Three passengers in Lindsay's car -- along with the passenger in the car she was chasing -- are suing her, claiming she endangered their lives in a drunken chase down Pacific Coast Highway.

The passengers were scheduled to take Lindsay's depo yesterday at 10 AM but her lawyer, Ed McPherson, tells TMZ she couldn't get a ride until 11 AM -- she's not allowed to drive as a condition of her probation.

Lindsay bailed on her depo earlier this month because of a schedule conflict.

Turns out, another guy who lives nearby got into a crash last night and had his BMW towed near his home, around where Heather allegedly plowed into a stop sign last Saturday.

Retired NFL star Corey Dillon is having a seriously bad month -- he was busted for DUI this morning, and TMZ has learned his wife just filed for divorce.

Desiree Dillon filed a petition for divorce earlier this month in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences.

The couple has three children and have been married for 10 years. According to court documents, Desiree wants full legal and physical custody of the kids -- with Corey getting visitation.

In the filing, Desiree is asking the former New England Patriots star to fork over cash for spousal support and attorney's fees.

As for the DUI -- Corey was pulled over by L.A. County Sheriff's deputies at 3:38am today near Malibu on Mulholland Drive. He's still in custody.

UPDATE: Dillon was released from custody -- he's expected back in court in June.

TMZ has learned Danielle Rueda-Watts -- one of the 12 dancers picked by Jackson for the London concerts -- has actually worked with the Cirque before (on the "Love" show) and she tells us it would be "great to work with these people again."

As we first reported, the first Cirque show will open in the fall of 2011 and will be focused heavily on dancing -- with the trademark Cirque acrobatics.

Turns out, the bad guy didn't just take Penn's wallet, the perp also made off with Kal's two cell phones -- one of which belongs to the U.S. government.

Penn is currently a member of President Barack Obama's staff -- serving as the Associate Director in the Office of Public Engagement -- and since the crook took Kal's government issued cell, the Secret Service is now joining with the D.C. Metro Police Department to hunt for the bad guy.

... there's a busted air conditioning system.

As we first reported, fire trucks went screaming to Paris Hilton's home in the Hollywood Hills yesterday after someone in the place called 911 ... and now we've learned it all had to do with a broken appliance.

Sources close to Paris tell us Hilton's assistant was watching the place -- because Paris was driving back from Coachella -- when she noticed smoke pouring out of the AC vents and immediately called 911.

The L.A. City Fire Department checked out the house -- and determined that no one was in danger and that Paris should simply get in touch with a good air conditioning guy.

Crisis averted.

Corey Haim's mom Judy Haim claims she just moved to Toronto -- thirty minutes from where Corey is buried -- so she could be closer to her son.

Judy tells TMZ, she visits the late actor's grave seven days a week ... for an hour or more a day.

According to Judy, the outpouring of support has been incredible -- every time she visits, the grieving mother finds DVD covers, cards, flowers and plants from fans.

We're told Woods was shrouded by security backstage at Amway Arena -- while the band did their thing.

We know Tiger's a big Nickelback fan -- he's even joined them on stage in the past... though last night he kept a much lower profile, for obvious reasons.

TMZ has learned Kal Penn -- aka Kumar from that "White Castle" movie -- was robbed at gunpoint early this morning while walking in a neighborhood in Washington D.C.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Penn claims a man carrying a gun approached him around 1:20 AM and took his wallet and other personal property.

We're told Penn immediately reported the incident to authorities, who have launched an investigation into the matter.

Jared and his fiancee were hangin' at the Grapevine bar in Scottsdale, AZ a few weekends ago when some dude allegedly hurled the 4-letter slur towards the future Mrs. Quarterback Destroyer.

When Jared heard the insult, the 6'6", 270 pound Pro Bowler -- who's also an avid hunter -- told the guy, "I'll break your f*cking neck homeboy ... and then I'll write a check to your f*cking name too."

In the video, a woman can be seen dragging Jared away from the other man. We're told both Jared and the other dude each left the bar without further incident.

TMZ has learned the reason Snooki kicked her BF to the curb -- and it all has to do with his desire to be on another MTV reality show.

Sources close to the Snookster tell us the "Jersey Shore" star decided to drop her BF Emilio after he auditioned for "The Real World."

We're told Snooki was madly in love with the dude -- but was bothered by rumblings that he was using her for the fame. One source tells us when Emilio tried out for "RW" -- that was the final straw for the Snook.

We reached out to Emilio for comment -- he responded with the following email that will make your English teacher's head explode:

"All i kno is she was upset i tried out fornreal world nd left me a message sayin im single. Next i kno i wake up [Monday] morning and facebook says im single."

TMZ broke the story ... Larry inked a post-nup more than two years ago, not only signing over three houses to wife Shawn Southwick, but declaring that his entire fortune -- about $144 million -- was community property (50/50).

Larry's famed divorce lawyer Dennis Wasser tells TMZ the agreement was the result of undue influence, because Shawn strong-armed Larry into getting advice from her powerhouse divorce lawyer Joe Mannis.

But Mannis says there was no strong-arming, and that all he did was give Larry the names of three lawyers who would give him advice on signing the document. One of the lawyers was Mannis' former law partner -- Daniel Barbakow.

Mannis tells TMZ Larry chose Barbakow not because of some sinister plot, but because Barbakow's office was within walking distance of Nate 'n Al deli in Beverly Hills -- a place Larry frequents daily and religiously (Larry's home at the time was also a few blocks away from the law office).

We may never know if the post-nup was Kosher because it looks like Larry and Shawn are about to drop the divorce -- at least for now.

In the court documents, filed today in federal court in Los Angeles, Azita Zendel says she wrote a screenplay which became the movie "Controlled Chaos" -- and that several episodes of 'Betty' are similar to her movie.

According to the docs, Zendel claims the producers of 'Betty' got their hands on her project because she submitted it to them for a possible distribution deal -- but instead they allegedly used it without compensating her.

In case you never saw (or even heard of) "Controlled Chaos" -- imdb.com says it's about an assistant who has to cover up a film director's scandalous lifestyle.

Larry King and Shawn Southwick have reached a two week truce in their epic divorce battle.

Larry's powerhouse attorney, Dennis Wasser, tells TMZ, “Larry and Shawn met with the counselor today. It was decided that there will be no divorce activity for 2 weeks as several issues need to be discussed and resolved.”

If you're interested in a faux Jersey Girl firmly planted in Miami, you're in luck -- Snooki dumped her boyfriend, sources tell TMZ.

We're told the "Jersey Shore" cutie believes her formerly favorite guido was cheating on her.

Kelis wants to be legally divorced from Nas so bad -- and so quick -- she has filed papers with the court asking them to make the split official ASAP.

According to documents filed last week, Kelis said in a declaration, "... it would be in the best interest of both of us if our marital status is terminated as soon as possible."

Because she fears that the legal proceedings could take years to figure out, Kelis has requested that the judge immediately terminate their marriage -- and wait until a later time to resolve "all other issues."

As for the odds that the two will rekindle their romance -- Kelis stated, "I believe there is no possibility of reconciliation with [Nas]."
