The woman accusing Kim Porter -- Diddy's baby mama -- of being a hard-core druggie who exposed her kids to marijuana and cocaine is a fraud who is pissed off because she got the ax ... this according to sources close to Kim.

Our sources say ... former nanny Dawn Drago is a convicted shoplifter -- something she didn't disclose on her employment application. But more to the point, we're told she's extremely bitter because she was fired for falsifying time sheets.

We're told Kim is adamant ... Drago's drug claims are completely false and the lawsuit is retaliation for getting 86'd.

A rep from the law firm representing Drago tells TMZ, the shoplifting conviction is irrelevant "because she was not working at a shop." That's the quote. We don't understand it either.

Lindsay Lohan will have plenty of temptation just down the road when she goes to rehab on Long Island -- TMZ has learned, the nearest liquor store is willing to serve her anything she wants.

The owner of Six Corners Liquors -- just a quarter mile from Seafield Center -- tells TMZ, "If Lindsay came in we would treat her like a normal customer. If she wants to buy something of course we will allow her to buy something. I would never say no to her."

Of course, Lindsay is forbidden from leaving the facility once she starts her 90-day sentence on May 2nd -- and could be thrown in jail if she does -- but let's face it ... she's got a history of skipping out of rehab for field trips.

While the liquor store owner tells us he's "rooting for [Lindsay] to succeed and drink in moderation" ... he also says she can get a 20% discount if she buys a case of wine.

Diddy's twin daughters were surrounded by drugs and even covered in a mysterious white powder ... this according to a new lawsuit filed against the baby mama.

Nanny Dawn Drago says she worked for Diddy's ex, Kim Porter, from 2011 to 2012. Drago claims in the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Porter chain-smoked pot in the house while the young girls were home.

But Drago claims marijuana was not Kim's only drug of choice. She alleges she found cocaine as well, and on one occasion she says she was driving the kids to school and noticed they were covered "in a white powdery substance."

Drago claims the kids had gotten into "a bag containing the powder, along with clear capsules, filled with another powdery substance in a bag in the back seat."

Drago says she confronted Porter, who said the bag contained "medicine."

And there's more. Drago also claims Porter verbally and violently abused her before eventually firing her last year.

As for why she was fired ... Drago says the marijuana smell was choking and she dared to complain she couldn't take it.

The case -- filed by Patrick Reider -- seeks unspecified damages.

Seattle Seahawks superstar Richard Sherman is "ill-informed" when it comes to Adderall ... and should immediately stop pressing the league to un-ban the drug before someone gets hurt ... this according to the NFL.

The league has released an aggressive statement in response to Sherman's recent pro-Adderall comments -- in which Sherman says the NFL should "allow it" because "about half the league takes it."

A rep for the NFL tells TMZ ... "The comments are ill-informed and inaccurate. Adderall is easily detected under current testing and will result in a suspension absent an approved therapeutic use exemption."

The rep continues, "If his statement were true, we would be seeing many more positive tests and suspensions."

"More importantly, his comments are irresponsible, as they ignore the serious medical risks and documented public health crisis associated with the improper use of Adderall and similar drugs.”

Lindsay Lohan mixed vodka with rehab -- with a splash of tears -- on David Letterman's show last night.

The most famous defendant since O.J. Simpson says she's taking her impending rehab seriously ... but then -- on camera -- she reached for a coffee cup filled with a mysterious liquid.

Rihanna's gone up in smoke after calling it quits with Chris Brown ... ripping a fat blunt inside a Hollywood nightclub early Monday morning ... and TMZ has the pic.

Sources inside Greystone Manor nightclub tell us, Rihanna arrived around 1am with her assistant and security guard ... and pretty much kept to herself. She left an hour or so later.

As we reported, Rihanna and Chris Brown are officially broken up ... but our sources say it's nothing new for the on-again-off-again couple. We're told they'll be back together in no time.

You might call it a chronic problem.

Too Short has been charged with FOUR misdemeanors stemming from his recent DUI arrest ... when he tried (and failed) to make a last minute escape by fleeing from cops.

TMZ broke the story ... the rapper was popped on March 20 in L.A. on suspicion of DUI. He tried to cut and run from cops, but was hauled off to jail instead, where police say they found Meth in the back of the cruiser.

Too Short skated on the felony drug possession charge -- since cops say they only found a small amount of dope -- and the case was tossed to the L.A. City Attorney.

On Friday, the rapper was charged with FOUR misdemeanors: two counts of DUI, one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of Marijuana or an open container while driving.

Lindsay Lohan is trying to live by the adage, "Do what you know," and she knows how to party ... but apparently not well enough to save a good friend.

We're told Lindsay tried to stage an intervention for hotel magnate/BFF Vikram Chatwal, who was arrested at the Ft. Lauderdale Airport for possession of heroin, cocaine, weed and Rx pills.

Chatwal owns the Dream Hotel in NYC, where Lindsay has frequently stayed and partied. We're told Chatwal has comped her when she's there.

Sources say Lindsay tried to return the favor in 2012 by surprising Vikram at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in West Hollywood. The plan was ... when he walked in the room, a bunch of friends and family would be there to express their grave concern over his drug use and partying.

It's unclear why ... but the intervention never took place, and Vikram kept partying, right until he was busted.

Tickle from the reality show "Moonshiners" has learned ... if you're gonna booze alone in your car in front of a mini-mart ... it's gonna cost ya.

TMZ has learned the 35-year-old reality star has paid all of the fines stemming from his public intoxication arrest in Virginia last month ... and it ran him a grand total of $106.

FYI -- the fine itself was only $25 ... but he got stuck with $81 in court costs.

Multi-millionaire hotel owner Vikram Chatwal -- who's been close with Lindsay Lohan since 2011 -- has been arrested in Florida ... TMZ has learned ... after cops say he tried to get on a plane with cocaine, weed, heroin and various prescription pills.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, 41-year-old Chatwal was busted on April 2 at the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport when the TSA discovered an arsenal of drugs hidden on his person, in his crotch and in his bag.

Chatwal was booked on one count of trafficking (6 grams of heroin) and seven counts of possession ... including cocaine, buprenorphine (an opioid), clonazepam (a sedative), alprazolam (Xanax) and lorazepam (muscle relaxants), ketamine (a horse tranquilizer) and weed.

According to the police report, Chatwal admitted to cops that he illegally purchased and possessed the drugs.

Chatwal owns the Dream Hotel in NYC ... one of Lindsay Lohan's favorite spots. You'll recall, Lindsay was arrested following an alleged hit-and-run outside the hotel last year. Prosecutors subsequently dropped the charges due to lack of evidence.

Lindsay and Chatwal were romantically linked the year before when pics surfaced of them kissing inside Chatwal's apartment.

We reached out to Chatwal's people -- so far, no word back.

The son of Hollywood legend Clark Gable claims he was not drinking alcohol before the multi-car wreck that led to his DUI arrest -- but does admit he went unconscious ... and says he has a history of brain aneurysms.

TMZ broke the story ... John Clark Gable was busted Tuesday in Malibu after allegedly smashing into 6 parked cars on Pacific Coast Highway.

Gable tells us he lost consciousness ... and says the last thing he remembers is getting cut off by a van, and when he woke up he had hit a phone pole.

Gable claims he "absolutely was not drinking" ... and says the only medication he's currently taking is for a minor leg injury from mountain biking.

However, Gable says he had 2 small brain aneurysms --weak bulging spots on the wall of an artery -- back in 2006 and another in 2009.

Brain aneurysms can be fatal, but Gable says he had corrective surgery both times.

Gable says he's going to a doctor to get his head checked out ASAP -- but stresses he doesn't know yet if an aneurysm was behind yesterday's accident.

Richie Sambora is bailing on the Bon Jovi world tour because of "personal issues," but it has NOTHING to do with substance abuse ... it's all about a war that's exploded between Jon and Richie.

Sources directly connected to Bon Jovi tell TMZ ... tensions between Jon and Richie have been running high for years and it's finally erupted. One source tells us, "It's a classic Jagger/Richards blowup."

Our sources say part of the problem is that Jon constantly belittles Richie. But there's another part of the problem -- they're fighting over money.

Richie was a no-show at a Bon Jovi concert in Calgary last night, and yesterday he posted on the Bon Jovi website that he was pulling out because of "personal issues."

During the Calgary concert, Jon told the crowd, "I had two choices: pack up and go home or give you everything I got ... Richie Sambora won't be performing for a while. If there's ever a night I need you, it's tonight, Calgary!"

In the meantime, Richie's been spending personal time with his daughter -- the two were on vacation in Hawaii last week. We're told it was an 11-day trip filled with zip-lining, hikes, paddle boarding, and chilling at the pool.

Richie has had alcohol issues in the past, but we're told in no uncertain terms ... Richie is clean now.

Sources close to the band tell TMZ ... Sambora's camp is hopeful the two sides can work things out before April 19, when Bon Jovi is set to play in L.A. -- Richie's hometown.

DJ Clue -- one of the biggest hip hop DJs of all time -- was arrested in New York City this morning ... after cops say he was in possession of illegal pills.

38-year-old Clue -- who's worked with everyone from Notorious B.I.G. to DMX and Jay-Z -- was initially pulled over early Wednesday morning for a routine traffic violation ... and that's when cops discovered he was driving on a suspended license.

Police conducted a search and reportedly discovered three pills wrapped in tin foil.

Clue was taken into custody and according to NBC4 in New York, he was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operator.

We've learned ... 52-year-old Gable is suspected of initially rear-ending another car on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. But after the crash, we're told he's suspected of fleeing the scene in his car ... and smashing into 6 parked cars along the way.

TMZ has learned ... Gable -- who's an actor -- was taken into custody moments ago on suspicion of DUI and hit-and-run ... and he's currently on his way to the Sheriff's station.

Law enforcement sources tell us, "It appears alcohol and/or drugs were involved."

Michael Jackson's intense and decades-long addiction to powerful prescription drugs will be front and center in his family's wrongful death trial ... which kicks off today.

Katherine Jackson and Michael's 3 kids are suing AEG Live, claiming the company negligently hired and supervised Dr. Conrad Murray ... who killed MJ with a massive overdose of Propofol.

TMZ broke numerous stories after MJ's death ... revealing how Jackson had at least 19 aliases to score Rx drugs from various doctors. It was well known in L.A. and Beverly Hills medical circles that MJ would doctor shop to find professionals who would open their surgery centers to give him Propofol. The doctors -- and dentists -- would justify the drug by saying they needed to put him under for minor procedures, such as acne removal.

We reported in one case ... a famed doctor used a gynecologist's office -- run by a doc who specialized in vaginal rejuvenation -- to perform a minor acne treatment under full anesthesia.

The Jackson family will argue AEG Live had a duty to monitor Murray. The problem is ... Jackson's the one who found Murray in the first place and that Murray administered Propofol long before the doc signed on to the "This Is It" tour.

AEG has a slew of doctors on its witness list ... to make the case that Jackson's addiction was in full bloom long before it entered the picture.

Katherine and the kids are asking for more than $40 BILLION in damages.

Justin Bieber's Calabasas mansion was the backdrop for a rager last week, where the beer was flowing and marijuana smoke was permeating the singer's home ... and the only thing missing was Justin.

TMZ obtained these pictures, taken at the tail end of the party. The bash was thrown by none other than Lil Twist, the dude who was seen smoking it up with Justin earlier this year.

We're told Twist and another friend -- who were staying in the house while Justin was in Europe -- invited 40 girls to the house on March 19. They also invited a few guys.

You see from the pics -- there's a large hookah pipe with multiple hose attachments on a table, along with nearly 2 dozen beer bottles, as well as the hard stuff.

And Twist was also the guy who drove Justin's Fisker into cement poles at a liquor store earlier this month ... and then took off, leaving the whip behind.
