsay never returned to the store.

Gayle says Patricia earned serious points by not exploiting the fact that she was Oprah's half-sister -- despite knowing about the relationship since 2007.

Lindsay's Jeweler: She Did This to Us Before
Four days before Lindsay Lohan allegedly stole the $2,500 necklace at the center of her felony case, she tried walking out of the same store with a diamond earring ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ ... but the prior incident could actually help Lindsay's case.
According to the report, on January 18, four days before the alleged necklace incident, Lindsay went to Kamofie & Company and tried on a pair of 18 karat gold white diamond earrings. Lindsay removed one earring and left the other in her ear while she shopped.
According to the report, "Ms. Lohan gathered her things and started to leave the jewelry store without making a purchase. Ms. Lohan's hair was flipped to one side covering the diamond earring."
The report states, "[The clerk] stopped her and reminded Ms. Lohan she was still wearing the earring. Ms. Lohan laughed, admitted to her mistake and removed the earring from her ear and returned it to [the clerk]."
The scenario involving the earrings is similar to Lindsay's conduct in the store when she left with the necklace.
Ironically, the earring incident could actually help Lindsay. She had absentmindedly left her own, more expensive earrings on the counter as she began walking out of the store with the single earring. And, people who know Lindsay say she's a scatterbrain who forgets basic things all the time.

Judge CRUSHES Lohan -- 'Don't Push Your Luck!'
Lindsay Lohan was just remanded into custody -- following a STRONG warning from Judge Keith Schwartz -- "You're no different than anyone else ... please don't push your luck."
Moments after Lohan entered a not guilty plea in her felony theft case -- the judge came down on her like a ton of bricks ... telling her "things will be different" this time around because she's on the hook for a felony.
During the hearing, Judge Schwartz said Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, and prosecutor Danette Meyers, were going to meet to possibly reach a plea bargain.
Lohan -- alongside attorney Holley -- was then remanded into custody ... and is currently being booked.
Judge Schwartz set her bail at $20,000 -- but warned, "If you violate the law, I will remand you and there will be NO BAIL."
The judge also revoked Lindsay's probation in the DUI case and set bail at $20,000 -- so total bail is $40,000.
Lohan was also ordered to refrain from contacting the jewelry store during the case, after Meyers said someone had sent the store owners flowers, which kind of freaked them out.
UPDATE 2:48 PM PT: Lindsay has posted bail -- and she could NOT have left the courthouse faster.

Lohan's Coat Victim: I Won't Help in Necklace Case
The woman who sued Lindsay Lohan for allegedly stealing her $12,000 mink coat back in 2008 claims she's "not interested" in helping officials put Lindsay behind bars ... despite the fact that the D.A. wants to bring up the incident.
TMZ spoke to a rep for Masha Markova ... who tells us the two settled their case with "no admission of guilt" ... after Lindsay walked out of a NYC nightclub wearing the coat without permission.
And while Masha admits Lindsay has demonstrated a "strikingly similar pattern" of taking other people's property since the mink coat situation ... Masha says she wants nothing to do with the new case.
TMZ broke the story -- Masha's lawsuit against LiLo was a factor in filing grand theft charges against Lindsay -- because it shows an M.O. when Lindsay goes "shopping."

D.A. Focuses On Lindsay's Shady Shopping
The L.A. County District Attorney believes Lindsay Lohan is a seasoned fashion thief, and that's a primary reason why she's being prosecuted for felony grand theft.
Sources connected to the case tell us ... in deciding whether to prosecute, the D.A.'s Office heavily considered 3 incidents where Lindsay allegedly pilfered expensive items:
-- She was suspected of taking a $400,000 necklace in 2009 from an Elle Magazine photo shoot.
-- She was accused of stealing a $12,000 mink coat in 2008 from a NYC nightclub.
-- She was accused of taking a $35,000 Rolex from a "friend" in 2010.
Lindsay was not prosecuted or convicted in the three cases, but sources say prosecutors not only heavily considered the prior incidents in making their decision ... they will ask the judge to admit the three incidents into evidence to show "prior bad acts" if the case goes to trial.
Our sources say there are two other factors that weighed heavily in the decision to prosecute:
-- Lindsay has had repeated run-ins with the law, including two DUIs.
-- She repeatedly thumbed her nose at the legal system by failing to perform her probation requirements, blowing off court appearances (remember that trip to Cannes?) and acting disrespectfully before the judge (the whole fingernail thing).
As TMZ reported, the D.A. has a surveillance video which shows Lindsay walking out of a Venice, CA jewelry store with the $2,500 necklace in question. The necklace is partially hidden by other trinkets around Lindsay's neck.
Lindsay will be arraigned today at 1:30 PM PT. Lindsay will be in court, accompanied by her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley. Prosecutor Danette Meyers reps the people of the State of California.
TMZ will livestream the hearing.
