Denver Nuggets player Ty Lawson and his girlfriend say their domestic violence arrests this past weekend were a GIANT misunderstanding -- and they're still together.

Ty and "Bad Girls Club" star Ashley King spent 3 days in jail after being arrested Saturday morning for domestic violence, stemming from a fight at Ty's Denver home.

Now sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... they simply had a bad night and the arrest was a misunderstanding. They are back at home, still together and focused on moving forward.

Ty and Ashley are due back in court Friday for their arraignment -- when they're hoping to put the entire case behind them.

11:20 AM PT Richie Incognito is a seriously forgiving dude ... telling us, "Football is an intense game. I've been there. Emotions run high. People lose their cool ... thank God no one got hurt."

No blood no foul in the case of the violent helmet swinging incident between Houston Texans Antonio Smith and Miami Dolphins Richie Incognito -- because Incognito is willing to let it slide ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the Dolphins offensive lineman tell us he has no plans to press criminal charges for the vicious altercation during Saturday's preseason game.

The video, first aired on FOX Sports 1, is ugly – while the players were grappling, Smith ripped off Incognito's helmet and swung it HARD right at his noggin.

We're told Incognito's totally fine, so at worst it was probably a grazing shot -- but considering NFL helmets weigh as much as 6 pounds of hard plastic -- Smith could've done some serious damage.

Houston police and the Harris County Sheriff tell us they would only take action against Smith ... if Incognito filed a complaint.

Denver Nuggets star Ty Lawson allegedly shoved his pregnant girlfriend before he was arrested for domestic violence on Saturday, this according to the police report -- but the girlfriend was arrested too.

According to the report, police were called to Lawson's Denver home around 9AM Saturday morning in response to a report of a domestic argument involving Lawson and his gf Ashley Pettiford -- aka Ashley King from "Bad Girls Club" -- who is six months pregnant.

When they arrived, Pettiford was crying, and explained that she and Lawson had been arguing because she overheard him talking to another woman on his phone the night before.

She told police she tried to pack her things to leave Lawson because she'd had enough, but he stopped her and pushed her onto their bed. She says she responded by throwing his phone and breaking it. Lawson then allegedly grabbed her phone and dunked it under water.

Pettiford said she knew her baby was okay despite the incident because she felt it moving afterward, but Lawson was still placed under arrest on suspicion of domestic violence, as well as criminal mischief (for throwing Pettiford's phone) and harassment.

Pettiford was arrested for criminal mischief (for destroying Lawson's phone) and domestic violence. They have both since been released on $1,000 bond.

TMZ has obtained the 911 call made by "The Calling" singer Alex Band's manager after the singer was found bloodied and beaten on the side of the road in Lapeer, MI early Sunday morning.

During the call, Band's manager is calm but reports that Alex was abducted and kidnapped by unknown assailants.

When asked how he knew Band was abducted, the manager replied, "Because he's bleeding all over the place and I found him on the side of the road." The manager told the operator Band was breathing and conscious.

R&B singer Raz B is out of his coma and in stable condition, TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Raz tell TMZ ... the former B2K member came out of his life-threatening coma Sunday at a hospital in China. We're told he is stable, breathing on his own, smiling and responsive ... but has not yet been released from the hospital. He's staying a few more days to be monitored.

TMZ broke the story ... Raz was smashed in the face with a bottle Thursday while performing at a club in China. He was rushed to the hospital where he underwent minor surgery.

But the next day, when Raz didn't wake up his back-up dancer rushed him to the hospital again. It was determined he was in a coma and was placed on life support.

A rep for Raz B tells TMZ ... Doctors say it's a miracle that he survived.

The lead guitarist for legendary punk band Bad Religion has had enough, filing for divorce from his wife in the midst of a nasty restraining order war -- in which they both accuse each other of all kinds of domestic abuse, including coat hanger beatings.

TMZ broke the story ... Greg Hetson's wife Alia obtained a temporary restraining order against him last week, accusing him of violence ... even throwing her on the floor during a recent blowout argument.

Hetson shot back with his own restraining order request, including a laundry list of Alia's alleged violent acts -- like beating him with a coat hanger, and shoving an apple core into his mouth.

Now, Hetson has followed up with the coup de grace -- divorce docs -- citing irreconcilable differences.

Luckily -- or not -- Hetson and Alia were only married for 2 years and they have no minor children.

According to the docs, Hetson wants to block the court from awarding Alia spousal support.

As for Alia, a rep has released a statement denying any allegations of abuse on her part.

Robert Pattinson violently SHOVED a guy he apparently thought was a snap-happy photog while exiting a club Friday night ... but turns out it was a security guard.

In the chaotic video -- taken outside the Troubador -- a boozed-up looking Robert is seen trying to leave the venue while swarmed by paps. You can tell it's tough to navigate.

As Robert makes his way to his car through the mayhem, he suddenly throws his hand to another guy's face ... forcefully PUSHING him backwards. Suddenly paps are heard asking, "Why'd you hit him?"

Afterwards, the vic -- who is actually part of the bar's security team -- is heard saying "He grabbed me on my face" as he picks his glasses up from the ground.

He also makes it clear Robert thought he was someone else -- a photog.

R&B singer Raz-B is currently on life support in a hospital in China ... just one day after he was smashed in the face with a bottle at a nightclub, TMZ has learned.

We spoke to Raz's publicist, Toy Jones, who tells us, "He is in a coma and needs as many prayers as possible."

As we previously reported, the 28-year-old was performing at a club in China on Thursday and was smashed in the face with a glass bottle while trying to break up a fight that erupted in the crowd.

Raz received medical attention hours after the incident --and underwent minor surgery to repair a gash in his lip.

But the next day, sources close to Raz tell us he didn't wake up ... and Raz's backup dancer rushed him to a nearby hospital for treatment.

We're told doctors tested for brain activity and determined the situation was dire. Sources say Raz is breathing from a ventilator ... and has been slipping in and out of consciousness.

This is what John Mellencamp's two teenage sons allegedly did to a 19-year-old Indiana college student last month.

As we reported, the boys -- 18-year-old Speck and 19-year-old Hud -- have been charged with felony battery in connection with the July 29th attack, along with a 3rd alleged attacker, Ty Smith, the son of the baseball coach at Indiana U.

Cops say the victim suffered facial fractures and cuts that required stitches, and as you can see from the pics, the attack was gruesome.

The fight was all about retaliation -- we're told Speck was beaten up earlier that night at a house party, and hours later returned for revenge. The victim was not involved in the previous fight ... he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Speck Mellencamp -- the 18-year-old son of singer John Mellencamp -- has turned himself in to authorities in Monroe County, Indiana in connection with the brutal porch beating of a 19-year-old man.

Speck -- along with his 19-year-old brother Hud and their alleged accomplice Ty Smith -- have all been charged with felony battery after allegedly unleashing a ferocious beatdown on a man who was sitting on his own front porch.

As we previously reported, the victim claims all three men attacked without warning ... and stomped, punched and kicked him ... resulting in a several facial fractures.

The victim claims Speck threw the first punch.

FYI -- Ty Smith is the son of Indiana University baseball coach Tracy Smith.

Both Speck and Smith have been released from custody on $5,000 bail.

As for Hud, we're told he's expected to surrender to authorities sometime tomorrow.

Raz-B -- the former B2K singer -- was hospitalized in China yesterday after someone smashed him in the mouth with a glass bottle ... turning his face into a bloody mess.

The 28-year-old R&B star was performing at a nightclub in Zhejiang (birthplace of Qian Xuesen -- the "Father of Chinese Rocketry" ... yay science!).

Raz's rep tells TMZ ... during the performance, he noticed a fistfight in the crowd and went to go break it up -- when someone swung a bottle right into his moneymaker, causing several cuts ... including a deep gash on his lip.

We're told the Chinese police immediately stepped in ... grabbing the attacker AND Raz -- and dragging them both to jail.

Cops quickly released Raz after determining he did nothing wrong. Raz's rep says cops made the bottle thrower fork over roughly $5,000 to pay for Raz's medical expenses.

After the drama at the police station, Raz was finally taken to a hospital, where he underwent a 1-hour surgical procedure to repair the "hole" in his lip. The wound also required 4 stitches.

Raz issued a statement to TMZ saying, "F**k this s**t hurts. I have a f**king hole in my lip. Thank god I made it to the hospital."

According to police, the Mellencamps -- 18-year-old Speck and 19-year-old Hud -- rolled up to the victim's home on July 29, accompanied by a 3rd man ... Ty Smith (son of Indiana University baseball coach Tracy Smith.)

Cops say the trio calmly approached the victim ... and unloaded a ferocious beatdown -- with all 3 men kicking, punching and stomping on the unsuspecting porch-dweller.

Eventually, cops say, the victim's roomates heard the attack -- and raced to the scene to break up the fight ... but the damage was already done.

Cops say the victim suffered facial fractures and cuts that required stitches.

According to the Herald Times, the Mellencamps told cops the attack was a response to an incident that took place at a party earlier that night.

Cops say Speck claims he had been trying to break up a fight between two girls who were arguing over him ... when he was pushed and hit by another man. It's unclear if the "pusher" and the victim are the same person.

FYI -- According to the Herald Times, Hud is a trained boxer.

Officials say the Mellencamps and Smith were all charged with felony battery -- and the Mellencamps have already made arrangements to turn themselves in to police.

Lamar Odom has dodged a bullet ... the NBA superstar will not be prosecuted for going berserk on a paparazzi in the middle of an L.A. street last month and breaking some of the guy's gear, TMZ has learned.

The cops had originally sent the case to the L.A. County D.A. for possible felony charges ... and the D.A. referred it to the L.A. City Attorney for possible misdemeanor vandalism charge.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Odom has agreed to pay for breaking the snapper's gear in the July 10 rampage. So we're told the City Attorney will hold an office hearing -- an alternative to a prosecution -- in which Lamar and the photog will have a chit chat with the hearing officer about rights and responsibilities ... and that's about it.

As we previously reported, Lamar blew a gasket that day after the photog (not a TMZ guy) blasted him with questions about rumors he was cheating on Khloe.

So in conclusion, Lamar went from possible felony ... to possible slap on the wrist ... to actual check (that's really just a drop in the bucket for a pro athlete/reality star).

ANOTHER legal headache for Chris Brown -- Frank Ocean's cousin has sued the singer, claiming Brown's bodyguard PULVERIZED him during the brawl between the two singers earlier this year ... and Brown egged his thug on.

As we reported, a massive fight broke out between Brown, Ocean, and their entourages over a parking spot outside an L.A. recording studio back in January.

It's unclear who started it, but it got violent, and Frank's cousin Sha'Keir Duarte now says he was one of the worst victims ... thanks to Brown's hired muscle, a bodyguard named "Hood."

Duarte claims Hood punched and kicked the crap out of him, including at least twelve kicks to the body and several to the head, while he lay on the ground.

Duarte claims Brown spurred his bodyguard on -- yelling, "Get that n****r!" -- and even mocked Duarte when it was all over, saying, "You just got your ass beat and it's all on camera."

Duarte says he was permanently disabled following the attack, and now he's suing for unspecified damages.

We reached out to Brown's camp for comment. So far, no word back.

Justin Bieber's crew kicked the crap out of a guy in a nightclub parking lot ... leaving him bloody and bruised ... so claims the alleged victim who now plans to sue JB's saggy pants off.

As TMZ previously reported ... Bieber's crew is under investigation​ for the brawl outside a Southhampton nightclub last Sunday.

22-year-old Wayne Rennalls -- the alleged victim -- says he suffered facial lacerations and a possible broken tooth -- unclear why he says "possible."

As for how the brawl started ... Rennalls says it involves a bow tie and a girl -- he had loaned the tie to a waitress he had been talking to all night. He says he went to retrieve it and had the audacity to approach the woman while Justin was flirting with her.

According to cops, Bieber's people did go after the guy, but say he was aggressive toward them.

Wes Scantlin's neighbor is TERRIFIED of the Puddle of Mudd singer after he brandished a buzz saw outside her house -- and now she's obtained a restraining order against the guy, blocking him from contacting her in any way.

TMZ broke the story ... 41-year-old Scantlin was arrested last month after allegedly going to town on his neighbor's property with the saw and a sledgehammer ... knocking down a wall he believed had been illegally built on his side of the property line.

His neighbor Sasha Gradiva has now gone to court to make sure nothing of the sort ever happens again -- obtaining a temporary restraining order against the singer, barring him from coming within 20 feet of her at any time ... and prohibiting him from contacting her.

A hearing has been set for later this month to determine whether the restraining order should be made permanent.
