'Housewife' to Website -- Urine Trouble Now!
It's safe to say Gretchen Rossi is not TheDirty.com's #1 fan.
"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Gretchen Rossi is pissed off about a photo that was posted online of her on the toilet. Her lawyers fired off a cease and desist letter to the TheDirty.com, demanding the pic's removal.
In the letter, Rossi claims the pics were stolen from her and posted without her authorization. The photo is still up on the site.
Here's what we're wondering ... who takes a picture of themselves on the toilet? Just askin' ...

"Wiseguy" Sues Guy Over Lost Fortune
Ken Wahl, the dude who starred in "Wiseguy," claims he's destitute and blames it on a conspiracy between his former business manager and Wahl's ex-wife.
Wahl's lawsuit, filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court, claims he hired Henry Levine back in the day to take care of his finances. Wahl says Levine had the dreaded power of attorney. The actor explains how his career was red hot from 1983 to 1991.
But things changed radically in '91. Wahl divorced his wife, Corinne Alphen and gave her "ALL of the community property assets." Dumb move. The assets included a Malibu mansion and an estate in Boston, worth "many millions of dollars."
The suit claims during Wahl's marriage Levine entered into a "secret business manager relationship" with Corinne. He says after they got divorced, Corinne squandered Wahl's money "on plastic surgeries, facials, and massages" from the sale of the Malibu property -- Wahl says the proceeds were supposed to be held for their son.
Ben Vereen Super Pissed at Supersmile
Just because Ben Vereen uses your product and goes on tape saying he uses your product, that doesn't mean you can tell people Ben Vereen uses your product. We'll explain.
Ben is suing a company called Supersmile. According to a lawsuit filed yesterday, Ben showed up at a gift suite at the TV Land Awards in 2007 and was handed some Supersmile toothpaste. Vereen says he had a quick interaction with a spokesmodel that was videotaped, and that was cool...so he thought.
But then, Ben claims, the company started using the video on their website and on YouTube as a product endorsement ... without his permission.
Ben is seeking damages in excess of $450,000.
Fun Fact: David Foster hit Ben V. with his car on Pacific Coast Highway back in 1992. It was an accident...so the story goes.

Shawn Johnson $cores Big with 'DWTS' Contract
Shawn Johnson is raking in the cash on "Dancing with the Stars" -- although she may not think it's worth the hassle of dealing with alleged stalker Robert O'Ryan ... and we have her contract to prove it.
We've obtained a copy of Shawn's "Dancing" contract -- a public document filed with the L.A. County Superior Court. A judge had to approve the deal because she's a minor. Under the contract, Shawn gets a guarantee of $125,000 for appearing on the show. By surviving the first elimination, she gets an additional $10,000 a week for weeks 3 and 4.
If Shawn survives the next eliminations, the rate doubles to $20,000 a week for weeks 5, 6 and 7. For weeks 8 and 9 she scores $30,000 a week.
And here's where it really gets sweet. In weeks 10 and 11, if Shawn makes it through, she gets $50,000 a week.
Total take if Shawn makes it to the final 2 -- $365,000.
Under the contract, Shawn must train approximately 20 hours a week. As for the all important issue of injuries ... the contract makes it clear that "Dancing" has no liability. It reads, "Artist releases Producer, Network ... from any and all claims ... arising from physical or other injury resulting from Artist's appearance in the Series..."
Nice work if you can get it.

How Many Nannies Does OctoMom Need?
EIGHTEEN!!!!
TMZ has learned 18 different nannies from the Merry Poppins to Order nanny agency have been looking after Nadya Suleman's family for the last two years -- before, during, and after the whole Angels in Waiting fiasco.
We're told the army of nannies work in 4-5 person shifts ... which could last up to 12 hours.
The nannies are each trained by Kaiser Permanente nurses -- and we're told Nadya pays for the services out of her own pocket ...
... probably with the allowance she got from Dr. Phil.
Arrested Detroit Lions Bust Finally Gets His Shot
TMZ has obtained the mugshot of former first round NFL draft pick-turned-Detroit Lions mega-bust, Charles Rogers.
Rogers -- the #2 overall pick in the 2003 draft -- was sentenced to 30 days in the slammer yesterday (with 15 days credit for time served) for violating the terms of his probation in a domestic violence case.
Court records show the 27-year-old, who signed a $55 million contract with the Lions back in the day, tested positive for alcohol and falsified records showing he attended AA classes.
Rogers was a wide receiver before he got locked up -- no word if he'll change his position before he gets out.
1500 More Reasons to Hate OctoMom
This is getting out of hand -- OctoMom just blew another $1500 on clothes ... for herself.
We're told Nadya Suleman went on a major shopping spree yesterday at Bebe Sport -- which isn't a baby brand, it's a pricey adult one!
Sources tell us she picked up things ranging from t-shirts to tank tops, a sexy fit metallic cami, woven cargo dress, crystal heart sweatsuits (two colors) and sports bras.
What's worse -- sources say when Nadya was asked for her ID during a separate shopping spree at Bebe last Friday, a blonde woman with her said "Oh come on, don't you know who she is?"

Feud Between Akon and Suge Triggered Robbery
We've now spoken with one of the victims of the home invasion robbery early this morning -- a man who works for Detail, Akon's producer -- and he says Suge Knight and money are behind the incident.
Christopher Walker tells us at about 3:00 AM five men broke into his home with guns and said they were there to collect a debt on behalf of Suge Knight. They claimed Detail owed Suge money, and then proceeded to collect on the debt.
Walker says Detail was asleep in one of the bedrooms. The men entered the bedroom but did not get Detail out of bed. Instead, they stole $170,000 worth of jewelry from his room.
Walker adds they demanded a key to the safe and said they would kill all four people in the house if they didn't get it. The robbers didn't get the key -- instead, they took the 130 pound safe.
Walker says they also took stereo equipment and a key to a Mercedes. He claims the total heist was more than $200,000. A police source tells us it's more like $300,000.
Walker says the feud ignited in Arizona during NBA All-Star weekend when Suge got his face smashed in by two men who worked for Akon. Walker says that incident was over the same alleged debt that triggered this morning's home invasion.
Walker says the robbers put a gun to his head and forced him to the ground but he and the others were just scratched up. Walker's brother and a sound engineer were also in the house.

"Laguna Beach" Star in the Middle of Drug Bust
Alex Murrel was a featured cast member on season two of "Laguna Beach." Not featured -- her alleged drug dealer friend.
Feds and local police raided the house Alex rents in Orange County last week and arrested a man identified as her boyfriend for felony possession of cocaine with intent to sell. Law enforcement sources tell us they found the cocaine "packaged for sale."
Murrel herself was not charged, but she was interviewed as a witness.
Cops Say T.R. Knight Caused Crash
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops have determined T.R. Knight caused the car crash last Thursday that landed one person in the hospital.
Just before the crash, Knight was stopped at a stop sign. Cops say he should not have entered the intersection because it wasn't clear of traffic -- they say he ran into the other car, sending a woman to the hospital. The male in the car also complained of minor injuries.
Knight will not be ticketed because it's not LAPD policy to ticket on infractions that aren't committed in their presence.
No charges will be filed. Now it's in the hands of the insurance companies.
Sizemore Investigated for Phone, Highlighter Heist
Congenital convict Tom Sizemore may be heading back to his old prison cell soon, because he's the alleged ring leader of one of the most pathetic heists in history ... one that was caught on tape.
The LAPD confirms Tom -- who spent time behind bars in '07 for a probation violation -- is being investigated for grand theft after he allegedly stole multiple cell phones, a pen and a highlighter from a Verizon Wireless store in L.A. last week.
Sources tell us Verizon's security cameras clearly see a man who looks a helluva lot like Tom, along with another man, stealing a handful of phones -- including one belonging to an employee. The man believed to be Tom was also busted reaching over the counter to pocket a pen and a highlighter.
Sizemore, who has multiple movies coming out in '09, just completed the term of his parole in January from a prior drug bust.
Tom's lawyer just told us he's "innocent until proven guilty."

Judge to Kobe: "Go Lakers!"
Kobe Bryant has just been excused from jury duty -- but the way it all went down is priceless.
When the Orange County judge questioned Kobe -- a candidate for jury service on a vandalism case -- TMZ was inside the courtroom and heard the following exchange take place:
Judge: "What do you do for a living?"
Kobe: "I play professional basketball for the Los Angeles Lakers"
Judge: "Go Lakers!"
Yes, that conversation actually happened. But there's more. When the judge asked Kobe why he thought he would be a "good juror," Kobe replied, "I'm a good listener."
Kobe was also asked about his relationship with the cops, to which Bryant replied, "My team of security guards are comprised mostly of police officers."
Though Kobe was among one of the last people to get excused, he was still in good spirits on his way out -- even signing an autograph on a shoe for a fan.
