13-year-old Black just gave an interview to the AP -- in which the singer says she desperately wants a career as a respected recording artist ... adding, "I don't want to be known as the 'Friday' girl. Hopefully, I can be known as Rebecca Black and not the 'Friday' girl."

Black -- whose smash hit has landed more than 118 million views on YouTube -- added, "I want to be a performing artist. That's what I've always wanted to do."

According to our sources, Coco will be starring in a new show for E! -- the same network that airs "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." Hmmm, we're sensing a theme here ...

We're told the show has begun shooting in NYC -- it will focus on her crazy life and will feature her hubby, rapper/actor Ice-T.

TMZ has obtained a declaration Kent Gibson, a forensic audio expert who examined the 18 recordings from Oksana's computer -- 9 are voicemails from Mel and 9 are recorded conversations between Mel and Oksana. By the way, check out the times the various calls were made -- interesting.

In his declaration filed in the family law case and obtained by TMZ, Kent says, "In my professional opinion as a forensic audio examiner, I conclude that the recordings have not been modified, and can be considered authentic."

Jason Pfeiffer -- who once worked as Klein's office manager -- tells TMZ he's sticking to his story -- that he had a sexual relationship with the King of Pop -- despite Dr. Klein's recent Facebook post, calling MJ's gay affair a lie.

Jason insists, "The story is true. We had a relationship with sexual aspects, but I'm not going to make it into some grand love affair."

As we previously reported -- Klein himself had told TMZ that Michael Jackson had a gay relationship with Jason ... even calling Jason "the love of [Michael's] life."

But the good doc has since changed his story, writing on Facebook recently, "Allegations about ... Jason being Michael Jackson's lover are ridiculous. That story was made up ... "

Now, Jason claims Dr. Klein has a secret agenda to publicly discredit him -- in case Jason's possible testimony could paint Klein in an unflattering light.

Lindsay was sentenced to 120 days in jail yesterday by Judge Stephanie Sautner. She was bailed out of Lynwood Correctional Facility after spending five hours inside.

Sources close to Lindsay tell us she was under the impression she'd be going home after the hearing ... and was "blindsided" when she got sentenced. We're told Lindsay described the situation as "ridiculous" and "f**ked up."

According to our sources, Lindsay spent her Saturday with her sister, Ali, and her brother, Michael Jr.

By all accounts, the show went well -- Sheen had a few guests on stage ... including Dennis Rodman (see below). Charlie even offered up a few words of wisdom for Lindsay Lohan: "I would hug her and let her know it's gonna be ok."

Sheen's next tour stop is Tuesday night in Houston, TX.

Dodson was popped in Alabama by Huntsville PD at around 2:30 AM. He was booked on a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana and released a short time after.

Lindsay has been remanded into custody and taken to the basement of the courthouse for booking. Lindsay's lawyer has said she'll appeal, which means Lindsay is entitled to post bail.

Lohan was also ordered to complete 480 hours of community service -- 360 of those hours must be performed at the Downtown Women's Center, so Lindsay can see how needy women have to live. The remaining 120 hours will be served at the L.A. County morgue.

Judge Sautner explained that Lindsay should have called the store and notified the owners about the necklace sooner. She waited several weeks and returned the necklace after finding out the cops were about to raid her house.

Oksana's rep for her legal team, Steve Jaffe, tells TMZ, "We have heard Mel Gibson's irresponsible accusations that his vicious racist rants were in fact edited. They were not."

Jaffe says the tapes were authenticated by an expert, adding, "We thought we had reached an agreement with Mr. Gibson not to attack each other in the press. We were clearly wrong."

And, Jaffe says, "This is a tactic that he has used in the past with another movie and we find it both reprehensible and sad."

Jaffe also points out that Oksana has testified on multiple occasions that she did not leak the tapes to the press.

D.C. police have announced ... an internal investigation is underway to find out who authorized multiple units to use lights and sirens to escort Sheen from the airport to his live show Tuesday night ... when he was running about an hour late.

Sheen tweeted during the incident -- posting a photo of a speedometer right around the 80 mph mark and writing, "in car with Police escort in front and rear! driving like someone's about to deliver a baby! Cop car lights."

UPDATE: Apparently Charlie got the Obama treatment ... DC PD released a statement saying escort duty is typically reserved for POTUS, the VP, or visiting heads of state. They admit it appears "protocols ... were not followed" -- and Internal Affairs is investigating.

Klein had told TMZ ... Jackson was gay but that Jason's alleged relationship with the singer was the only gay relationship MJ ever had. Klein told us Jason was "the love of [Michael's] life."

But now on his Facebook page, Klein says "Allegations about ... Jason being Michael Jackson's lover are ridiculous. That story was made up ... "

In the wide-ranging interview with deadlinehollywood.com, Mel says, "I've never treated anyone badly or in a discriminatory way based on their gender, race, religion or sexuality."

Mel shrugs off the torrent of criticism over the tapes, which he claims "have been edited," saying "I don't blame some people for thinking [I'm bigoted] though, from all the garbage they heard on those leaked tapes."

Mel also talks about the TMZ story in 2006, in which we published 4 pages of the arrest report which detail his anti-Semitic rant. As we reported, at the time of the arrest, Mel felt the incident would be the last straw in his marriage. Turns out it was true. Mel tells "Deadline" he and his wife separated the day after the arrest.

Mel is mum on his battle with Oksana Grigorieva, but, as we first reported, says he pled no contest in the criminal case so he wouldn't drag his family through the mud.

TMZ has learned ... one of the photos shows the pop star clothed -- while laid out on a gurney.

The other photo shows Jackson's naked body -- but the judge explained "certain parts" will be "blocked out." He didn't explain which parts.

The judge ruled the photos are relevant under the evidence code -- and are "not gruesome, graphic or inflammatory."

Shawn Holley just left Parker Center -- the headquarters of the LAPD -- where she brought an appraiser to examine the necklace. Kamofie & Company set the price of the item at $2,500, but as TMZ first reported, they bought the piece for just $850.

If the necklace is worth less than $950, the case cannot be filed as a felony but rather as a misdemeanor -- which would be a huge break for Lindsay.

Just like the last fall ... Gaga got right up and trucked on like nothing ever happened.

In case you forgot, Gaga fell off of a fire-spewing piano during a concert in Houston on April 10.

She was born this way.
