We're told authorities received a call at 10:35 AM from someone who said he found an unresponsive person in a hotel room. Homicide detectives responded and found Reid, who was already dead. We're told there does not appear to be foul play.

The 25-year-old son of legendary wrestler Ric Flair is dead.

Flair's agent tells TMZ, "We are heartbroken to confirm that Ric's son, Reid Fliehr, has passed away today March 29, 2013 in Charlotte, NC."

The agent goes on, "The investigation into the cause of death is ongoing."

Reid was an independent wrestler who was wrestling in Japan over the last few months. He even wrestled a few times in WCW as a kid (see video below).

Reid had issues with heroin in the past, and was arrested in 2009 for possession.

Ric's agent says, "No words can describe the grief that Ric and his family are experiencing and they do request privacy during this devastating time."

The wife of the man who Justin Bieber allegedly spit on tells TMZ, Bieber is a "punk."

TMZ broke the story ... auto mogul Jeff Schwartz -- Justin's neighbor -- went over to confront the singer about driving in the gated community at speeds approaching 100 mph, and Justin responded by allegedly spitting in his face and threatening to kill him.

Schwartz's wife, Suzie, tells TMZ, "He's a punk. He thinks he's invincible. He can't continue to have a bunch of enablers around him." FYI, there are reports Jeff said this, but it was Suzie.

Suzie also tells TMZ, "Spitting on someone is unacceptable. He can't do this to people."

And she tells us Justin has NOT apologized to her hubby.

"Southland" star C. Thomas Howell concocted an elaborate scheme to swindle $220,000 from a film investor -- using fake bank accounts and forged documents -- this according to a new lawsuit ... but Thomas tells TMZ he's a victim too.

Blackacre Entertainment filed the suit in L.A. Monday, claiming Howell and two other defendants asked them to invest $220,000 for a film called "Bite" ... money which Howell said was necessary to shake loose $11 MILLION in funding for the flick.

BE claims Howell assured them it was legit and the $$$ would be returned in 30 days ... plus $66,000 for the trouble.

But BE says they never saw a dime ... and it was all a giant scam.

BE claims Howell tricked them with forged docs, a fake bank account (which showed an $11 mil balance), and phony conference calls between BE and phantom Bank of America managers.

BE is suing for $286,000 plus punitive damages.

Howell tells TMZ ... he has filed his own lawsuits regarding the case -- claiming he was duped into raising the $220k by a fraudulent third party -- and had NO IDEA it was a scam.

Kordell Stewart -- the former Pittsburgh Steelers star -- has filed for divorce from his reality star wife Porsha Williams ... TMZ has learned.

According to Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia, the 40-year-old NFL alum -- who went by the nickname "Slash" during his playing days -- filed for divorce on March 22.

Stewart and Williams were married on May 21, 2011 -- they have no children together. Stewart has a son from a previous relationship.

Williams currently stars on "Real Housewives of Atlanta."

The issue of children came up often on the reality show -- Porsha wanted to have kids AND a career in charity work ... but Kordell told her she had to choose.

2:10 PM PT -- Porsha says she was blindsided by Kordell's divorce filing, claiming she learned about it from a website.

7:49 AM PT -- According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Kordell says the marriage is "irretrievably broken" ... and claims the two are currently separated.

It seems Kordell also believes he shouldn't have to pay Porsha a single cent in spousal support ... claiming, "[She's] an able-bodied person, earning income and is capable of supporting herself."

One of the guys from the VH1 reality show "Real Chance of Love" has been diagnosed with STAGE FOUR colon cancer ... and is hospitalized while doctors come up with a strategy to attack the disease.

TMZ has learned Real ... real name Ahmad Givens ... is getting treatment at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Beverly Hills.

A rep for Real -- who starred with his brother on the popular dating show 'Real Chance' -- tells TMZ he first got sick in January with what he thought was the flu.

We're told 33-year-old Real went back to the hospital at least 4 times and was initially told something was wrong with his liver -- but last week doctors informed him it was colon cancer.

Stage four generally means the cancer has spread to other parts of the body.

We're told the rapper-turned-reality-star will remain hospitalized at least until docs figure out what kind of treatment -- chemotherapy, radiation, or both -- he will require.

This has gotta hurt ... R. Kelly's Illinois mansion was auctioned off Monday for $950,000 -- waaaay less than the $3.5-million-mortgage the singer took out to the build the place.

Kelly built the 20,000-square-foot dream home back in 1997 -- but things took a turn for the worse in 2011 ... when his bank tried to foreclose, claiming he hadn't made mortgage payments for over a year.

Kelly tried selling the crib for $1.6 million to block the foreclosure -- but no cigar ... it sat for a year. The bank then went full bore on foreclosure ... and it sold Monday for $950k.

The house has 6 bedrooms, 8 baths, an indoor pool, theater room and private lake.

Charlie Sheen's war against an L.A. private school has turned personal ... Charlie says his ex-wife Denise Richards has now been targeted by the school's "spineless" supporters, who have embarked on a campaign to bully her and their children.

Charlie posted the latest tirade on his Twitter account, writing, "Here's why people suck; a group of mindless Viewpoint [School] supporting doosh-bagz have targeted [Denise] and the girls with 'bullying tactics' as a response to my call to arms."

Sources close to Charlie tell us, Charlie believes the "doosh bagz" in question are connected with families at L.A.'s expensive Viewpoint School, which Charlie publicly accused of condoning bullying ... after his 9-year-old daughter Sam was allegedly teased into leaving the school. The school insisted it took appropriate action.

We're told the "doosh bagz" live near Denise ... and have been harassing her at home. So far, it's unclear what they're accused of doing.

As for his new rant -- Charlie continued, writing, "Leave them alone. This is not a threat but a promise that justice will be served. I'm not hiding. You are. Show yourselves you spineless cowards. Oh that's right; cockroaches scatter in the light."

Lindsay Lohan's court hearing is less than three hours away and she still has not arrived in Los Angeles ... TMZ has learned.

As TMZ first reported, LiLo hopped off her scheduled flight from New York to Los Angeles just before take off last night because she felt the plane was unsafe.

Lindsay eventually found a flight, tweeting at around 4:00 AM PT and thanking Mr. Pink -- an energy drink company -- for lending her a private jet.

According to our sources, the flight won't land in Los Angeles until around 6:30-7:00 AM PT ... meaning Lindsay has roughly 1.5 hours to make it to court, which starts at 8:30 AM PT. It might be enough time, but you have to factor in that Lindsay needs to make herself "camera ready."

And then there's this ... we know Lindsay's plane is set to land at the airport in Van Nuys. That means she has to travel around 20 miles to get to the hearing today at the Airport Courthouse. And it's gonna be rush hour!

According to our sources, Lindsay is not alone on the flight. She's traveling with her ex-assistant Gavin. He was the one who rolled on Lindsay and told the cops she was driving the car (despite her claims otherwise). The incident played a major role in their decision to charge her with lying to police.

Lindsay could have avoided all of this if she stayed on her original flight to LA. Even though it took off an hour late and was diverted to Las Vegas ... it still arrived in Los Angeles last night at 11:30 PM.

With breakup rumors continuing to swirl ... ('cause with George Clooney they always are) ... Stacy Keibler landed in Germany today, presumably to spend some quality time with her man.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... the rumors of the couple's demise are way off-base -- in fact, we're told the two still live together and are currently redecorating the kitchen in their home.

Justin Bieber's hamster PAC -- the one he gave away to a random screaming fan less than three months ago -- is now spinning in that great hamster wheel in the sky ... in other words, he's dead.

TMZ broke the story ... Bieber unloaded the pet on an unsuspecting teenage girl in Atlanta last December ... cage and everything ... following his Jingle Ball concert. He told her, "That's all you ... you gotta take care of PAC."

The girl -- 18-year-old Tori McClure -- promised to take good care of the rodent ... and she actually did ... until the poor bastard kicked the bucket this week.

Tori tells TMZ, the hamster started to lose its hair two weeks ago so she took it to the vet over the weekend, but it was too little, too late.

We did some rodent research ... hamster hair loss can be caused by a variety of ailments, including chronic renal failure or a low protein diet ... it's unclear exactly what was eating PAC.

Tori says she buried PAC by a tree in her backyard, telling TMZ, "It's very peaceful there."

Ed Asner was rushed to a hospital near Gary, Indiana yesterday ... after the 83-year-old actor suffered a medical emergency during a performance of his 1-man show.

15 minutes into his play "FDR" -- crew members escorted Asner off the stage after noticing the actor struggling with his lines.

According to SunTimes.com, Asner was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Asner is a Hollywood legend -- having won Emmys for his role on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and the spin-off "Lou Grant."

He was also the president of the Screen Actors Guild.

8:45 AM PT -- TMZ spoke with Ed's son, Matt, who tells us ... "My dad is doing fine. He was rushed to the hospital yesterday for being disoriented on stage."

"He is resting now at an Indiana hospital and is doing well and very grumpy, which with him is always a good thing."

"He is being assessed right now and what I can say is that it was not a stroke. That much we do know."

"He was feeling under the weather for a few weeks so he may just need some rest but for now he is just fine."

Kim Kardashian likes her windows like she likes her men ... the darker the better ... but moments ago, her tinted windows got her in trouble with the cops ... TMZ has learned.

KK was pulled over in Calabasas earlier today while on her way to the Kardashian family compound.

But this story has a happy ending for Kim -- we're told the cops only gave her a warning ... NO TICKET.

Kanye West had similar luck in January, when cops pulled over Kanye for speeding and tinted windows ... but let him go with a warning.

Rick Springfield was arrested today on a bench warrant stemming from his DUI case.

A rep for the L.A. County Sheriff's Department tells TMZ, deputies went to Rick's L.A. home this morning to execute the warrant ... but by the time he was being booked, Rick's attorney had the warrant recalled. Rick was subsequently released.

Rick posted an update on his Facebook from the Lost Hills sheriff station, writing, "I didn't know that I was supposed appear in court a few weeks ago. It was to do with the old DUI charge and it's been cleared up and I am free to go."

The bench warrant was issued Wednesday after Springfield failed to show up to court in February, when a rep for the court says he was supposed to show proof he completed an alcohol education program. Rick was also supposed to pay $1,555 in fines.

Springfield was ordered to complete the alcohol program as part of a plea deal he struck with prosecutors to keep his ass out of jail.

It all stems from Springfield's DUI arrest back in May 2011 -- when cops pulled over the singer's 1963 Corvette Stingray in Malibu ... and smelled booze. Law enforcement sources told TMZ Rick threatened to kill the deputy and his family if he had the car towed.

5:50 AM PT -- We're told Justin has been released from the hospital. He feels crappy, but still plans on going ahead with tonight's show.

Justin Bieber was taken to a hospital in London moments ago ... after collapsing backstage during a concert ... TMZ has learned.

A source close to Justin tells us the singer felt woozy during the show at the O2 Arena ... and with 4 songs to go, he stumbled backstage where he collapsed.

We're told the singer was pulled into a private room where he was treated with oxygen from emergency personnel.

Sources say Bieber was advised to go to the hospital ... but declined ... insisting that he "had to finish the show for his fans."

That's when Bieber's rep, Scooter Braun, went on stage and told the crowd ... "Justin's got very light breath. The whole show he’s been complaining, He’s backstage with the EMTs and the doctor."

A short time later, JB returned to the stage ... completed the show ... and got a HUGE ovation.

Justin was transported to the hospital directly following the show ... and we're told he's still there receiving treatment.

We're told he's in good spirits and feels OK ... but doctors want to evaluate him.

Demi Moore has filed legal docs responding to Ashton Kutcher's divorce petition ... and get this -- she wants spousal support and she's worth WAAAAY more than him.

Sources connected with Demi tell TMZ ... "She's got money up the wazoo" and has untold millions more than Ashton. He's not asking her for spousal support, so it's surprising she's going for it.

What's more ... she wants Ashton to pay HER attorney's fees.

Although there are reports that settlement negotiations have broken down, we're told it's not true -- both sides are negotiating and they expect a quick resolution.

It's almost out of the question Ashton will have to pay Demi spousal support -- a judge certainly would never order it.

One thing they both agree on -- they both checked the box citing irreconcilable differences.
