Someone's doing drugs in the Mexico house where Johnny Manziel is staying ... but the QB swears it's not his stuff and further says he's going stone-cold sober ... in a few days.

Check out this picture posted by a woman staying in the house ... holding several bags of what appear to be drugs. She doesn't say whose drugs and does not even insinuate they're tied to Johnny.

We spoke with Manziel who was adamant they are NOT his drugs ... period.

"They're absolutely not mine. I don't even know that girl."

Here's what we do know ... Manziel is staying in the insanely expensive Cabo mansion with 20 people, not all of whom he knows.

For his part, Manziel tells TMZ Sports he's NOT doing any drugs in Mexico and says he's going completely sober starting July 1st ... no booze, eating right and training like crazy.

Manziel has said he's determined to make a comeback to the NFL -- and tells us he's finally ready to get back to work ... right after one last turn up.

Ray Bourque's blood alcohol level was more than 3 TIMES the legal limit when the Boston Bruins legend was arrested for drunk driving this weekend ... this according to the police report.

55-year-old Bourque -- considered one of the greatest defensemen of all time -- was arrested in Andover, Mass. on Friday night after allegedly rear-ending a minivan at 11:30 PM.

Cops arrived to the scene and arrested Bourque -- who admitted to "having a few drinks" at the Andover Country Club, according to the police report obtained by the Eagle Tribune.

Bourque appeared in court earlier today and pled not guilty to OUI -- operating under the influence.

Bourque issued a statement -- saying, "For the first time in my life, I find myself in unfamiliar territory. I am not happy about the situation I put myself into on Friday night."

"I am a very proud person that accepts the responsibility of my actions and have always accepted being in the media eye."

Chris Brown allegedly cornered a female tour manager and went on a threatening, drug-fueled tirade so intense, she jumped off the tour bus and quit on the spot.

Sources connected to Chris' tour tell us the incident went down May 23 during Chris' European tour. Nancy Ghosh -- who's worked with the likes of J Lo, Kanye West and Justin Bieber -- claims Brown cursed her out in a dispute over her employment terms.

The day after the incident she fired off an email to Brown's team ... in which she explained she felt unsafe because Chris has been "irrational and high on drugs." Ghosh also claimed Brown referenced "what he did to Mike G" ... and threatened to do the same to her. TMZ broke the story ... Chris' ex-manager, Mike G, sued him for an alleged beatdown.

Ghosh said she refused to stay on the bus after the argument out of fear for her safety.

We're told a production manager on the tour also complained, through his lawyer ... claiming Brown has been verbally abusive and threatening.

We've reached out to Chris' camp ... so far no word back.

The LAPD officers just got schooled on sizzurp, aka lean ... but the department swears there's nothing racial about it.

Law enforcement sources tell us LAPD brass has held meetings with cops to go over the basics when it comes to codeine. We're told they've been briefed on how users mix the syrup, how it looks, smells and most importantly ... to be on the lookout for double cups.

The brass insisted it has nothing to do with this weekend's BET Awards show ... which will draw scores of rappers. They say cops will not specially hunt for double cups ... but officers will arrest anyone if they happen to notice during normal patrol.

Selma Blair is apologizing for her outburst on her flight back from Cancun, and admitting she mixed alcohol with pills.

Blair says, "I made a big mistake yesterday. After a lovely trip with my son and his Dad, I mixed alcohol with medication, and that caused me to black out and led me to say and do things that I deeply regret."

TMZ broke the story ... Selma yelled, "He burns my private parts" and "He beats me. He's going to kill me" -- before being removed by stretcher and taken to a hospital.

In her statement to Vanity Fair she added, "I take this very seriously, and I apologize to all of the passengers and crew that I disturbed and am thankful to all of the people who helped me in the aftermath. I am a flawed human being who makes mistakes and am filled with shame over this incident. I am truly very sorry.”

She says the only saving grace was that her son was asleep with headphones on during the incident.

Selma Blair was comforted by 2 nurses ... minutes after she lost control during the flight.

TMZ broke the story ... Selma was flying to L.A. from Cancun when she apparently mixed meds with alcohol and began screaming uncontrollably.

The nurses -- one standing over her and one seated -- propped her head up with a pillow and gave her oxygen to calm her down.

Selma was flying with her ex-boyfriend/baby daddy and their 4-year-old son, after they spent what looked like a relaxing and happy few days in Cancun.

Selma Blair was taken off a Delta flight Monday on a stretcher after losing control ... TMZ has learned.

Witnesses on a flight from Cancun, Mexico to LAX tell us, Blair was in first class and drinking wine. The witnesses say it appeared she combined something -- perhaps medication -- with her glass of wine.

We're told she suddenly started crying, "He burns my private parts. He won't let me eat or drink."

The witnesses say she continued, "He beats me. He's going to kill me."

We're told 2 nurses on board came over to help and checked her bags for pills.

Our sources say the pilot radioed ahead and told the tower there was a passenger on board who had been mixing alcohol and meds.

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch -- aka Sunny -- says she's been booze-free for 90 DAYS and loves the feeling of being clean so much, she doesn't want to leave rehab!

NFL superstar Chris Johnson says he's not on the same page as Eugene Monroe -- telling TMZ Sports he does NOT support marijuana for pain treatment ... claiming, "I'm drug-free."

The running back was out at Le Jardin in Hollywood Thursday night -- when we asked about Monroe -- who implied he was just cut from the Baltimore Ravens over his pro-pot stance.

Johnson is pretty adamant he ain't with the green stuff -- but he IS with a pretty damn good rapper.

Lil Wayne says his latest round of seizures were not triggered by sizzurp ... he says it all emanates from a chronic condition -- epilepsy, and the medications he takes to control it.

The rapper's private jet was forced to make 2 emergency landings earlier this week because he hadn't been taking his meds and had several epileptic attacks on the plane.

As for why he wasn't taking his Rx ... Wayne's rep tells us he went to a pharmacy in Milwaukee where he was performing but they didn't have the medicine in stock. He thought he could do without it for a few days, but he was wrong.

TMZ broke the story ... people who were at the club tell us Wayne was drinking "massive amounts" of sizzurp before the seizures started.

As we previously reported, Lil Wayne returned to the stage just 2 days after he was released from the hospital.

"Ink Master" star Tyler Nolan was arrested in Florida and charged with possession of cocaine, ecstasy, weed and three guns, including a Remington shotgun.

According to the police report, Tyler was pulled over Monday afternoon in Cocoa Beach. When they approached the car, cops say it reeked of marijuana ... triggering a search.

Cops say they found a small bag of cocaine (less than 1 gram) and a gun on him. When they searched the car, cops turned up two bags of weed (14 grams), 6 pills of ecstasy and two more firearms, including a rifle and over 900 rounds of ammo.

Tyler -- who told cops he had the ammo after spending a few days at shooting ranges in the area -- was charged with three felonies (possession of coke, E and guns) and a misdemeanor for the weed.

He was released Wednesday morning on $18k bond.

Lil Wayne's a lil workhorse ... working again 2 days after suffering TWO scary seizures.

The rapper's currently at the gaming convention E3 in downtown L.A. promoting his new mobile app skating game. He stayed true to his word it'd be business as usual ... despite his private plane making two emergency landings in Omaha, Nebraska.

Noticeably absent from Weezy's hand ... a cup of lean. But look closely ... a friend appears to be double cupping.

We're no doctors ... but being near a double cup probably not the best idea.

Lil Wayne ingested an extraordinary amount of lean in the hours leading up to his multiple midair seizures ... according to witnesses close to the rapper.

We're told Weezy was cruising around with five 16 oz bottles of Promethazine/Codeine syrup during his club appearance in Milwaukee over the weekend ... with one onlooker telling us Wayne downed 3 bottles just by himself.

We're told he continued sipping during the after-party.

TMZ broke the story ... Wayne was hospitalized in Omaha, Nebraska after suffering multiple seizures aboard his private jet ... prompting 2 emergency landings.

Wayne previously said he doesn't sip lean anymore because of his history with seizures and epilepsy ... but clearly that wasn't the case in Milwaukee.

A rep for Wayne says the rapper is currently in stable condition and "good spirits."

The Abbey's ready to burst with boys and vodka when hundreds of thousands descend on West Hollywood this weekend for L.A. Pride.

The Abbey has stocked the place with more than 1,000 liters of vodka, 3,500 cans of Red Bull and 7,500 bottles of beer. And there's plenty of eye candy for the boys AND girls -- 100 go-go dancers.

The Abbey -- once reportedly the largest purchaser of vodka in the world -- is expecting between 30-50k booze-guzzling customers.

Chris Brown was high as a kite when he was stopped by cops in Amsterdam for riding a dirt bike without plates, and somehow he was able to charm his way out of some super serious charges.

The police pulled Chris and his crew over, clearly not knowing he was famous. When Brown's posse dropped the "do-you-know-who-he-is" card, the main cop's knowledge was only as deep as Elvis.

Chris was ticketed and then taken to the station to pay the fine.

As for the super serious charge, Chris clearly could have been busted for DUI, because just minutes before hopping on the bike he and his buddies smoked out a coffee shop.

Dustin Diamond, from "Saved by the Bell," violated his probation by failing a drug test ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs ... Screech's urine tested positive for oxy during a test administered last month. Diamond told his parole officer he'd recently taken "a painkiller" for a toothache -- but he also admitted to not knowing what kind it was ... because it was an old prescription.

That's his story, he stuck to it ... and that's why he got thrown in jail for the violation. Diamond was released after 2 days behind bars.

He told cops he's "cleaned out" his medicine cabinet.
