TMZ has obtained a screen shot of Jenkins' private Facebook profile. The name on the account is Ryan Alexander -- Alexander is Ryan's middle name. We're told he closed his old account, under the name Ryan Jenkins, and opened the new one several weeks ago.

On August 18 at 3:36 PM, three days after Jenkins' wife, Jasmine Fiore, was discovered mutilated in a suitcase and thrown in a dumpster, one of Jenkins' friends -- David Cohen -- posted on his wall: "my brother we looked good last night."

So the question -- was Cohen with Jenkins on the August 17? We got a tip -- that we have not confirmed -- that David Cohen is the screen name of someone who appeared with Jenkins on "Megan Wants a Millionaire." That week's episode, however, aired on August 16 and it appears Cohen is referring to August 17.

Cops believe Jenkins escaped to Canada on Wednesday August 19.

Here's the spread. Kimberley Conrad married Hef back in 1989. They had a prenup. Approximately 9 years later they split but never divorced. When they separated, they signed an amendment to the prenup which guaranteed Kimberley a ton of money.

For 10 years, Kimberley has been living in the house next to the Playboy mansion with their two sons. Everything was going swimmingly, until Hef decided to sell the house this year. According to the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Hef allegedly announced he was not going to honor the agreement anymore and she had 9 months to get out of the house.

As we reported, law enforcement tells us there was no sign of blood in the hotel near San Diego where Fiore and murder suspect Ryan Jenkins were staying. Police believe Jenkins may have strangled her in the room and mutilated her after leaving with her body. As such, the car could hold critical evidence.

It's a 2007 white Mercedes, with very large black rims (24") and a black roof. For some reason, the car has paper plates.

Before Courtney Love went and called someone a drunken, drug slangin' prostitute on the Internet -- the singer claims she did her research.

Love was sued by Dawn Simorangkir back in March, after the designer claimed Courtney unleashed a flurry of horrible lies about her on several websites.

But just a few days ago, Courtney filed a response to the lawsuit, claiming the only reason she wrote that stuff is because she recalls a conversation where Dawn TOLD HER she "worked in the past as a prostitute ... and still had warrants out for her arrest."

Love also says Dawn admitted to "drug and alcohol abuse" and even tried to get Courtney to take cocaine and Percocet.

Courtney says she spilled Dawn's beans on the Internet because the designer screwed her out of a bunch of money and clothes, and wanted to let the world know how skeezy Dawn was.

Of course, Dawn claims Courtney's story is BS -- and she's suing the singer for defamation.

In the mafia -- word is bond. In Hollywood, eh ... not so much.

The ex-girlfriend of a notorious mafia soldier is putting a legal hit out on a movie company -- claiming they made her an offer she couldn't refuse ... and then they backed out.

Linda Schiro -- the longtime GF of Colombo Crime family member Gregory "Grim Reaper" Scarpa, Sr. -- claims Morgan Creek productions verbally agreed to pay her $150,000 to use her life rights for a movie based on Scarpa. Linda claims Nic Cage was even attached to star in the flick.

But in the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Schiro claims a written contract "never materialized" and she never got a check.

Kobe Bryant and his wife have filed legal papers, claiming they have the poop on the lawsuit their former housekeeper filed against them.

The housekeeper, Maria Jimenez, claims Kobe's wife Vanessa was incredibly abusive and disrespectful -- screaming and swearing at her, even forcing her to put her hand in a bag of dog feces to retrieve a tag from her blouse.

In Kobe's docs, he and Vanessa say they paid the maid $50,000 a year, gave her time off, lavished her with gifts, yada yada.

The Bryants say the maid ate meals with them and when she asked for time off to visit her family in Peru, Vanessa gave her a paid leave of absence.

That JoJo singer chick is finally old enough to file a lawsuit -- 18 -- and guess what?! She's already picking a legal war with her record company!

In a lawsuit just filed in NYC courts, JoJo claims her record company shoved her into a musical "limbo" because they wont let her out of her contract -- and they won't let her record a new album either!

The video was shot at the Las Ventanas Resort on July 17. Fiore and Hasman are seen at the pool, along with her roommate, Christina. As we first reported, Fiore was texting Hasman in the hours before cops believe she was murdered.

A guest at the pool area tells us Hasman and Fiore used aliases -- Hasman said he was "Hans" and Fiore said she was "Ginger."

Law enforcement sources confirm to TMZ Hasman and Fiore were indeed in Los Cabos in July.

Sources say the video shows Ryan Jenkins leaving the hotel for good last Friday morning, although he never went to the front desk to check out. The video shows Jenkins leaving with his luggage, but Fiore does not leave with him -- she is never seen leaving at all.

The hotel -- L'Auberge Del Mar near San Diego -- was searched twice this week by Buena Park detectives. We're told the room in which Jenkins and Fiore stayed had no evidence of blood, and it appears she was mutilated elsewhere before her body -- stuffed in a suitcase -- was deposited in a dumpster in Buena Park, CA.

We're also told the smoking gun is the suitcase in which the body was found. Sources say one of the suitcases Jenkins left with resembles the suitcase in which Fiore's body was stuffed.

The white Mercedes Jenkins drove off in has not been found. Our sources say cops believe Jenkins may have murdered Fiore in the hotel room, and then mutilated the body after he left.

Fiore's cell phone also has not been found. As we first reported, Fiore had text messaged former boyfriend Robert Hasman numerous times Thursday night and early Friday morning, saying she wanted to travel to Las Vegas to see him.

And, in an eerie twist, as we first reported, Hasman got a text message last Friday night from Fiore's phone, which said "suck it." It appears that message was sent long after Fiore was dead.

Law enforcement sources tell us they are searching for evidence of "improper dispensing of controlled substances," in connection with the death of Michael Jackson.

The pharmacy was used extensively by Dr. Arnold Klein and other doctors who treated Michael Jackson. Jackson obtained prescriptions for Demerol and many other drugs at Mickey Fine.

Mickey Fine sued Michael Jackson in 2007 for non-payment of a bill of more than $100,000. The case settled.

UPDATE: 4:51 PM PT Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the DEA found irregularities in Mickey Fine's drug dispensing practices when it came to Michael Jackson. Agents are searching records at the pharmacy for the various aliases Jackson used.

TMZ obtained the last known photos of the couple together, taken August 3rd at The Palms hotel.

Though previous photos of Fiore show her with blond hair, we're told the model was a brunette (as seen above) when authorities found her body.

As we first reported, Jenkins was charged yesterday with the murder of his wife.

UPDATE: We just got additional photos of the couple during their trip to Las Vegas -- those pictures are in the gallery on the right.

Fiore and her accused murderer, husband Ryan Jenkins, drove to the San Diego area on August 13 in a white Mercedes and checked into the L'Auberge Del Mar -- which was two days before she was found dead. The general manager of the hotel observed them and said "they looked like a perfectly happy couple."

The general manager tells us two Buena Park detectives showed up to the hotel on Monday, stayed 4 hours and searched several areas of the hotel, including one room where they took several items.

The detectives showed up again on Wednesday, stayed again for several hours and interviewed several staff members.

The general manager doubts Fiore was killed in the hotel, saying the walls are very thin and no one reported a disturbance.

The GM says neither Jenkins nor Fiore formally checked out of the hotel. The last time they saw Ryan was Friday morning, when he left alone.

It appears the couple may have gone to a nearby Hilton Hotel. There are reports people at a poker party at the Hilton saw Fiore and Jenkins Friday night and observed her putting Jenkins down in a rude way.

Fiore's body was discovered on Saturday morning.

It all went down at Mott Corner Deli, where after buying some stuff and leaving, LiLo realized she had left her phone inside the shop. But when Linz went back, the deli worker insisted on checking the security tape to make sure it was hers before handing it back -- this sent LiLo into a rage.

Multiple people at the scene -- including the deli worker -- tell us Linz was so angry the deli man wouldn't just hand over the phone, that she got someone to call the NYPD for backup.

Cops tell us the call came in at 7:30 PM -- but by the time the officer showed up to the life-or-death situation, it had already been "defused."

BTW -- the deli worker said he had no idea who she was.

LAPD officers made a house call to LeAnn Rimes' place yesterday, moments after the country singer was accused of fleeing the scene of a car crash in Brentwood.

Officials told the L.A. Times that Rimes was questioned about her possible involvement in a hit-and-run accident around 7:45 PM.

Earlier in the day, Rimes was spotted hanging out at the golf course with her "special friend" Eddie Cibrian.

Cops are still investigating whether or not the case should be sent to the City Attorney for prosecution.

UPDATE -- Law enforcement sources tell us Rimes was driving a 2009 Audi Q5 when she allegedly rear-ended a 2006 BMW X5 that was stopped in the left turn lane. There was no injuries and minor damage to the cars. It's not known whether or not Rimes got out and spoke to the other driver.

Actress Claire Forlani is accused of wielding a pen that is indeed mightier than the sword ... and killing the reputation of an art dealer in the process.

The former "CSI NY" star is being sued for allegedly crushing the "fragile and intangible" reputation of art dealer Paul Rusconi in a mass email she sent out to a bunch of her friends.

The dealer claims Forlani unleashed an "almost 500-word poison-pen note"... claiming the guy sold her a bunch of fake pieces which were allegedly misrepresented as works from William Claxton and Keith Haring. She also claims he significantly overcharged her for some Andy Warhol pieces.

The dealer claims he's done nothing wrong and filed the defamation lawsuit.

Forlani's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells us, "This lawsuit is absurd and totally without merit. We are very confident that the court will throw out the suit."

And speaking of the suit, here's the best part: The dealer claims he's been damaged to such an extent "only a very large damages judgment can begin to remedy."

We've just received the following statement from the production company behind "Megan Wants a Millionaire" -- the now postponed VH1 reality show Ryan Jenkins was a part of.

"51Minds was not aware of Ryan Jenkins' record when it cast him on "Megan Wants a Millionaire." Obviously, if the company had been given a full picture of his background, he would never have been allowed on the show.

The company did have in place what it thought was a thorough vetting process that involved complete background checks by an outside company for all contestants on its shows. Clearly, the process did not work properly in this case. "

Jenkins was convicted for assaulting a girlfriend in 2005.
