Another Disney Star ... another substance abuse arrest .... "Lab Rats" star Billy Unger has been arrested for DUI.

The 18-year-old was driving on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu Saturday just after midnight when Sheriff's deputies pulled him over for speeding.

Deputies suspected Unger was under the influence. He blew a .08 -- barely the legal limit, but there's a special California law for drivers under the age of 21. If they have ANY alcohol in their system it's considered driving under the influence.

Unger was arrested, taken to jail and released.

Unger is now on a fairly long list of Disney stars with drug and alcohol problems. Others include Zac Efron, Mitchel Musso, Jake T. Austin, Orlando Brown, Kirsten Storms, Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, Shia LaBeouf, and of course ... Lindsay Lohan.

8:00 AM PDT: Robert Downey Jr. just released the following statement to TMZ: “Unfortunately there's a genetic component to addiction and Indio has likely inherited it. Also, there is a lot of family support and understanding, and we’re all determined to rally behind him and help him become the man he's capable of being."

Downey adds ... "We’re grateful to the Sheriff’s department for their intervention, and believe Indio can be another recovery success story instead of a cautionary tale.”

Robert Downey Jr.'s son was arrested for cocaine possession in West Hollywood Sunday afternoon ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told Indio Downey was a passenger in a car at around 2 PM PT when cops drove up along side the vehicle and noticed the passenger was smoking something out of a pipe.

An L.A. County Sheriff's deputy pulled the car over, did a search and allegedly found cocaine in Indio's possession. He was arrested and taken to jail for possession of cocaine.

20-year-old Indio -- who appeared in "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang -- posted his $10K bail and was released just after midnight Sunday.

Robert Downey Jr. famously struggled with drug addiction and ended up in prison. The drugs that got him in so much trouble -- cocaine and heroin.

Chris Brown's hos ain't loyal, but his bros sure are ... 'cause they straight up carried him out of a Hollywood club and into the waiting ride of Karrueche Tran.

Brown was leaving Playhouse in the wee hours of Monday morning, but not under his own power. Brown's arms were squarely wrapped around the shoulders of two guys ... while a few other people cleared the way.

Tran -- Chris' on-again/off-again girlfriend -- was waiting in a sick orange Lambo ... ready to whisk CB away. No doubt he napped the whole ride.

Brown performed at the BET Awards earlier in the evening -- his first show since getting out of jail.

Amanda Bynes' rap sheet just got a little shorter ... a judge has DISMISSED all charges in connection with her NYC pot bust -- so it's like it never happened.

It's exactly what we said would happen ... if Amanda kept her nose clean for 6 months -- and she has -- she would have the slate wiped clean in her criminal case.

You may remember ... Bynes allegedly tossed a bong out of the window of her NYC apartment ... when cops responded to complaints from neighbors that she was smoking weed and acting erratically.

She was charged with marijuana possession, evidence tampering and reckless endangerment.

Amanda went to court last January and was told if she stayed out of trouble ... the case would go away and that's exactly what happened in court today.

Rapper Young Thug apparently hasn't heard airports have been crawling with cops for about 13 years ... because he rolled out of LAX Saturday with a double cup ... of sizzurp.

YT -- an up and coming Atlanta rapper with lots of buzz -- didn't specifically say sizzurp, but he laughed when we asked and said we knew exactly what it was ... so there you go.

As you know ... the signature of sizzurp is the double cup.

Rick Ross was arrested in North Carolina last night ... all because cops say he BLEW OFF a court date stemming from a weed arrest in town last year.

The Boss was taken into custody by the Greensboro Police Department late Friday night ... right after his performance at SuperJam 2014 at the Greensboro Coliseum.

Officials say there had been a warrant out for Ross -- because he never showed up to court to deal with a marijuana arrest in Greensboro back in 2013 ... so, when he came back to N.C., cops pounced.

We're told Ross was cooperative with police -- and has since been released from custody after posting bail.

Shia LaBeouf was drinking and watching the World Cup early Thursday afternoon ... and he was acting just fine.

According to the folks at Iguana NYC ... Shia showed up around 1:00 PM to watch Belgium's World Cup soccer match against South Korea. A bartender there tells us Shia said he wasn't much of a soccer fan, but felt the need to be patriotic because his family was from Belgium.

Shia ordered 2-3 margaritas,pacing himself, and didn't ordered any food. The staff says he was quiet, polite, and nice to everyone. He even posed for a few pics (above) and tipped well.

All in all, he was there for about two hours without incident.

The restaurant is right next door to the theater where Shia went off the hinges.

Multiple witnesses tell TMZ ... Shia showed up outside another bar, Three Monkeys, at around 5:00 PM. They say Shia seemed really angry and drunk and began yelling at a random woman on the street ... who had no idea why Shia was so worked up.

Shia LaBeouf was ARRESTED after acting crazy in a New York City club, then threatening cops and club security.

Shia was at a showing of "Cabaret" at the legendary Studio 54 Thursday night ... when he was smoking inside -- which is against the law -- and "alarming people" by his conduct by being extremely loud and obscene.

Witnesses say Shia appeared extremely drunk, reportedly played grab ass with some of the actors on stage and then flew into a rage, spitting on people.

As for the threats to law enforcement ... Shia reportedly told police, "I'll f*** you up."

Police came and arrested the actor and took him to the cop shop. Shia was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Shia pled not guilty Friday morning and left the courthouse a free man.

Ecstasy played a central role in the 911 emergency Wednesday night that sent dozens of Avicii concertgoers to the hospital ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources in Boston tell TMZ ... some of the concertgoers were high on ecstasy and it created a dangerous situation, because the pit area was extremely hot and crowded. Dehydration is a common side effect for ecstasy users. Many of those taken to the ER were severely dehydrated.

What's unclear ... where all the concertgoers got the ecstasy and if a particular batch feuled the emergency.

One concertgoer tells TMZ ... in addition to hard drugs, the place smelled like weed and puke and some people were so wasted they were falling down stairs, urinating in the back rows, and passing out.

In all, 36 people were taken to local hospitals and additional 50 were treated at the scene.

Rob Kardashian's family wants Rob to get help for what they say is a very bad drug problem ... sources directly connected with the family tell TMZ.

Our sources say the family is well aware of what has been going on with Rob, depicted by these photos during a drug-fueled party a few days ago.

You can see Rob holding a double cup ... the container of choice for Sizzurp. The cup on the table actually has the words, "Codeine Boys" emblazoned on it. He's also seen smoking weed.

We're told the Kardashians have been calling rehab facilities, but Rob refuses to go. They feel desperate because they don't know what to do and hope pictures like these may change Rob's mind.

A slew of electronic dance music fans attending an Avicii concert were hospitalized Wednesday night after getting dangerously wasted.

EMTs transported 22 people ... with a dozen more under evaluation after the Swedish DJ performed at the TD Bank Garden in Boston ... according to the Boston Herald.

It's unclear what what caused all the fans to get so sick ... EMTs say 38 people -- many of them minors -- may have consumed a dangerous substance.

Sources close to Avicii tell TMZ ... the DJ was unaware the fans got so sick.

Andrew Stern -- the husband of "Deal or No Deal" showcase model Katie Cleary who committed suicide Sunday -- went on a downward spiral after undergoing hormone replacement therapy for his libido ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Stern shot himself in the head at a San Fernando Valley firing range. Sources say he was deeply depressed, largely over the meltdown of his marriage.

Close friends of Andrew tell us ... 2 years ago he went to a Beverly Hills health and wellness center because he was feeling lethargic and had a waning libido. We're told the center gave him a kit, which included human growth hormones and testosterone. Both were injectables.

The friends say he started experiencing drastic mood swings and became extremely irritable. Andrew kept the regimen up for a year but couldn't take it anymore and stopped cold turkey.

We're told abruptly stopping such therapy is extremely dangerous and in Andrew's case he spiraled into a deep depression, which got much worse because his business failed and everything then took a toll on his marriage.

The friends tells us ... Andrew -- who filed for divorce in April -- went nuclear after seeing pics of his wife in Cannes, nuzzling up to Leo DiCaprio. Katie's rep says the pics didn't have an impact on Andrew, but his friends scoff and say it had a HUGE affect.

One friend tells us he spoke with Andrew the day before he killed himself -- Andrew said he was having "a tough day" but assured him he'd be OK.

Former D.C. mayor Marion Barry says Toronto mayor Rob Ford can't hold a candle to him -- problem is ... we can't tell if he's talking about political accomplishments or drug use.

Our photog got Barry out in downtown Washington D.C. Tuesday night, where we asked him who gets more love in their respective cities ... him or Ford?

For the record ... Barry was convicted of cocaine possession and served 6 months in prison. Ford was caught on video smoking crack but never prosecuted.

Justin Bieber has loaded up his truck and moved to Beverly Hills ... and his neighbors are already pissed.

We've learned Bieber is renting 2 units in a new, fancy Bev Hills condo building. It's a little strange ... he's rented both a penthouse unit and the unit on the floor below, even though the units don't connect.

We're told Justin needed the space not just for him but for his entourage. He moved in earlier this month.

Now here's the predictable problem with the Biebs living in a condo building. The neighbors have already contacted the HOA because of excessive noise and marijuana. And we're told ... cops have been called twice.

A resident in the building tells TMZ, "The smell of marijuana was permeating the floor, especially my hallway which is shared by [Justin's] unit."

Neighbors complained last week of a rager that went on until 4 AM.

And there's this. A neighbor told TMZ Justin was having a small party Monday where his deck was outfitted with bongs and a bar ... and the entire penthouse floor was being hotboxed.
