Bloody photos from the brawl allegedly involving Chris Brown, his bodyguard, and the D.C. man they're accused of brutalizing have just been released -- and they're gnarly.

A judge approved the release of the photos Tuesday -- the pics were entered into evidence by prosecutors during the recent trial of Brown's bodyguard Christopher Hollosy.

The bloody face belongs to Parker Adams, the man who says both Brown and Hollosy went ballistic on him in October outside a D.C. hotel -- punching him in the face for attempting to photobomb a pic Brown was taking with two girls.

Devastating blow to the Hollywood fitness craze known as Barry's Bootcamp -- the married couple behind the company has crumbled in epic fashion ... amid allegations of terrifying violence, drug and alcohol abuse, and more.

43-year-old Rachel Mumford has filed for divorce from 58-year-old John Mumford -- the man who provided the seed money in 1998 -- citing irreconcilable differences ... and that's just the beginning.

Rachel just got a restraining order, after accusing John in legal docs of physically abusing her for years. She also claims he's been nursing a nasty ecstasy and booze habit that's put not only both of them in danger, but the couple's children as well.

The straw that broke the camel's back -- Rachel claims she and John went to Paris last month, and John flipped out over text messages he read on her phone ... grabbed her, threw her against their hotel room walls, and attempted to smother her on the bed.

Rachel and John were married back in 1997 and have two minor children. Rachel wants physical custody of their kids while John gets help for his drug and booze problems.

"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" producers are making cutbacks on bloodshed by increasing security during shoots, and Lil Scrappy can testify ... it's already saved him from brawling with a FEMALE co-star.

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... Scrappy and a new cast member named Erica Pinkett had to be separated by the new security force after she threw wine in his face during a dinner this week.

We're told producers have added security -- it's now one guard for every cast member --- on all shoots to keep things from getting "too ratchet."

We're also told it isn't just cast-on-cast violence they're guarding against ... it's also civilians trying to attack the show's stars.

As one cast member put it ... "That s*** gets ratchet and now the bodyguards shutting that s*** down."

Columbus Short shot this video to show his estranged wife was the violent one in this relationship ... and one thing's for sure -- she can be a real fighter.

Here's the back story ... Columbus was arrested for domestic violence for an incident at his house February 18 ... accused of beating his wife Tanee McCall (the woman on top in the video).

The next day -- after Columbus bailed out of jail -- he asked his friend Tilly Key to come to his house to pick him up. We're told Tanee went ballistic when she saw Tilly in the house, and that's when Tanee attacked.

Tilly wanted TMZ to post the video, to show Tanee is violent and even threatened her life.

Tilly says she suffered a concussion, a cervical sprain, multiple contusions, a lumbar sprain and lumbar strain.

Samuel L. Jackson likes his porn ... but he wants it for FREE ... and that's pissing off some XXX stars who accuse Sam of promoting film piracy.

Jackson -- aka Nick Fury -- was at a news conference for the new Capt. America movie when he was asked to name one of the best pop culture achievements of the last 50 years. SLJ had a quick answer: RedTube -- the free porn sharing website.

Now some actors in the skin biz are demanding an apology from Sam ... telling TMZ RedTube is nothing more than a pirate site that allows users to illegally post stolen porn. And, they add, "Superheroes don't steal porn."

Adult actress Catalina Cruz is demanding a boycott of Jackson's films ... saying Hollywood vehemently opposes piracy of mainstream movies ... but somehow thinks it's okay for people to steal a 5-minute porn clip.

XXX actress Tanya Tate says piracy impacts her directly ... because she produces her own web content. "I would gladly send a catalog of adult movies I have directed to Mr. Jackson if he would be so kind as to recant the comment."

She adds, "I have a stack of porn for him to help him see the error of his ways."

Edie Brickell had a "strong odor of alcohol on her breath" during the heated argument that turned physical last week with hubby Paul Simon, this according to local police.

Simon and Brickell were both arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute at their Connecticut home last weekend.

The New Canaan police report, which was obtained by the Stamford Advocate, says Brickell told police Simon did something that "broke her heart." It goes on to say Simon shoved Brickell and she slapped him in response. That's when he called 911 ... but hung up before speaking to anyone.

Brickell told police Simon "was acting like a spoiled baby by calling 911 and that he did not care about their children." The report says Edie had "a strong odor of alcohol on her breath" and became agitated at times.

T.I. should have logged on to TMZ yesterday ... because he's acting like he doesn't remember that epic fight outside Supperclub that ended with a tense standoff between himself and Game on one side and a bunch of LAPD cops on the other.

T.I. was leaving Mastro's in Bev Hills Wednesday night when we asked him if he thought the violence would now escalate at the club. He's kinda blaming the photog ... calling him a snitch -- we're guessing because the video ended up on TMZ.

The Game and T.I. were in a super-tense standoff with LAPD after a VIOLENT fight at an L.A. club early Wednesday morning.

A group of guys -- who we're told are "mutual acquaintances" of both Game and T.I. -- were denied entrance at Supperclub. The guys began arguing furiously with security when one member of the posse threw a punch at a security guy. You hear the punch at the beginning of the fight video.

Security for the club then descended on 2 members of the posse, beating them to a bloody pulp ... at one point kicking one of them in the face while he was down.

LAPD cops were present during part of the fight ... as were off-duty officers who were working at the club.

That's when an angry T.I. and Game stormed out of the club ... mistakenly believing COPS beat their guys up. They got into it big time with the LAPD and that's when the standoff begins.

You gotta watch the standoff ... it is intense and on the edge of erupting into violence.

The 2 injured men were taken to LAPD's Hollywood division but no one wanted to file charges so they left.

You hear people screaming "Bloods" and "Crips" in the video ... but we don't know if this was gang related. But it was definitely bad.

Police in New York are on the lookout for music producer The-Dream after he allegedly punched, kicked, and strangled his ex-girlfriend, who was pregnant at the time, law enforcement sources tell TMZ -- but the producer insists the allegations are bogus.

According to law enforcement, the alleged incident took place in April 2013 at the Plaza Hotel, roughly three months before Dream's ex-GF Lydia Nam gave birth to his infant son.

It's unclear what prompted the alleged attack and if Nam ever sought medical attention -- but for some reason, she didn't file a police report until November, which is when she described the alleged assault to police.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Dream (real name Terius Nash) is now wanted for questioning by police in connection with Nam's allegations -- which means if they find him ... he'll be taken into custody.

For The-Dream's part, he not only insists Nam is lying -- sources close to the producer tell us, he thinks she's a vengeful woman who's plotting to use this alleged crime as a way to extend her visa in the U.S. (Nam is Canadian.)

According to law enforcement sources, Dream was already arrested in connection with a separate domestic violence incident (also involving Nam) last June in Newport Beach, CA ... but Nam refused to press charges, so the D.A. rejected the case.

Ex "pregnant man" Thomas Beatie says he's living in fear of his ex-wife, and their relationship is so volatile now ... a judge is even limiting their emails to about the length of a tweet ... TMZ has learned.

Beatie claims his ex, Nancy, has waged a 2-year campaign of threats and harassment against him ... ever since they split as a couple.

In court docs, Beatie says he testified against Nancy last October for allegedly violating an earlier restraining order. After the hearing, Beatie claims Nancy flew into a rage ... scaring him so much he immediately sought a SECOND restraining order.

In his petition, Beatie wrote, "[Nancy] is here now outside the room from me as I fill out this second order against her. She is very angry and verbally assaulting both me and my girlfriend."

That was enough for a judge ... who ordered Nancy to stay away from Beatie's home and workplace ... and limited her to 2 kid-related emails per day.

Raphael Brown is UNLOADING on his estranged wife ... calling her a violent, manipulative stripper -- a monster who's engaged in a vicious campaign to smear him ... according to court docs.

Brown filed a CRAZY 250 page document in response to accusations made by Juliette Gil-Brown ... who claims the former Next singer beat her on multiple occasions, even when she was pregnant.

In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- he argues his wife has gone off the deep end ... flying into a jealous rage after she saw pics of him on vacation with his girlfriend.

He claims:

-Juliette's own mother told him "the devil had taken over [Juliette's] soul" adding, "she's crazy."

-His wife changed her Facebook status to "widowed" after threatening to slit his throat.

-His wife verbally attacked a female fan on Facebook, telling her to "stay the f*** off my husband's page" ... even though the fan is a cancer patient who enjoys his music.

-Juliette (who's not Black) goes on racist rants on social media, calling him "a dirty n****r" and saying he's "the reason n****rs" are dying of AIDS."

Brown goes on and on ... denying he's ever been abusive to his children, noting he even got temporary custody of his then 7-month old son when Juliette was in jail. He also denies looking at porn around the kids, calling the accusation ironic since she's a stripper.

Paul Simon's gonna need a bridge ... 'cause he's in some troubled water -- after getting arrested for disorderly conduct following an incident with his wife in Connecticut this weekend.

72-year-old Simon and his wife, 48-year-old Edie Brickell -- from the band New Bohemians -- were both taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct after a heated domestic dispute.

Cops were called to the couple's house around 8 pm that night.

It's unclear why the two were fighting.

FYI -- Simon and Edie have been married for 22 years and have 3 kids together.

2:45 P.M. PDT -- The Simons' attorney just gave us this statement from Edie, "I got my feelings hurt and I picked a fight with my husband. The police called it disorderly. Thank God it's orderly now."

11:12 A.M. PDT -- Paul left court a short time ago, insisting he and his wife still love each other. Edie left from a different exit several minutes earlier ... and didn't say a word.

One of the SAMCRO bikers on "Sons of Anarchy" had a close encounter with cops and a rival gang Friday in Nevada ... when police feared the actor might pull a Jax and start beating ass.

Rusty Coones -- a known Hells Angel member -- was running his clothing company booth at the famous Laughlin River Run biker rally ... when a ton of officers descended and shut him down.

Cops also closed the booths on either side -- run by a member of rival gang Vagos Motorcycle Club -- police feared violence between the 2 groups.

Vago member's lawyer Stephen Stubbs says the irony is ... both sides were getting along just fine ... and the shut down only caused the two companies to lose money.

No good deed goes unpunished ... a lesson learned the hard way Wednesday after Siva Kaneswaran and Jay McGuiness from The Wanted were attacked by a homeless guy with a knife -- after they tried to give him money.

Sources tell TMZ, the guys were in Denver on tour earlier this week and went to see the new Johnny Depp movie "Transcendence" before their concert. We're told they were leaving the theater when they passed a homeless guy asking for money.

Our sources say Siva obliged and gave the guy a few bucks, but he demanded more. We're told the guys turned him down -- but the homeless guy wouldn't take no for an answer ... and PULLED OUT A KNIFE.

We're told the guys scuffled with the homeless man and eventually got away. Our sources say neither guy was injured and cops were not called.

If you thought the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" fight between Porsha Williams and Kenya Moore was brutal on TV ... Kandi Burruss says it was worse in person ... because Bravo didn't show everything.

Burruss was at LAX on Thursday where she told our photog she did watch the fight on TV when it aired on Sunday night ... just like her fellow Housewife Kenya did.

Kandi says she has every intention of coming back to the show next season and says she wants the WHOLE cast to return ... even Porsha, violence and all.

50 Cent has ruined a video vixen's life -- getting her blacklisted in the business by calling her a "thirsty video bitch" in front of millions of people -- or so the woman claims ... and now she wants millions to call it even.

Sally Ferreira filed the defamation suit against Fiddy, claiming he FALSELY accused her last month of spreading rumors she was dating the rapper -- as well as leaking behind-the-scenes photos from his music video shoot.

50 posted the accusations on Instagram and Twitter (where he has a combined 9 million+ followers) including a call to blacklist the model, writing, "WARNING: Do not attempt to work with this thirsty video bitch."

For her part, Ferreira says she NEVER leaked the photos -- and insists she's openly been in a relationship with her fiance for 9 years.

Ferreira claims 50's Internet postings -- which have since been deleted -- not only ruined her blossoming modeling career ... they have subjected her to endless public ridicule and scorn. She says she's suffered extreme emotional distress as a result.
