Cops tell TMZ Tyler Synon -- one of the "stars" on season two of the VH1 reality show -- was arrested at Martini Bay inside the Queens Bay Resort in Lake Havasu at 1:47 AM.

According to the police report, the "intoxicated" unemployed 22-year-old "had been having an issue with another group of guests" and was asked to leave. Synon allegedly "took a swing" at the employee who asked him to get out, then "hit a wall and a sign" as he was exiting the bar, causing damage to both.

Tyler was arrested for misdemeanor charges of criminal damage and disorderly conduct. Instead of bail, Tyler has to pay $900 in fines ... $500 up front to get out of jail and the rest within three days.

And here's the best part: Before we got the mug shots, we asked the arresting officer how he knew Tyler was from "Tool Academy" ... and he said it was because he had a huge Tool Academy tattoo on his leg. Yeah.

UPDATE: Tyler gave us the following statement: "I just got out of jail, I don't like the feeling, the tool is out of his cage and back on the prowl. I'm glad to be out it was a stupid reason, hitting the sign! There were 5 guards trying to hold me down but I'm a beast, they tried to tackle me, I tried to get them off of me."

One of the suspects in the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch is already turning on her fellow suspects -- blaming everyone but herself for the celebrity stealing spree.

TMZ spoke with Alexis Neiers, aka Alexis Taylor, who wasted no time pointing her finger at suspect Nick Prugo saying, "I know for a fact Nick did all of these burglaries. He did every single burglary, he told me this after the police let him go. Nick is blaming people, trying to get the blame off himself."

Alexis then described the roles of the other four suspects, "Rachel Lee was his main accomplice and they brought Diana Tamayo into this. Diana, Nick and Rachel did the burglaries together. Roy Lopez was the one who sold the stuff they had taken ... and he's friends with Courtney Ames and that's why she was arrested."

The photos were taken Oct. 10, after the NBA star and a female companion boarded a boat in Miami Beach during the Columbus Day Regatta. We called team officials for an explanation -- due to the fact that Beasley just emerged from a stint in substance-abuse rehab last month -- and boy did they give us one:

TMZ spoke with Miami Heat exec Tim Donovan, who told us it was all part of a "fishing trip arranged by the team ... Michael was not drinking at all ... except for water and purple Gatorade."

Donovan also claims Michael's counselor was with him on the trip and the woman sleeping next to him is just a friend.

UPDATE 3:06 PM PST: In the documents, Timberlake claims McNeil is an "obsessed mentally unstable celebrity stalker, who [Timberlake] does not personally know."

According to legal documents, obtained by TMZ, McNeil rolled over to Timberlake's house in a taxi on October 22, bypassed security measures, "trespassed onto [Timberlake's] property, attempted to gain access into his home, and delusionaly claimed to know and be friends with [Timberlake]."

Timberlake's security team eventually apprehended McNeil, who is described as a "heavyset white female, approximately 50 years of age." Justin's people also believe McNeil "appeared to be a transient."

UPDATE: We're told LAPD cops took McNeil to a local hospital for a 5150 psychiatric evaluation. Sources say the individuals who evaluated her felt McNeil did not meet the criteria for a 5150 hold so she was released.

Justin Timberlake's lawyers were convincing today ... a judge just granted his request for a restraining order against a woman he claims has been making unwanted visits to his Los Angeles home.

As we first reported, Timberlake claims Karen McNeil has been coming to his home, entering through the gate and refusing to leave.

We're told McNeil came to the house as recently as yesterday, refused to leave and was arrested.

TMZ has learned Justin Timberlake has filed a restraining order in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

We're told Karen McNeil has come to his Los Angeles house on several occasions -- including yesterday -- by entering through the gate.

According to a lawsuit filed in L.A., the owners of the The Commons at Calabasas say the couple signed a 10-year lease in May 2005 when they opened up shop for Lisa's clothing line ... but the deal allegedly went sour when the store closed earlier this month.

The couple cleared out the space and took off, but The Commons claims they moved out about six years too soon -- and still owe the remainder of their lease plus other damages, totaling $635,083.73.

We've learned Sony reps gave 60 tickets to Katherine Jackson's assistant last night at a special screening for the movie. We're also told Jackie Jackson, along with some of Michael's nieces and nephews, also attended and enjoyed it.

No word on why it took so long for the Jackson's to get the tickets, because Sony had been saying for more than a week they had already been delivered.

We're told Katherine and La Toya have both said they're not going to see the movie. We're told Michael's 3 kids want to see it.

The same month Star Wars Episode III was released in 2005, Hayden struck an agreement with a producer named Philippe Martinez to appear in a movie called "Crash Bandits" while his brother, Tove, signed on as co-producer. They also agreed to a deal where Martinez would pay for the right to have first crack at the brothers' future projects.

The Christensens claim they never had second thoughts because Martinez told them he had a $500,000,000 bankroll.

But now, in a lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the brothers claim the movie never got made and insist Martinez never paid up. They now doubt that Martinez ever had the 9-figure bankroll to begin with.

As we first reported, the judge in the case ordered Jon to repay $180,000 -- Jon has already repaid $28,000 so the balance is $152,000.

Under the terms of the judge's order, Jon is required to wire the money to Kate's lawyers. That has not been done yet.

Kate's lawyer, Mark Momjian, tells TMZ if he gets the money today he'll cancel the court hearing on Monday.

Betcha didn't see this coming: Another creditor's claim has been filed against Michael Jackson's estate.

This time, it was filed by an accounting firm called Cannon and Company, that claims Michael owes $56,582 for services rendered earlier this year.

Actually, one of the invoices is from July of this year -- the month after Michael died.

As we've already told you we got the data from the computer Nick Prugo had used during the alleged spree of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch.

One of the images is a Google search for Lindsay Lohan/Blue Rolex. There's also a Google image search for Lindsay Lohan Rolex.

Police believe one of the celebrity targets was Lindsay Lohan. She had watches, among other items stolen from her home.

The image above is from the same computer, showing someone sporting a blue Rolex. One of Lindsay's reps says it well could be LiLo's watch.

If true, the Burglar Bunch is both bold and stupid for the photographic braggadocio.

Lee is still behind bars -- bail has been set at $3,000.

TMZ shot Alexis (right), Diana Tamayo (center) and Courtney Ames (left) as cops brought them into Van Nuys jail in the back of a cruiser last night -- after the trio was arrested for felony burglary.

Ames and Neiers were released after posting $50,000 bail. On the way out, Ames denied any wrongdoing while Neiers said "I didn't do jack s**t, it's a joke." Tamayo is still in custody.

We got La Toya Jackson outside of Katsuya last night where she told us, "We're not seeing it, my mother, we're not seeing it."

As TMZ previously reported, 60 tickets were offered to the family, but Katherine insists no one ever called her about getting seats. We're also told Michael's three kids really want to see the flick.

In the document -- filed on August 20 in Connecticut -- Brooke claims while at a hotel back in July, Steve "bought me a strong drink and then cornered me ... trying to persuade me to come to his hotel suite to spend the night."

Brooke claims Steve called her hotel room until she agreed to see him, then "after the night he continued to text me on a regular basis with inappropriate things." Brooke says she "tried to get him to stop" but again agreed to meet up with him "a few times after work in the parking lot."

That line is extra interesting, because in the note Brooke left for Steve's wife the day before, she wrote, "I'm not just some random girl he had sex with in parking lots."

Brooke also claims Steve tried to ruin her career after word got out that they were sleeping together -- calling her a "slut" and saying he would get her fired if she spilled the beans to his wife.

Hundley withdrew the complaint September 15 -- that same day, she posted this on her Facebook page: "I've seen evil and he wears khaki pants and bright blue polos. Out of court, and back to basketball."

We asked a team rep if the Kardashian Klan's presence at Tuesday night's season opener is going to set off a firestorm of Laker loses, and here's what we got:
