'Desperate Housewives' Star Collides with Bike
A "Desperate Housewives" star was in a nasty car accident yesterday, and the elderly gentleman he collided with had to be rushed by ambulance to the hospital.
Shawn Pyfrom was driving in the San Fernando Valley at around 3:30 PM when his car collided with the bike. Shawn's rep says the biker was going the wrong way and made a sudden turn into Shawn's car.
The biker was bloodied and went down. Shawn got out of his car and tried helping him until paramedics arrived and took the man to the hospital.
No one was cited for the accident.
The biker's condition is unknown.
Charlie Sheen -- Threat On the Set
Charlie Sheen had a "normal" day on the set of "Two and a Half Men" Tuesday, according to someone who was there ... but if anyone finds out who leaked the info to TMZ, they'll be fired!
We've learned people on the set got a memo saying they cannot convey any information about what happened on the set or in the production offices ... and if they do they will be terminated.
All in all, we're told, it was "a good day."
Charlie's sober coach was on hand. Sober coaches, however, can only do so much. We've learned Brooke Mueller and Charlie each had sober coaches at the Aspen house on Christmas Day when Brooke blew a .13 and Charlie blew a .04.
Nonetheless, we're told Sheen is doing well, taking rehab seriously, and went back to the facility after work.

Gary Dourdan of "CSI" fame was the alleged victim of domestic violence Tuesday afternoon, and his much smaller girlfriend was cuffed and taken into custody ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
Cops were called to a Venice, CA home in the early afternoon. We're told when they arrived they found Dourdan scratched up. They arrested Maria Asis del Alamo where she was taken to the station and booked on misdemeanor domestic battery.
Maria is 5'8", 110 lbs. Gary is 6'2" and his fighting weight is 190.
Maria is now free on bail.

'Buffy' Star Dazed, Tased, Busted
"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" star Nicholas Brendon fell short in the slaying department a few hours ago, after he allegedly swung at a couple of cops, and then went on a misguided foot chase.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they received a call that a drunk man was causing a commotion in Venice, CA. When police responded, sources say Brendon took a swing at cops.
We're told Brendon then beat a hasty retreat -- in vain, because Jaafar isn't the only one who has a taser.
Brendon was tased twice, subdued and taken to a hospital.
He's currently being booked for felony vandalism -- for allegedly damaging some property during the fracas.

'Deadliest Catch' Star Dodges Bullets
"Deadliest Catch" star Jake Harris -- arrested last month for DUI, hit-and-run and much, much more -- had his DUI case dropped yesterday ... which is what normally happens when you blow a .00.
And it gets better for Jake ... even though he admitted to having a prescription for Xanax -- cops had no evidence he was driving under the influence of the med.
And there's more good news for Mr. Harris. Although an imprint of what looks like Jake's license plate was found on the car he allegedly hit ... he wasn't charged with hit-and-run because witnesses couldn't place him behind the wheel.
Jake was charged with driving on a suspended license and reckless driving. He's due back in court on March 26.

Michael Lohan's Ex: Here's My Alibi
Michael Lohan's ex girlfriend lacks the superpowers required to be in two places at one time ... and therefore she says it's impossible she violated Michael's restraining order.
Michael told cops in January Erin Muller violated the order by calling his cell phone.
Erin's lawyer, Bryan Konoski, says the phone number Michael claims Erin called him from is actually a land line in Las Vegas ... and he says he can prove Erin was in NYC.
In documents filed by Bryan in Nassau County, the lawyer says Erin has 11 witnesses who can prove she wasn't in Sin City.

Gabourey Sidibe -- Beauty Comes in All Sizes
Gabourey Sidibe might have a weight problem, but it doesn't mean she's unhealthy ... this according to the National Association to Advance Fat Acceptance (NAAFA). Yes, that's a real group.
As we first reported, a weight loss company is reaching out to the Oscar-nominated "Precious" star in an effort to help her lose weight and get healthy.
But according to a spokeswoman for NAAFA, being heavy doesn't always mean being unhealthy. Peggy Howell tells TMZ, "You cannot tell by looking at a person if they are healthy. Fat does not equal disease and thin does not equal healthy."
Howell also said NAAFA does not encourage people to get fat or stay fat and reminded us, "Achievements come in all sizes."

Conrad Murray Docu-Drama with D.A.
Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers say the L.A. County District Attorney still hasn't turned over the investigative documents and reports in the death of Michael Jackson ... and they say they smell a rat.
A rep for Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff, tells TMZ, "We remain confused by how suspiciously slow the D.A. has been in turning over the documents." The rep says Chernoff and his team "have not received anywhere near all of it."
According to the rep, the last docs they received were turned over more than two weeks ago.
As for the documents Dr. Murray's team has received, they've turned them over to their medical experts and the private investigator for review.
A rep for the D.A.'s Office tells TMZ, "The District Attorney's office is turning them over as soon as they are copied and cataloged. There is a huge number of documents and the process takes time."

Jermaine Jackson on Jaafar: It Wasn't a Stun Gun
Jermaine Jackson admits his son was in the wrong for ordering something online -- but according to him, it wasn't a stun gun.
Though extremely vague on what 13-year-old son Jaafar -- who was with him -- actually purchased, Jermaine says he "never touched Blanket" with "that thing."
Jermaine claims he had "no idea" anything was going on.
As TMZ first reported, the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services seized a stun gun during their first visit to the home after the incident. Family members tell us Jaafar fired the gun into a piece of paper but contradicted employees who say he pointed the gun at Blanket and Prince.

The Game to Judge: Don't Call Me a Gangster
Gangster rapper The Game doesn't want to be referred to as a gangster rapper anymore -- but it's not because he's changing professions ... it's because he's trying to win a court case.
The gangster rapper's legal move is part of a lawsuit that was filed against him in 2008 -- in which he's being sued for allegedly punching a guy during a pickup basketball game and then pulling a gun on him.
In the new documents, the gangster rapper is asking the judge to 86 all references to him being a gangster or gangster rapper during the trial ... because he's afraid it would prejudice the jury against him.
In the docs, the gangster rapper also doesn't want any mention of his lyrics during the trial ... because they contain references to violence and profanity.
