Fox News Channel has responded to Lindsay Lohan's lawsuit over a comment a guest made about Lindsay and cocaine -- truth is a defense.

FNC has come out swinging, referring to LiLo this way: "Admitted cocaine user and long-time addict Lindsay ..."

You may recall, a guest on Sean Hannity's show said, "Lindsay Lohan's mom is doing cocaine with her." Lindsay and her mom sued FNC for defamation, but the network now says it has 3 sold defenses:

-- Sean didn't say it ... a guest did.

-- The network has a Constitutional right of free speech, without fear of lawsuits.

-- Lindsay's an admitted coke user.

And you may recall this ... Lindsay made a frantic call to her dad in 2012, which he recorded, in which she claimed she was being held hostage by Dina in a car, adding, "Mom's on coke."

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are breaking their silence about their son molesting young girls, including some of their own daughters, and they're doing it on Fox News Channel.

Michelle says she and Jim Bob will sit down with Megyn Kelly some time next week to, "share our hearts with you about the pain that we walked through as a family twelve years ago, the tears we all shed and the forgiveness that was given."

This could be a Hail Mary ... as we reported, our sources say TLC is leaning toward canceling "19 Kids and Counting."

Chris Brown offered to fly his daughter Royalty and the kid's mom to the happiest place for her first birthday, but his baby mama shut down the offer.

Brown's rep tells TMZ, it's true he was a no show for Royalty's 1st birthday, but it's because he was shooting a music video in Miami. The rep says, "Like any working parent, Chris is doing his best to prioritize the needs of his daughter."

But Chris had a plan ... flying "the entire family" to Disney World. It's unclear if that included King Ba, Nia Guzman's BF who has been trying to assume the role of Dad. But Chris insists Nia turned him down flat.

Nia's pissed that Chris didn't show for the shindig at Chuck E. Cheese's in Houston, but Chris says he'll throw a special party for Royalty the next time he sees her.

Hulu has pulled the plug on "19 Kids and Counting."

The popular streaming site was bombarded with messages from users who wanted the show 86'd in the wake of the Josh Duggar molestation scandal.

Hulu responded quickly, saying, "The show page has already been removed, and is no longer hosted on Hulu."

This puts even more pressure on TLC to make a move. As we reported, we're told the network is leaning toward cancellation, but at this point, they may not have a choice. Advertisers are fleeing in droves.

The show was available as recently as Wednesday afternoon.

TLC has already pulled the show from air, but has yet to decide on its long-term future ... though the smart money is on cancellation.

We reached out to Hulu for comment ... so far, no word back.

Kyle Richards made it clear by what she said and what she didn't say ... her sister Kim is in crisis.

We got Kyle out in Bev Hills Wednesday, and she opened up and said she hasn't spoken with Kim since Kim's daughter tied the knot in Mexico over the weekend.

As we reported, Kim was off the rails, pissing off everyone and apparently under the influence of something. Kyle says everything's okay now, but the way she says it makes it painfully obvious ... she's protecting her sister who is way off the wagon again.

As far as we know, Kim is still MIA. She hasn't returned to rehab and the last she was seen was in Cabo.

It is way more likely than not that TLC will cancel "19 Kids and Counting" ... this according to sources connected with the network.

As it was put to us, "If you're betting, you'd be wise to put money on the show getting cancelled."

Our sources say there are several reasons why sentiment inside the network leans in the direction of cancellation. First, TLC honchos feel betrayed that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar did not disclose the fact that Josh had confessed to molesting 5 young girls, some of whom were his sisters.

The other reality ... as TMZ reported, advertisers are bailing left and right, and the network is in the business of making money.

There's also a notion at TLC that they need to clear the decks of scandals. They did it swiftly with "Honey Boo Boo," and there's a strong feeling the right thing to do is cancel the Duggars as well.

When you combine anger with money, the fate of the show becomes pretty clear.

Paris Hilton's brother Conrad is in desperate shape, threatening to kill himself over unrequited love ... this according to new legal docs.

Hunter Salomon, the daughter of Rick Salomon and actress E.G. Daily, claims she dated Conrad several years ago but they've been broken up for awhile.

Beginning last September, Hunter says the 21-year-old Hilton became scarily obsessive, saying she was the love of his life and even threatening to kill himself.

You'll recall Rick Salomon was Paris' partner in one of the best-selling sex tapes of all time. It's kind of bizarre that his daughter hooked up with her brother.

Hunter says in legal docs Conrad would repeatedly show up at her home at all hours, crying to E.G. that he wanted to marry her daughter. She says last Wednesday he showed up at her home, refused to leave and told her to "get a restraining order because he can't restrain himself," and then "asked if he could please just see me before he kills himself."

Conrad has struggled with substance abuse issues, most recently threatening flight attendants on an international flight, which led to criminal charges.

A judge granted a temporary restraining order, forcing him to stay 100 yards away from Hunter, her sister Tyson, Rick and E.G.

Audrey Hepburn's sons are at legal war over her hats, scarves and jewelry.

Audrey left a storage locker full of memorabilia. Among the items ... posters, costumes, gloves, photos, scripts and awards.

The "Breakfast at Tiffany's" star gave her 2 sons -- Sean Ferrer from her first marriage and Luca Dotti from her second -- a 50/50 cut in all the items. But she didn't say who got what ... she expected they would divvy it up. Problem is ... they can't agree.

3:20 PM PT -- Walgreens just officially pulled the plug on its ads saying, "In the wake of recent news, we are no longer advertising on the '19 Kids and Counting' program."

The backlash from "19 Kids and Counting" star Josh Duggar's molestation admission is snowballing ... two more big advertisers just yanked their ads from the show.

Payless ShoeSource and Choice Hotels both say they're cutting ties with all future episodes of the TLC program.

Several customers voiced complaints to Payless and the company responded by saying, "Our ads ran during this show as part of a larger buy w/ TLC. We are taking steps to have them removed from future episodes." Choice Hotels said, "We have decided to remove our advertising from the show."

Walgreens, another major advertiser with TLC, posted a response saying that they were continuing to monitor the situation.

TMZ broke the story ... shortly after news broke about Josh, General Mills pulled its ads.

Pregnancy does a body good ... REALLY GOOD ... just ask the wife of NASCAR stud Kyle Busch -- who posted an UNBELIEVABLE bikini pic just one week after giving birth.

Samantha Busch posted a pic showing off her incredibly tight bod -- 6 days after popping out the couple's son Brexton Busch.

But Busch doesn't chalk up her super quick turnaround to good genes -- she worked her ass off during her pregnancy to stay fit and healthy.

In fact, Samantha blogged about her workouts ... crediting "Andrea Orbeck Pregnancy Sculpt" and "Suzanne Bowen’s Slim & Toned Prenatal Barre Workout" for keeping her fit while she was with child.

As for Kyle, he was raving about Samantha over the weekend ... saying, "She’s a champ. Samantha is my champion. No matter how well or how successful I ever am in my career, she’s got the championship trophy already on her mantle."

Kris Jenner is so cunning she now wants a legal lock on the very name that has been sometimes used to disparage her ... momager!

We found out Kris has filed legal docs to trademark the name "momager" in the world of entertainment, which means anyone else who wants to use the description would need her permission, or else she could sue them.

It looks like she'll get what she's gunning for, because Kris has already locked down trademarks for the term "momager" for personal management services and for use in her reality show.

Apparently, Kris doesn't like imitators like Dina Lohan and Tina Knowles.

They've been warned.

Josh Duggar is from Arkansas ... so it's totally cool if he dates his siblings.

Back in 2008 -- long before Duggar's molestation past came to light -- he made a quip during an episode of what was then called "17 Kids and Counting."

Josh describes a double date scenario with his then-fiancée Anna ... he ended up going with 2 of his siblings.

Josh explains, "We chose Jana and John David. We thought why not, have a double date ... We are from Arkansas!"

He then broke out in laughter.

Chris Brown is at war with his baby mama, who claims he's stopped paying the measly $2,500 a month in child support, and now she's gunning for 6 times that.

Multiple sources connected with the couple tell TMZ, Chris has been paying baby Royalty's mom, Nia Guzman, the $2,500, but the gravy train stopped in March. Our Chris sources say he stopped paying because Nia demanded $15k a month, which he thinks is ridiculous.

We're told Chris says Nia's treating the baby like a winning lottery ticket, but she claims he's being incredibly cheap and their daughter is suffering as a result.

We're told Nia's lawyer, Carl Moore, will be filing legal docs in the next 2 weeks demanding back child support and a huge monthly hike.

Rosie O’Donnell's divorce has gotten so bitter it's gone from fighting in divorce court to battling over the rights to Instagram.

Michelle Rounds is on the attack, claiming she took a picture of their daughter, Dakota, and Rosie had the nerve to post it on Instagram.

Michelle says the law is crystal clear -- she took the pic so she owns the rights to it, and therefore Rosie has no right to post the pic anywhere.

Michelle has contacted Instagram, demanding that the pic be scrubbed from the site. So far the company has taken no action.

Rosie and Michelle are both under a gag order, prohibited from disparaging each other in the media ... social or otherwise.

Actress and comedian Anne Meara -- who famously co stared with her husband Jerry Stiller for more than 60 years -- has died at the age of 85.

Anne's family, including her son Ben Stiller released a statement on Sunday regarding her passing. They did not mention a cause of death.

Meara was famous for performing on "The Ed Sullivan Show" in the 1960s with her husband Jerry Stiller, and also had recurring roles on "All My Children" and "The King of Queens." She co stared with Ben in the 2006 film 'Night at the Museum."

Anne's death was first reported by the AP.
