Queen Elizabeth II Royal Panties For Sale ... on eBay

Published | Updated

You really can find anything on eBay ... even Queen Elizabeth's underwear , which can now be yours ... if you have a few thousand bucks to blow.

As TMZ previously reported ... the royal panties come from the estate of the late "Baron" Joseph de Bicske Dobronyi ... who wanted to auction them off after he died with the help of a British auction house, Hansons Auctioneers. But it didn't go as planned ...

A rep for the late Baron's estate tells TMZ ... the auction house was difficult to work with. He claims the auction house never gave the item enough publicity and were more concerned with the approval of the royal family than selling the goods.

We're told the estate was tired of waiting around for Hansons to find them a worthy bid ... so they demanded the underwear back and put them up for sale on eBay for a limited 10-day auction instead.

Now you can have a piece of the royal family for the low, low starting price of ... $3,999.

Tally Ho, bidders.

Nicky Hilton Sues for $5 Mil Ex-Partners Sabotaged My Clothing Line

Published | Updated

Nicky Hilton claims her high-end fashion line was a colossal failure ... and it's all because her partners were irresponsible liars who pissed away the company's cash so they could live like ballers.

Hilton claims it all started in 2006 ... when she inked a deal with Eliyahu Cohen and the Asher Group to launch Nicky Hilton Worldwide -- which would market high-end fashion products under Nicky's name.

Hilton claims the Asher Group promised to provide $4.9 million in financing for the operation AND pay Nicky a guaranteed annual salary of $250k plus a 10% increase every year.

But in a lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Nicky claims the Asher Group dropped the ball ... failing to secure the $4.9 million ... never paying her salary ... and squandering what money the company did have on stupid personal expenses.

In fact, Nicky claims Asher blew $9k per month on a personal assistant who "spent most of her time running personal errands for Asher and other tasks unrelated to NHW business."

Hilton claims Asher and Cohen's irresponsible conduct caused her company to crumble -- leaving Nicky to "clean up the mess." Now, she's demanding AT LEAST $5 mil in damages to make things right.

Nike Accused of Jacking Trademark for Jordan Swag

Published | Updated

The term "lottery pick" is synonymous with basketball, but a clothing company claims they have the trademark on it ... and they're going after Nike for using it on a Michael Jordan jacket.

According to a lawsuit filed in Illinois, Urban Motive Sportswear claims they have been selling an energy drink, sportswear apparel and other merchandise for years with the trademark "Lottery Pick" ... which they claim they registered back in 2004.

But Urban claims Nike straight up stole their trademark by selling a jacket called "Jordan LS Lottery Pick Jacket." They say this violation is particularly hurtful to their business because they did a lot of marketing in Chicago -- where Jordan played most of his career -- and claim they even gifted some gear to MJ's sons.

In the docs, Urban says this trademark infringement has "damaged [them] in a manner that cannot be fully measured or compensated in economic terms and for which there is not adequate remedy at law."

They are suing Nike for trademark infringement and seeking unspecified damages. Jordan is not a named defendant.

A rep for Nike says they do not comment on pending litigation and calls to the Charlotte Bobcats (the NBA team owned by Jordan) were not returned.

As for the lawsuit, Chris claims, "It's done. It's taken care of."

Hilton showed up to New York federal court today -- where lawyers are arguing key issues -- and sources close to Paris tell us, she showed up because she wants the court to know how important this case is to her and her brand.

Hilton is suing for more than $1.5 million -- the amount she was supposed to snag in royalties -- and Le Bonitas is suing for $200K plus.

12:55 PM PDT -- The judge just sent both sides home empty-handed -- refusing to rule in either's favor, urging Paris and Le Bonitas to settle the case out of court instead. If they can't, they'll have to present their case to a jury later this year.

Hells Angels to MTV Star You JACKED Our Famous Death Head Logo

Published | Updated

The Hells Angels are going to war with MTV ... and one of the network's biggest stars ... who allegedly STOLE the motorcycle club's famous death head logo and plastered it on t-shirts.

The man at the center of the controversy is "Fantasy Factory" star Rob Dyrdek ... whose company owns the "Young & Reckless" clothing label ... created by his cousin Chris "Drama" Pfaff.

The Hells Angels are suing Rob's company and MTV -- claiming Y&R designed and sold a bunch of t-shirts that "bear a design confusingly similar to the [flaming skull logo]" ... and they never asked for permission.

In the suit, filed in federal court in California, HA claims the logo has great commercial value ... because of its "very widespread public recognition" which evokes "strong and immediate reactions whenever used."

The Angels claim Dyrdek's actions have caused "substantial damage" to the biker club ... and believe MTV violated their rights by broadcasting the stolen logos on "Fantasy Factory."

The Angels are seeking unspecified damages. Calls to MTV and Rob Dyrdek have not been returned.

BCBG Chairman Sued for $220 Million Over Playboy Condoms

Published | Updated

The Chairman of BCBG has been accused in a lawsuit of being a "narcissistic braggart," a liar and a cheat, and it's all over a business venture to get Walmart to hock Playboy condoms.

According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, BCBG Chairman Max Azria (above) made a deal with a dude named Jimmy Esebag, who had deep ties with Playboy, to market condoms.

Esebag claims in his lawsuit Azria blatantly lied to him by saying he could move any mountain he wanted to make the venture work. The lawsuit claims Azria said, "I have a relationship with everybody. I am Max Azria. People are happy to have lunch with me. Anybody in America. Even the President of America ... I can sell anything to everybody."

But the suit claims what Azria COULDN'T deliver on his promise to get the condoms on Walmart shelves, partly because some BCBG's clothing lines allegedly contained dangerous levels of lead ... so the suit claims Walmart was gun-shy about doing business with him.

Esebag also says Azria misrepresented BCBG's financial health ... by failing to disclose 42 tax liens and the fact that the company had a junk credit rating and more than 100 lawsuits. Oh, and the suit also claims Playboy wouldn't give Azria the right to sell the rubbers.

The suit, filed by attorney Bryan Freedman, alleges various forms of fraud, but the most entertaining part of the lawsuit alleges statements made by Azria.

-- " I am the owner of this company. Only God and me. We have to talk."
-- " I want to tell you $2,000 is the tip that I give to restaurants..."
-- "The money is nothing. If he need a million dollars, I give him a million dollars."

Apparently the deal fell through, and now Esebag wants $220 million -- what he claims he could have made if Azria was honest.

BTW, Azria filed a similar lawsuit 3 years ago, claiming he was the victim.

'American Idol' Feather in the Ear Means Money in the Bank

Published | Updated

"American Idol" hopeful Elise Testone gave judge Steven Tyler the gift of a feather earring on the show this week -- but the real gift was all the publicity she gave the jewelry designer who made it.

Testone gave the Aerosmith singer a feather earring made by Sarah Poe, a designer from her home state of South Carolina. Sarah and Elise are friends and customers had always thought Tyler would love her stuff, given his penchant for feathered accessories, so Sarah gave one to Elise to pass on.

Ever since the show aired, Poe tells TMZ her phone lines, Facebook page and email have all been blowing up with business. All the pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind and range between $65-$145, with Tyler's piece costing around $125.

A small price to pay for all that publicity.
