Oklahoma Hoops Star: Twitter Tie to Money Man
University of Oklahoma basketball phenom Keith "Tiny" Gallon has a really big fan on Twitter -- the financial adviser who gave him thousands of dollars.
Jeffrey Hausinger -- the Merrill Lynch financial adviser who, according to documents, made a $3,000 deposit into Keith's bank account last August -- posted a curious tweet back in January, one that references his interest in Gallon.
"In Norman getting set to watch Willie Warren and Keith Gallon take on the MO tigers, Boomer Sooner.
6:15 PM Jan 15th"
As TMZ Sports first reported, Hausinger's cash deposit may be a violation of NCAA rules regarding compensation for student athletes. We're told OU officials have not been able to speak to Keith since we published our story, and that he has hired a lawyer.

Sandra Bullock, Jesse James Lawyer Up
Multiple sources tell TMZ reps for both Sandra Bullock and Jesse James have been interviewing divorce lawyers.
We're told Sandra's reps have been in touch with several high-end divorce lawyers. Our sources say Lance Spiegel, who handled divorces for Charlie Sheen, Heather Locklear and Michael Jackson, is the frontrunner.
As for Jesse, we're told his business people have contacted several lawyers as well, but he will not be initiating the divorce. We're told his reps are asking the attorneys "if they'd be interested in taking the case" if Sandra files.
As for whether a divorce petition will be filed, one source simply said, "Something's happening."

Big Ben's Party Crew -- Interviews Complete
Every single member of Ben Roethlisberger's party crew has been interviewed by investigators, TMZ has learned -- but there's still another key person cops are looking to speak with ... Big Ben himself.
Criminal Defense Investigator Charles Mittelstadt confirmed that investigators have completed the last of their interviews with the members of Roethlisberger's entourage who were around on the night Ben allegedly sexually assaulted a 20-year-old woman in the bathroom of a Georgia nightclub.
Ben was questioned by police shortly after the alleged incident -- but investigators have made it clear they're looking to sit down and talk with the Super Bowl quarterback again.
Mittelstadt tells TMZ Roethlisberger's team has been cooperative with the investigation, but it's unclear when -- or if -- the interview will take place.

Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee -- I've Been Shot
A gunshot ripped through Michelle "Bombshell" McGee's tattooed flesh -- leaving a gaping wound on her upper right leg ... but shockingly, it all went down long before she allegedly got in between Jesse James and Sandra Bullock.
McGee pointed out her scar during an interview for SoCalGlamourGirls.com last year, telling the people behind the modeling site she was shot because she used to "hang out with a bad crowd and gang members."
It's unclear when she was actually hit -- but McGee now sports a tattoo around the wound that says "Heaven Sent."
Anna Nicole Smith Estate Takes Another Hit
Someone wants a posthumous piece of Anna Nicole Smith.
The State of California has filed a $45,308 tax lien against Smith's estate for a 2008 delinquency. She died in 2007.
It's been a tough week for Anna Nicole's estate. Last week a United States Court of Appeals shut down the estate's claim that she was entitled to $300 million from the estate of her late husband, J. Howard Marshall.
Calls to estate reps have not been returned.

War Brewing over MJ's 'Thriller' Musical
Michael Jackson is coming to Broadway, whether his estate likes it or not ... at least that's what the most famous Broadway family says.
Nederlander Presentations has filed a creditor's claim, but it's not asking for money. Nederlander wants the probate judge to tell the executors they have no choice but to honor a contract Michael Jackson inked in 2008 for a musical stage play featuring music from "Thriller" and "Off the Wall."
The production hit a major road bump last year, when John Landis sued Michael Jackson, claiming MJ couldn't make a deal for the musical without his sign off. Landis directed "Thriller." That suit is pending.
Howard Weitzman, legal guru for the MJ estate, tells TMZ, "I've seen their creditor's claim. I don't agree with their request."

'The Hills Have Thighs' and a Little Porn
If you tuned into Cinemax or The Movie Channel at 1:30 AM to watch a movie called "The Hills Have Thighs" ... you'd expect to see a softcore porn, right? Not the guy who's suing ...
James "Bubba" Cromer made a smut-free comedy called "The Hills Have Thighs" in 2008. He saw listings for his movie to play on Cinemax and TMC ... so he called everyone he knew to make sure they all tuned in ... including a member of the House of Representatives.
But his movie didn't play. Instead, his friends and family watched a soft-core porn version of 'THHT."
In his lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Bubba claims he was subjected to "extreme humiliation, mortification and emotional distress." He's suing HBO and Showtime -- which own Cinemax and TMC, respectively -- for unspecified damages.
Lucky he didn't produce "Bones."
Eyewitness: Dr. Conrad Murray Hid the Propofol
TMZ has learned the man who called 911 at Michael Jackson's house the day he died told police Dr. Conrad Murray hid bottles of Propofol from family members and authorities.
The witness -- bodyguard Alberto Alvarez -- told cops he saw Dr. Murray running around the room hiding Propofol bottles in a closet near the room where the doctor administered the drug to Jackson.
Authorities found bottles of the anesthetic in what looks like a secret compartment area of the closet.
A source close to Dr. Murray told TMZ Alvarez made the statement two months after Jackson's death ... in the office of his lawyer, Carl Douglas ... when Alvarez was questioned again by cops. Douglas, by the way, is also a lawyer for the Jackson family.
The source says Alvarez' statement contradicts what he told cops the day of Jackson's death. The source says Alvarez never told cops at the scene about hiding Propofol.
The source notes ... and we have confirmed ... Dr. Murray told cops two days after Jackson's death where the Propofol bottles could be found.
As we first reported, one of the bottles of Propofol in the closet was empty with a large tear in the rubber stopper. Law enforcement sources believe Dr. Murray may have connected the large bottle of Propofol directly into the IV and a massive amount of the drug, they believe entered Jackson's system and killed him.
UPDATE: We're also told Alvarez told cops during the interview in Douglas' office that he saw a milky white substance in an IV bag. As we first reported the IV bag in the room contained no traces of Propofol.

Dr. Phil & Oprah -- Help Octomom, Stat!
The guy who sold Octomom Nadya Suleman her La Habra house is now asking Dr. Phil and Oprah Winfrey to help pay off her loan so the crib doesn't go into foreclosure.
TMZ has obtained an email sent Saturday by seller Amer Haddadin to one of Dr. Phil's producers, asking the famous doc for help. According to the email, "Dr. Phil and Operah (sic) took personal interest in the steps that led to Nadia (sic) moving to the house. I have a hope that both Dr. Phil and Operah will help me in timely and fair solution."
You'll recall Dr. Phil and his people were all over the La Habra house before Octo moved in.
As we first reported, Octo is late making the $450,000 balloon payment to the seller and he'll initiate foreclosure proceedings if she doesn't pay by the end of the day tomorrow.
The seller's rep tells TMZ Octo's lawyer told him she shouldn't have to pay because the roof and plumbing are bad. And, her lawyer wants to mediate the mess -- not go through foreclosure.
No immediate word from Dr. Phil or Oprah.
UPDATE: According to the big O's rep, "Oprah has not financially assisted Ms. Suleman in the past and has no plans to do so in the future."
UPDATE 2: A rep for Dr. Phil tells us, "Dr Phil has no plans to become involved in the Suleman family's current situation."

Conrad Murray -- I Tried Saving Michael Jackson
Dr. Conrad Murray claims he was honest with paramedics the day Michael Jackson died and did everything he could to save Jackson's life.
Dr. Murray is responding to a story which cites a paramedic report, claiming Dr. Murray never told the EMTs he administered Propofol to the singer just before he stopped breathing.
The rep for Dr. Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff tells TMZ, "We are currently in receipt of almost 2800 pages of discovery from the Los Angeles prosecutors and we have been assured that more is coming. What we have does not include this 'official' paramedics report, cited in the News of the World story."
The rep says Dr. Murray will not address the accusation -- at least not now -- because Chernoff hasn't seen the report.
The rep is quick to add, "We can say unequivocally that Dr. Murray did everything in his power to save Michael Jackson's life and that he fully cooperated with both the paramedics at the scene and physicians at UCLA Medical Center."

Jesse James Divorce -- No Porn for You!
TMZ has learned ... pornography was one of the bones of contention in the custody battle between Jesse James and his ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder. Specifically, Jesse had issues with Janine's connection to the sex industry. Wait, what does Michelle McGee do again?
Jesse said in his declaration, "Sunny now has a family, school, friends, pets, and community free from pornography and drugs." Jesse goes on ... he wanted to make sure if Janine had contact with their child, the court should "restrain her from allowing Sunny to be around drugs or pornography..." Unclear if strip clubs count.
As we first reported, Janine plans to go to court in June to try and seek a modification in the custody order now that Jesse's home life is in obvious upheaval.

Jesse James' Ex Wants More Custody
TMZ has learned Jesse James' ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, is going to court to wrestle custody from Jesse ... and the trigger was the Michelle McGee/Sandra Bullock meltdown.
We've learned Janine has filed legal papers in their custody case involving six-year-old daughter, Sunny. Currently Jesse has full custody of Sunny. Janine lives in a halfway house, after being locked up for tax evasion.
We're told until this week Janine knew she didn't stand a chance of gaining even partial custody from Jesse. She felt Sandra Bullock was such a stabilizing family influence, a judge would shut her down.
But Janine now believes Sandra will divorce Jesse and she feels she has a shot at getting some custodial rights.
Her court date is set for June 14.

Marie Osmond's Son Claimed He Was Drugged
Marie Osmond's late son, Michael Bryan, told his roommates that he believed a former girlfriend had drugged him to the point he blacked out three days before he jumped to his death ... sources tell TMZ.
We're told Michael's roommates told law enforcement they planned on going out with Michael three nights before he died ... but he told them he couldn't go because he had made plans.
Sources say Michael didn't come back to the apartment that night. When he finally returned home he told his roommates an ex-girlfriend had contacted him, saying she was in town. Michael told his roommates he had blacked out and eventually awakened, only to find himself laying in a street several blocks from his apartment. Michael told his roommates he believed the ex-girlfriend had drugged him.
The roommates told law enforcement Michael had been sick for the next two days ... up to the time he died.
We're told law enforcement contacted the ex-girlfriend, who says she wasn't even in town the night Michael claimed she drugged him.
The L.A. County Coroner's Office is awaiting toxicology reports to determine if drugs were in Michael's system when he died.

Octomom Avoids Foreclosure If the Porn Is Right
Octomom Nadya Suleman received a very nice letter from someone who says he is truly sorry her house may go into foreclosure and, he says, "I can only imagine the anxiety that this must be causing you and your family." But this guy isn't just talk ... he's willing to pay off her home if Octo stars in a sex tape.
TMZ has obtained a letter from Steven Hirsch, Prez of Vivid Entertainment, to Octomom, in which he offers to pay off the balance due on the house -- around $460,000 -- if she's willing to take it lying down.
As we first reported, the person who sold Octo and her dad the La Habra, CA home says he'll initiate foreclosure proceedings if she doesn't pay up the $460k by the end of business on Tuesday.
Hirsch writes in the letter, dated March 20, "We have extensive experience in working with beautiful and sexy women." Hirsch cites Kim Kardashian, Shauna Sand, and former Miss USA Kelli McCarty.
No word from Octomom on what could surely be a star turn.
