Michelle Obama $12k Versace for Final State Dinner

Published | Updated

Michelle Obama's going out with a VERY expensive bang.

The First Lady's body was straight fire -- with all due respect -- in a form-fitting custom-made rose gold Versace gown during President Obama's final State Dinner Tuesday night.

Michelle and Barack were hosting the Italian Prime Minister and his wife -- so, maybe she went Versace just to make them feel at home. But more likely ... she just loved the couture.

The evening was topped off with a duet from Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton.

Ed Hardy's Christian Audigier Sorry, Kids ... I Left My Sperm Behind!!!

Published | Updated

Ed Hardy's late, great designer, Christian Audigier, left his $250 million fortune to his wife and 4 kids ... but if any kids are born from the sperm he left behind, they also get a piece of the pie.

Yes, sperm is front and center in the the legal docs filed with the court. Nathalie Sorensen, Christian's widow, has dibs on the sperm and can "use however she sees fit."

Nathalie was Christian's longtime GF and married him on his death bed.

Here's the rub. If Nathalie uses the sperm to have kids, they will get the same share of the estate as Christian's living children, which means with each baby they get less.

Nathalie hasn't said whether she'll grow the fam, so for now the sperm sits in a freezer at a cryobank, and his children worry.

Kate Hudson Fashion Line Ex-Employee Sues ... I Was Fired for Going to Rehab!

Published | Updated

2:48 PM PT -- A rep for TechStyle Fashion Group, which owns JustFab and Fabletics, tells TMZ ... the company finds the claims against it baseless and meritless, and plans to defend itself in court. They add ... "Please know that we take the welfare of our employees extremely seriously and strive to create a happy and healthy workplace."

Kate Hudson's online retailer fired one of its workers for trying to treat a sleeping pill addiction ... so says the ex-employee suing the company.

Talitha Peters just filed suit against Fabletics and parent company JustFab, who she says wrongfully terminated her after a 2-year tenure as an exec ... after her bosses assumed she was addicted to illegal drugs.

In the docs filed by Rosen Saba, LLP -- obtained by TMZ -- Peters says she became disabled after getting addicted to Ambien from work-related issues. She says she eventually needed medical leave to go to rehab, and claims she got it without questions at first.

But when Peters tried extending the absence, she claims Fabletics execs started digging into why she needed it ... allegedly prying for private medical info. On the day she was set to return to work this June, Peters says her boss fired her for made-up reasons.

Peters claims Fabletics discriminated against her disability and retaliated based on faulty intel ... now she's suing for damages.

Kate Hudson is not named in the lawsuit -- but she is a co-founder of Fabletics. We've reached out to Kate and JustFab for comment ... so far, no word back.

Kardashian's Dash Store Sued I See You Don't Like Blind Customers ...

Published | Updated

The Kardashian's Dash store refuses to do business with the blind ... treating them as second-class citizens ... so claims a blind man who's suing the joint.

Andres Gomez says he's legally blind and uses screen reader software to access the Internet. But the software continually came up empty when he tried browsing Dash store's website. He says the site contains barriers and Dash is well aware but refuses to fix it.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney are not named defendants in the suit.

Gomez accuses the store of violating the American with Disabilities Act because Dash's website fails to sync with his screen reader software and provides no other access for blind customers.

Gomez is suing to get Dash's website to comply with federal law and he also wants cash.

We've reached out to Dash, so far no word back.

'Hamilton' 'Not Throwing Away My Shot' At Suing Over Stolen Logo!

Published | Updated

The logo for "Hamilton: An American Musical" is now so iconic, it's become a target for rip-off artists ... according to producers behind the massive Broadway hit.

The head honchos of the company that runs all things 'Hamilton' just filed suit against t-shirt makers, SunFrog, for hawking bootleg 'Hamilton' shirts on their site.

In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- 'Hamilton' heads say SunFrog and a company called GearLaunch are using the famous silhouetted image of Alexander without permission.

Lawyers for the musical aren't buying GearLaunch's excuse -- that they assume freelance t-shirt designers have legally obtained rights to all the images beforehand.

They're suing to halt all sales and marketing of the alleged phony merch, and to get all profits.

SunFrog's legal team tells us, "As an online platform and service provider, there may be instances where user-generated content on our platform doesn't fully comply with either our terms and conditions or intellectual property law in general."

However, they say they do take intellectual property rights very seriously.

BCBG Founder Sued You Promised a Palace ... We Got a Rat's Nest!

Published | Updated

10:07 AM PT -- Azria's attorney, Marty Singer, tells TMZ: "The lawsuit filed against Max Azria is a bogus lawsuit by a foreign billionaire couple who used a British Virgin Islands entity as the tenant. During the entire 3 month rental, the tenants never made any complaints of rats, dog feces or the other claims. In fact, they remained in the house for the entire lease period, hardly the behavior of a tenant who disliked the house. The tenants made major changes to the house, without the landlord’s consent, to accommodate their personal tastes."

He adds, "My client intends to sue the tenants for damages they caused to the property and we are confident we will prevail in this action."

Famed BCBG founder Max Azria promised to serve up grand amenities in a mansion, but instead delivered a colony of rats, dog poop and more -- so claims a former tenant in a lawsuit.

A company called Tres Hollywood brokered a lease for a client, who says she found a disaster zone when she moved into the designer's 17 bedroom, 22 bath Bel-Air estate -- for a whopping $500k a month, mind you. Plus $500k deposit!

Tres says it was overrun with rats and ants. Throw in mold, non-working toilets, no hot water and broken appliances -- according to docs -- and suddenly the dog feces and urine stench might not seem so bad.

Tres says Azria refuses to return the deposit on the place, which is currently listed for $88 million. It's suing for the $500k plus repair costs and penalties -- all told they want more than $1 million.

We've reached out to Azria, so far no word back.

I'LL TAKE YOU DOWN

Kim Kardashian got an up-close encounter from the same guy who attacked Gigi Hadid last week ... but this time he was kissing ass instead of grabbing it.

Vitalii Sediuk ran up on Kim's rear Wednesday in Paris ... slipping past security and planting a kiss right on her left cheek. Her security pounced and took him down immediately. It's unclear if he was arrested.

Kim was impressed with her team's reaction. As she put it ... "My security's a G."

Vitalii pulled the same crap 2 years ago in Paris -- also at Fashion Week -- but that attack was way more aggressive.
