Justin Bieber wet his whistle, solo, in an unexpected hot spot ... a North Hollywood gay bar.

We're told Justin walked into Club Cobra on Saturday at around 9 PM with only one bodyguard and ordered a beer.

We spoke to the club's bouncer, who got a pic with JB ... he tells us he doesn't think Justin knew it was a gay bar. No one was there, except for the bartender and staff.

Blac Chyna was arrested for drug possession after cops found 2 ecstasy pills in her purse ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells us, after Chyna was busted Friday at Austin International Airport for being drunk and disorderly, cops searched her purse and found 2 small white pills with gold glittered flecks in a sunglasses case.

The pills had imprints on both sides, which is a telltale sign of ecstasy. Cops field tested the drug and it came back as MDMA -- commonly known as ecstasy.

As for Chyna's conduct at the airport, according to the police report obtained by TMZ, she became "verbally aggressive to a bartender ... who then would not serve her the amount of alcohol she wanted."

The report says Chyna became "passively resistive," letting her body become dead weight and refusing to walk.

Chris Brown's baby mama claims the singer is not only a bad influence on their kid ... he's making the child sick.

Nia Guzman claims 1-year-old Royalty has developed asthma, and she says it's all because Chris has exposed her to an extreme amount of secondhand smoke. Brown is a weed and tobacco enthusiast.

Nia says when Royalty comes back from a visit with Chris she usually reeks of smoke.

Guzman also claims in legal docs she's worried Chris is abusing drugs and has relapsed ... especially with sizzurp.

Nia wants to restrict Chris' visitation ... asking the judge to force him to hire a full-time nanny or pull back on his right to be around the child.

She also wants the judge to force Chris to take random drug tests, prohibit him from using drugs or consuming alcohol around Royalty, and stop him from smoking around their daughter.

And Nia wants more child support ... she's getting $2,500 a month but wants it upped to nearly $16k a month.

We've reached out to Chris' attorney for comment ... so far, no word back.

"American Hot Rod" star Duane Mayer has become the poster boy for the consequences of drunk driving.

Duane, who now operates his own shop under the "American Hot Rod" name, was hospitalized New Year's Day after being arrested for drunk driving.

Cops say Duane was so wasted he fell out of a 1932 Ford Coupe while it was still moving ... at around 25 mph. His injuries are gnarly.

Photos of the wrecked pre-war Ford appeared on the Anaheim Police Department's Facebook page with the warning, "Always designate a driver when drinking."

We reached out to Duane, who had no comment.

Rob Kardashian apparently likes his women wild, because he couldn't wait to show his affection for the freshly freed Blac Chyna.

Rob and Chyna FaceTimed each other after she bailed out of an Austin jail. TMZ broke the story, Chyna was arrested Friday for public intoxication at the Austin International Airport after allegedly getting incredibly drunk and belligerent, even calling a flight attendant a "nasty ass bitch."

Some of the Kardashian girls did an oblique "I told you so" to Rob ... Khloe tweeting, "Damn!! On a Friday kid!!!"

As we reported, Rob wants to do a reality show with Blac Chyna.

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian were hit with about a million questions about Rob, Blac Chyna, her arrest and their relationship Friday night as they hit up a club.

Khloe's mouth was as tight as her braids, saying nothing about kicking Rob out of the house after walking in on him and Blac Chyna last week.

7:24 PM PT -- TMZ has just learned Blac Chyna was just charged with drug possession ... more than 1 gram but under 4 grams.

Blac Chyna was arrested Friday after allegedly getting drunk and becoming belligerent during a trip to London ... TMZ has learned.

Chyna was busted in the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport Friday afternoon. Cops tells us, she was on her way to board her connecting flight to London when she started getting loud. She stormed toward the gate, got on the plane and screamed at a flight attendant, "Nasty ass bitch!"

That was enough for cops ... they got on the plane and arrested her on the spot.

An eyewitness tells TMZ, Chyna appeared "heavily intoxicated" and was "fighting" with a flight attendant, acting "like a drunken fool." Another eyewitness says, at one point she screamed, "Y'all got no respect for me. I gotta tie my shoes. Let me tie my Yeezys."

She'd just taken off a few hours earlier from LAX aboard a Delta flight.

An eyewitness tells us, Chyna was handcuffed and crying as cops took her away.

Chyna was in jail at the time of this post. She was booked for public intoxication.

Chicago Bears legend Jim McMahon says medical marijuana has been a "godsend" -- and has helped him get off the prescription pills he's been using to treat pain from his football career.

McMahon told the Chicago Tribune that he had been taking 100 Percocet pills a month to treat pain for his shoulders, neck and arms ... but switched over to weed when medical pot was approved in AZ (where he lives) in 2010.

"[The pills] were doing more harm than good," said Jim ... who also suffers from early onset dementia, headaches and depression.

University of Missouri QB Maty Mauk has been cut from the football team for his behavior in recent weeks ... but not specifically because of a video that appeared to show him snorting a line of coke.

Mizzou coach Barry Odom issued a statement saying, "I met with Maty Mauk this morning and informed him of my decision to permanently dismiss him from the football program."

"After gathering information and speaking with a number of individuals this week, it is clear Maty has failed to live up to those expectations by violating team rules in recent weeks."

"As for the video appearing on social media this week, it is concerning, but we believe it is from a long time ago. However, Maty’s failure to live up to expectations in recent weeks was the reason for this decision."

As for the final straw -- still unclear exactly what Coach Odom was referring to.

The family of a 19 year old USC Berkeley soccer player who died in March claims he was illegally served booze at a USC frat party hours before his death ... this according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.

The freshman soccer player, Eloi Vasquez, was killed as he tried to run across the 10 freeway sometime after 2 in the morning on March 28th ... and now his family is pointing the finger at the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity.

In the lawsuit, Vasquez's family says he was allowed into a party at the TKE house even though he had no I.D. -- but the people at the door knew he was likely under 21.

Still, the family claims he was not only served a ton of booze -- but the frat and other party organizers failed to take care of Vasquez when it was obvious he was hammered and unable to care for himself.

Vasquez reportedly left the party around 1:30 AM and somehow got to the 10 freeway -- where he was struck by a car and killed.

The family is suing the entire student executive board of TKE -- from the president to the social chair and even the treasurer -- along with USC and others they believe had a role in the party.

Blake Griffin -- along with at least one teammate and the team's equipment assistant -- had been drinking in the hours leading up to the fight in Toronto ... multiple witnesses tell TMZ Sports.

According to several witnesses, Griffin and the equipment manager were seen fighting outside of Sotto Sotto restaurant in Toronto on January 23rd.

Before the fight, witnesses say Griffin's crew was spotted at Coco Lezzone -- across the street from Sotto Sotto -- where the group ordered a couple rounds of drinks.

We're told the guys left Coco and went to Sotto ... where they spent roughly 2 hours before witnesses saw the men fighting in the street.

Clippers president Doc Rivers has said he does NOT believe alcohol was a factor -- though he did point out the guys are old enough to drink ... and drinking alone is not a crime.

We spoke with a rep for the Toronto PD who tells us there is no record of an incident involving Griffin -- however, "It is highly possible that police were in the area at the time and may have dropped in. In Toronto it is very likely and possible."

As we previously reported, cops say there is no investigation into Griffin -- and won't be unless someone files a formal complaint, which has not happened.

When reached for comment, a rep for Sotto Sotto had no comment.

We also spoke with the Clippers and reached out to Blake's rep -- but they have all declined comment as well.

Ray J and Princess Love's toxic relationship hit a new milestone -- a wedding engagement ... with one big catch.

We're told the on-again, off-again couple want to stick together for the long haul -- they're already making wedding plans -- but only if they both stay sober.

It had been a rocky road for them, and we're told alcohol was a key factor in their frequent break-ups -- one of which led to Ray J taking back the Bentley he'd gotten for her.

Ray J actually proposed back in October with an 8-carat rock worth $130k, and sweetened the deal with a diamond-smothered Rolex ... once she said yes.

We're told the relationship is solid now that they're booze-free. One silver lining to all their squabbles -- it was a great source of material for Ray's new "Curtains Closed" video.

Nick Carter attacked and choked an employee in the Key West bar where Nick got arrested ... according to the lawsuit that the employee just filed.

Skylar Carden is the bouncer, and in the lawsuit he says the Backstreet Boy was originally escorted out of the Hog's Breath Saloon for his "unruly and disrespectful" behavior. He says that's when Carter got physically aggressive -- "striking and choking" Carden.

Sources connected to the bar described the alleged assault as Carter squeezing Carden's larynx.

We broke the story ... Carter was busted for misdemeanor battery. Nick has said, "the truth will come out."

Carden's attorney, Mark DiCowden, says Carter is nothing more than a "backstreet thug" who inflicted mental anguish, pain and suffering on Carden. He adds his client was just doing his job and didn't deserve the attack.

Seattle Seahawks fullback Derrick Coleman admitted smoking a strain of synthetic marijuana called "spice" before crashing his truck back in October ... this according to police.

Coleman -- who is legally deaf -- was arrested for vehicular assault and hit and run in Bellevue, Washington after allegedly leaving the scene of a crash in which the other driver sustained serious injuries.

Now, cops have released the 102 page report on the investigation -- in which officials say Coleman admitted smoking spice ... and also had a lighter, a glass spoon pipe with residue and an opened bag of synthetic weed labeled "F'd Up!" and 3 unopened bags of a strain called "Mad Pitbulls."

But get this ... despite the admission, cops say Coleman's blood tested NEGATIVE for marijuana. However, officials noted blood wasn't drawn until several hours after the accident.

Another interesting thing ... cops say Coleman's agent told cops the NFL player had "issues" at practice earlier in the day and had to be helped to his vehicle.

Officials say they reached out to the Seahawks and were provided footage which showed Coleman walked to his car completely normal. Translation -- cops say the agent is a liar.

There's more ... cops say they also found 2 knives in Coleman's car -- and a thigh strap to holster one of the knives.

Investigators also say they found THC hard candy (edibles) and watermelon ribbon edibles ... and eye drops.

Harry Styles walked away from his lunch with Rande Gerber with the greatest doggy bag in history ... 20 cases of really good tequila!

Turns out it was an awesome pre-birthday gift for Harry, who turns 22 February 1st. The tequila is Casamigos -- the brand Rande owns with best bud George Clooney.

We're told Harry will make good use of the booze ... he's throwing himself a birthday shindig this weekend at an L.A. estate.

Former NFL wide receiver Jabar Gaffney -- who played for the Texans, Patriots, Jets, Broncos and Dolphins -- was busted for weed in Florida Friday ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Cops say the 35-year-old -- who was a 2nd round pick in 2002 -- was pulled over in Jacksonville in his 2010 Ford F-250 truck for illegal window tint and failure to maintain a single lane.

During the stop, cops say the trooper noticed the strong smell of weed ... and later found 6.5 grams of the sticky icky.

He was arrested and booked for weed possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $7,000.
