Lindsay to Oprah I'm An Addict Booze With a Little Coke
Lindsay Lohan calmly told Oprah Winfrey she's an addict, and her poison of choice has always been alcohol, but she definitely dabbled in cocaine.
You gotta watch the way Lindsay handles herself ... she's not fidgety, which was pretty much a constant in her life until this round of rehab.
During the interview on Oprah's Next Chapter, she copped to using cocaine more than she had admitted in the past. The question -- is she really telling the truth?
Check it out. It's interesting.
Linda Hogan Okay, I Drove Drunk On Champagne
Linda Hogan has changed her drunk-driving tune -- pleading GUILTY to DUI after downing some bubbly and getting behind the wheel ... and will spend 3 months in booze class thinking about her crime.
As TMZ previously reported Linda was popped for DUI in Malibu back in 2012 and slapped with two misdemeanor charges ... after cops say she was joyriding with a BAC of .084.
Linda originally plead not guilty -- and argued she only had ONE glass of champagne (on an empty stomach) and took antibiotics which heightened the effects of booze.
She finally copped to driving with a .08 or higher -- and in exchange the 2nd DUI charge was dropped. She was sentenced to 3 years probation and 3 months of alcohol education classes -- which she's already started.
Cheers!

Lisa Robin Kelly's Husband DON'T BLAME ME ... It's the BF's Fault
More fingerpointing in the death of "That '70s Show" star Lisa Robin Kelly ... 'cause after Kelly's boyfriend blamed her estranged husband for causing the actress to relapse ... the husband tells TMZ the fault lies with the BF.
We spoke with Kelly's estranged husband Robert Gilliam ... who tells us the only reason LRK's boyfriend trashed him to the media after she died Thursday is because "he's trying to cover his own ass."
"In the last two weeks, she called me 22 times to get away from him," Gilliam says.
Gilliam says he offered to help Lisa -- who struggled with alcohol abuse for years -- but under one condition ... she had to check in to a rehab center closer to Northe Carolina, where they lived when they were together.
Gilliam says Lisa agreed -- so he started setting things up ... but she passed away before she could make the move.
Of course, Gilliam's claims are complete BS if you ask Lisa's boyfriend ... who told TMZ Lisa's demons were the result of the physical and emotional abuse suffered at the hands of Gilliam, who was convicted of beating Lisa last May.

Heidi Fleiss Pot Bust Cops Confiscated a WEED JUNGLE
Cops weren't lying when they said they discovered nearly 400 pot plants at the Nevada home of former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss ... just check out the INSANE haul they confiscated last week.
TMZ broke the story, Fleiss was charged with pot possession after police claim they found 392 marijuana plants outside her house in Pahrump on August 7.
Fleiss admitted the plants were hers, but told police she was growing them for a cooperative in Vegas.
The problem ... Fleiss didn't have a license to grow at the time, so she has been charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a home where drugs are sold/used.
The plants have since been collected as evidence. Fleiss has not been arrested ... yet.

Lisa Robin Kelly No Signs of Drugs, Trauma

Our law enforcement sources tell us ... reps from the L.A. County Coroner and L.A. County Sheriff's homicide came to Pax Rehab House in Altadena, CA Thursday afternoon, and officials from Pax said unequivocally ... they did NOT give Lisa any drugs.
TMZ broke the story ... the star of "That '70s Show" died in her sleep Wednesday night, after being admitted to the facility on Monday for alcohol abuse.
We're told law enforcement is calling Lisa's death "a mystery." There were no drugs or alcohol in her room, no vomit in her airway, and no obvious sign of trauma.
As we reported ... Lisa's boyfriend took her to the hospital Sunday, where she registered a .34 blood alcohol level, which is borderline fatal. Lisa was admitted to Pax the next day, and she had been to rehab dozens of times before -- yes, dozens.
The Coroner is doing an autopsy.

Lindsay Lohan Her Ass Was a F****** CHAMPION on 'Eastbound'
Lindsay Lohan knocked it out of the park on "Eastbound & Down" -- sources tell TMZ, she crushed her cameo Kenny Powers-style ... and even got a standing ovation from the cast and crew.
Sources close to production tell us, Lindsay didn't just conduct herself professionally while on set this week in North Carolina -- showing up on time and memorizing her lines backwards and forwards -- she was actually funny too.
As we reported, Lindsay is set to appear in the series finale, playing Kenny's illegitimate daughter.
After filming, we're told the cast and crew were so impressed by Lindsay's performance, they gave her a standing o. We're told the HBO show's co-creator Jody Hill hugged it out with Linds and thanked her for taking the gig.
Post-rehab fun fact: we're told Lindsay had a sober living coach with her the entire time she was on set.
We're told Lindsay wants everyone to know she's serious about her second millionth chance, and she's determined to make it count. So far, so good.

'That '70s Show' Star Dead at 43
Lisa Robin Kelly -- who played Eric Forman's older sister on "That '70s Show" -- has died ... TMZ has learned.
The 43-year-old actress passed away in her sleep Wednesday night at a rehab facility in California.
We spoke with Kelly's agent who tells us the actress had just voluntarily checked herself in for treatment for an alcohol problem this past week ... and was determined to clean herself up.
The agent tells us, "She had been fighting demons for a while and finally lost her battle."
Sources tell us Lisa had been in and out of rehab centers hoping to kick her alcohol problem ... and most recently fell off the wagon after a huge dispute with her estranged husband Robert Gilliam.
Sources say ... Kelly's estranged husband beat her last May to obtain residual money from her show. He was convicted of domestic battery last month and sentenced to 3 years probation. He also served 35 days in jail for the beating.
Lisa filed for divorce from Gilliam back in July.
We're told Lisa's new boyfriend brought her to rehab again on Monday ... but she went into cardiac arrest late Wednesday night and could not be saved.
The boyfriend blames her estranged husband for the relapse.
Sources connected with the attempted rescue tell TMZ ... when emergency responders arrived at the rehab facility, they found needle marks on both of Lisa's arms.
However, her BF tells us the reason for the needle marks is that he took Lisa to a hospital on Sunday -- because she had a .34 blood alcohol level ... and nurses made multiple attempts to insert a needle into her vein to extract blood.
After several attempts, medical personnel were able to use a vein on the top of Lisa's wrist.
Kelly had been troubled for the past couple of years -- she was arrested at least 4 times in the past 3 years for DUI, spousal abuse and assault.
Besides "That '70s Show," Kelly had appeared in several TV shows and movies including "Amityville Dollhouse."

Law enforcement sources tell us ... California Highway Patrol officers initially flagged the 27-year-old singer's 2013 BMW X6 for speeding and tinted windows next to an L.A. freeway around 2:15 AM.
During the stop, officers noticed the smell of booze ... and performed various field sobriety tests, which he flunked.
Miguel -- full name Miguel Jontel Pimentel -- also took a breathalyzer and blew a .10 and .11 ... which is over the .08 legal limit in CA.
Miguel was then arrested for DUI and hauled to a nearby station where he was booked ... and released a few hours later on $5,000 bail.
According to his booking sheet, Miguel is 5'7" and 140 pounds.

Debbie Rowe Ominous Court Arrival Whose Side Am I Really On?
Michael Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe just arrived at court to testify in the wrongful death lawsuit -- but even though she's testifying for AEG, her brief statement this morning makes it sound like she might secretly be playing for the other team.
As we reported, Debbie views herself as a hostile witness because she believes AEG is largely responsible for Michael's death -- but the fact is ... our sources say Debbie thinks a lot of Michael's doctors share the blame.
Rowe's testimony is significant because AEG is trying to show MJ misused Propofol for years -- thanks to diabolical drug-pumping doctors -- and engineered his own demise ... but if she takes a left turn and says AEG pushed MJ over the edge, it's bad news bears.
But it wasn't all negative, Debbie also had some words to say about Paris this AM ... and they're good.

'Eastbound & Down' to Lindsay Lohan You're F**kin' In!
They both experimented with drugs ... they both torpedoed their careers ... and now Lindsay Lohan and Kenny Powers are joining forces on "Eastbound and Down," TMZ has learned.
SPOILER ALERT: sources close to production tell us, Lindsay signed on to play the adult version of Kenny's illegitimate daughter on the HBO series finale ... and she's currently filming on set in North Carolina.
Makes sense Kenny's kid would become Lindsay Lohan. If you recall, Kenny stashed his bong and all sorts of sex toys in the room of his infant son's room at the end of last season.
It's a pretty big opportunity for Lindsay -- her first real acting gig since she left rehab -- because if she's funny, a spin-off could be in the cards. Crazier things have happened.
Now here's a clip of Kenny Powers dancing his face off on ecstasy.

Debbie Rowe Breaks Down Docs Competed to Drug MJ
Michael Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe just broke down in tears while testifying in the MJ wrongful death trial, claiming the singer's doctors held a "pissing match" to outdo each other by giving Jackson the "better" drugs ... a competition that fueled his deadly drug addiction.
On the stand, Rowe pointed the finger at two doctors specifically -- Dr. Arnie Klein and Dr. Steven Hoefflin -- claiming MJ trusted them to prescribe his pain medication, and they consistently tried to one-up the other by giving MJ increasingly stronger doses of painkillers.
Rowe said Dr. Conrad Murray then "got in there and killed him." She added, "I was probably one of the only ones who said no to MJ."
Rowe said MJ had a notoriously low tolerance for pain, which paved the way for the abuse of painkillers like Demerol and Diprivan.
Rowe called Klein and Hoefflin idiots for going back and forth at the same time, trying to outdo each other and not looking out for MJ's best interest.

Debbie Rowe To Testify MJ Abused Propofol 12 Years Before Death
Michael Jackson was not only addicted to powerful drugs 12 years before he died ... at least twice in the late 90s doctors misused a drug similar to Propofol so MJ could sleep through the night ... and we've learned that's exactly what MJ's former wife Debbie Rowe will tell the jury today.
Sources familiar with Debbie Rowe's testimony tell TMZ ... Rowe -- who will be called to the stand by AEG Live -- views herself as a hostile witness, because she feels AEG is largely responsible for MJ's death.
We've learned Rowe will testify ... in 1997 doctors administered Diprivan (a form of Propofol) to Michael in a Munich, Germany hotel room. We're told Rowe will say the drug was administered specifically so Michael could sleep. There was a full medical staff present and MJ slept under the influence of the drug for 8 hours. This occurred on 2 days, either consecutive or 1 day apart.
The testimony is significant because AEG is trying to show MJ was the master of his own fate and had misused Propofol for years.
But we've learned Rowe will also say while she was married to MJ she never saw him as a raging drug addict. She will testify he was addicted to Demerol ... which he used to deal with the pain and anxiety from scalp surgeries after being horribly burned. She says when she left Michael in July, 1997, he was not an out-of-control addict. In fact, he had gone to rehab and was open about it.
As TMZ first reported, Rowe injected Michael in the buttocks with Demerol and Vistaril several times while she worked for Dr. Arnold Klein -- MJ's closest doctor and confidante. Rowe had no idea in the last months of MJ's life Klein injected the singer with Demerol scores of times.
We've learned if asked ... Rowe will say she was horrified when she saw a TMZ video of Michael looking totally out of it as he left Dr. Klein's office days before he died. The day MJ passed, Rowe will testify she called Klein and said, "You killed him. What did you give him?"
We're told Rowe wants to tell the jury ... when the "This Is It" tour was announced and she heard the breakneck concert schedule, she told her shrink, "They're [AEG] gonna kill him."

Alex Rodriguez If MLB Doesn't FOLD I'LL SUE
Alex Rodriguez not only feels the MLB is singling him out ... he feels "persecuted" in the PED scandal -- and plans to SUE if the league doesn't COMPLETELY recant ... TMZ has learned.
Sources directly connected to A-Rod tell us he's prepared to march into Federal court next month ... unless the 211-game suspension the MLB slapped him with last week isn't entirely lifted.
The reason for A-Rod's bold demand -- A-Rod sources familiar with the investigation tell us Alex hasn't tested positive and never "knowingly" used PEDs since 2003 ... the last season he admitted using 'roids. Our sources say A-Rod has been drug tested 11 times between 2011 and the present ... and all of the results were negative.
Our sources fume it's "absurd" Ryan Braun -- who reportedly tested positive in 2011 and then lied about it -- was only benched for the duration of this season. They say it proves MLB's investigation of A-Rod and the Biogenesis Clinic has been "abusive and borderline illegal."
As for rumors A-Rod impeded baseball's PED investigation -- our sources say the league has "no proof" the Yankees slugger did any such thing, and further claim MLB is the one that has harassed and intimidated witnesses.
According to our sources, Alex will sue for various things, including a violation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the players' union and the league.
So, from 211 games to nothing ... or else.
Pretty big cojones for a guy accused of using steroids.

Nickelodeon Star Sentenced in DUI Case You Booze You Lose
Forget jail ... Nickelodeon star Cody Longo -- from "Hollywood Heights" -- just got the book thrown at him in his DUI case ... in the form of something far worse than lockup ... BOOZE CLASSES.
As we reported, cops pulled 25-year-old Longo over in June after he repeatedly flashed another driver with his high beams. Officers determined Longo was under the influence and the actor was placed under arrest.
Longo was charged with two counts of DUI following the arrest -- but according to new court docs, he struck a plea deal that would allow him to avoid jail.
The catch ... Longo agreed to plead no contest to one count of DUI, and was sentenced to something much worse (in our opinion).
According to the plea deal, Longo was ordered to complete 3 months of alcohol education classes. He was also ordered to attend 10 AA classes and was placed on 3 years summary probation.
It might not sound that bad, but you've obviously never been to alcohol education classes. BOOORINGGGG.
