Conor McGregor just UNLOADED on Eddie Alvarez at the UFC 205 press conference at Madison Square Garden ... telling Alvarez to "suck these big Irish balls."

It was insane ... Conor walked onstage 15 minutes late rockin' a mink coat ... and proceeded to verbally attack Alvarez.

At one point, McGregor snatched Alvarez's belt off the table ... almost coming to blows before Dana stepped in.

If the presser's any indication of how the fight's gonna go down ... there's gonna be fireworks Saturday night at MSG.

A Chicago man was dragged out of his car and bashed in the head in broad daylight ... all because the attackers thought he voted for Donald Trump.

The video is shocking ... the white man took several shots to the head from several African-American men on Wednesday afternoon. Onlookers recorded the attack and yelled, "Don't vote Trump!" and "Beat his ass!"

The man made several attempts to get back in his car, even as one of the suspects drove it away ... with the man still clinging to it. Chicago PD tells us the victim was hospitalized. They have not made any arrests, and the victim's car has still not been recovered.

The intense confrontation went down outside Trump Tower in NYC about an hour before the election was officially called in The Donald's favor. Check out the vid ... the Hillary supporter was drowned out by a bunch of bros before cops finally stepped in.

Election Day 2016 Racial Slurs Fly In Polling Place Fight

A Michigan polling place erupted in violence with voters squaring off and repeatedly hurling the n-word.

The fight went down at a polling station in Ypsilanti, Michigan ... outside Ann Arbor. According to witnesses ... the white woman in the video got extremely heated with a black man, who was apparently defending a black woman who was arguing with the white woman.

The woman shooting the video jumped into the middle of the fray and the slurs started flying.

TMZ spoke to the white woman's husband, his name is Daryl McCabe, and despite the language in this video ... he insists he and his wife, Mary, are NOT racists. Daryl tells us, Mary "did say the n-word and that isn't a good idea, I don't agree with that."

He also said, "I have black friends who are great. My first choice was actually Ben Carson." He's even got the card to prove it.

McCabe says they spoke to police and filed a report. No one's been arrested, but he says the whole mess only started because the black woman was blocking their car from leaving and yelling, "Black lives matter."

'Merica ... it ain't always great.

Mayweather vs. Pacquiao '75% Chance Rematch Happens' ... Says Bob Arum

They're not officially in negotiations, but Manny Pacquiao's promoter tells TMZ Sports there's a 75% chance of a rematch with Floyd Mayweather.

We spoke with Bob Arum -- who says the two camps are on great terms. In fact, when Floyd sat ringside at Manny's fight this weekend, it was all thanks to Team Pacquiao.

"Floyd called us and asked for tickets," Arum says, "It's a great sign. I'd love for the fight to happen. I'd make it 75% that it happens."

Arum -- who's been in the fight game for decades -- says he simply doesn't believe Mayweather's fighting days are over.

"Based on my experience, I feel like [Floyd's] getting the itch to come back."

We'll see ...

Greg Hardy Training with Ex-UFC Fighter ... Sleeping at Gym

Greg Hardy has been training his ass off as an MMA fighter -- linking up with one of the top gyms in the country where he's been living and sleeping while working under the tutelage of an ex-UFCer.

TMZ Sports has learned ... the 28-year-old ex-NFL star has been training with American Top Team in Florida -- which Dana White once hailed as one of the top 5 MMA teams in the country.

We spoke with one of Hardy's trainers, Mike Brown -- a former UFC fighter who actually fought and BEAT Urijah Faber TWICE in his MMA career.

Brown says Hardy has been living at the training facility -- "He's staying in the dorms we have upstairs. It's for guys who are really in intensive training."

While at ATT, Hardy has been working out with legit MMA studs like King Mo -- who seems to have taken a liking to the ex-Pro Bowler.

So, how does Hardy look?

"He seems to have the drive and desire," Brown says ... noting that Hardy has been taking classes in multiple disciplines to hone his skills.

"He took boxing last night, jiu-jitsu today. He was training with Steve Mocco, our wrestling coach, who was in the Olympics."

As far as taking a pro fight, Brown says there's a shot he could debut in 2017 taking a low-level pro fight or an amateur fight. Stay tuned ...

Miesha Tate says the Ronda Rousey farewell fighting tour might be pretty short ... like, one fight short ... telling TMZ Sports Rousey will retire immediately if she loses to Amanda Nunes at 207.

Little backstory ... Tate and Rousey hate each other ... and pretty much always have.

So, when we got Miesha out in L.A. we wanted to know how she felt about the news Ronda's career is winding down ... did she shed a tear, or pop some champagne when she heard?

Apparently she did neither ... and that's because she saw the whole thing coming. In fact, Tate says if Ronda loses her next fight, she'll quit right there.

There's obviously no love lost between the two ladies ... but still, if you've heard Ronda talk lately you kinda get the feeling Tate is onto something here.

Before Demi Lovato took down Rocky Balboa in a sparring match, she got lessons on how to take down Rocky ... from Rocky.

Sylvester Stallone shared a clip of them practicing a jab sequence -- exactly like Sly does when he's shooting a movie. He gave Demi a handful of cues and choreography for their boxing skit.

Maybe our suggestion Demi could be a good fit for the "Creed" sequel wasn't that far off. Chick's fight game is focused, for sure.

Chicago Cubs Fan KNOCKED THE HELL OUT in W.S. Street Fight (UPDATE)

8:55 AM PT -- TMZ Sports has learned the victim was 36-year-old Alan Anderson, and he was transported to a hospital in stable condition. He suffered a cut to his mouth and a head injury.

Anderson regained consciousness and told police and paramedics he'd been in an argument that got physical. He told police he did not want to file a report and even refused medical treatment, initially.

Here's the best part -- we asked Alan how he's doing this morning. His response -- "My head hurts." But he says he's gonna be fine ... "I survived an assault just like my Cubs survived being down 3-1."

Of course he added, "Go Cubs go!"

The biggest hit at the World Series came AFTER the game -- when an Indians fan KO'd a Cubs fan right outside the stadium ... and the whole thing was caught on video.

The two men had been arguing in the street outside Progressive Field in Cleveland when the Indians fan -- in a "Cleveland Against the World" shirt -- threw a haymaker right hook ... knocking the Cubs guy out cold.

The man who shot the video told us cops and paramedics responded, and he also told us exactly what started the fight.

The Chicago Cubs fan who was knocked out cold after the World Series was running his mouth to an Indians fan -- and even DARED the Cleveland guy to punch him ... so says the man who shot the video.

We spoke with Chris Vallimont ... who says he pulled out his phone and started to record after he saw the two men cussing at each other right outside Progressive Field.

"The Cubs fan said, 'You guys just blew a 3-1 lead, f**k you.'"

The Indians fan shot back, "Fight me, p****."

The Cubs fan replied, "Hit me now, I dare you."

The Indians fan accepted the challenge and blasted the Cubs fan in the face -- and then immediately fled from the scene while the Cubs fan laid on the ground unconscious ... so says Vallimont.

"He probably didn't move for about 12 minutes."

Cops and emergency personnel rushed to the scene and the Cubs fan was hospitalized.

The Indians fan has still not been identified -- but cops are investigating.

Williams was trying to return to his car after the Cowboys' big win ... when stadium security tried to stop him ... apparently not realizing he was on the squad.

What followed were a couple tense moments when security tries to prevent Williams from getting by ... before he weaves his way through, while being supported by fans who recognized him.

Cooler heads prevailed ... but one thing's obvious when you watch the video ... TERRANCE WAS PISSED!

Dana White just made it official ... Ronda Rousey's time in the UFC is winding down ... telling TMZ Sports he's spoken to her at length about the end of her career in the Octagon.

Ronda dropped the bombshell news during a recent appearance on 'Ellen' telling a shocked crowd that her upcoming fight at UFC 207 would be one of her last.

We talked to Dana out in Beverly Hills ... and asked if he's talked to RR about hanging it up (he's her boss after all) ... and White delivered the bad news ... it's real, and it's happening, just not quite yet.

Larsa Pippen 2nd 911 Call ... Help, Scottie's Breaking Stuff!

Larsa Pippen made a tearful 911 call -- just 3 days after she placed a very similar call to police -- and said Scottie had "gotten crazy again."

The NBA legend's wife called Fort Lauderdale PD on Oct. 4, and this time she was more defiant and insisted police come to their home because he was breaking things.

As we reported ... her first 911 call was made as Scottie stood next to Larsa, telling her to cancel the call for help. The second time around, Larsa is by herself, crying and providing details about the alleged incident.

Scottie Pippen's wife tearfully told a 911 dispatcher her husband was getting aggressive, but he was doing everything he could to call off the cavalry.

We obtained audio of the 911 call made October 1st -- the first time cops responded to the Pippen's Florida home. Later that month, Scottie filed for divorce.

It's unclear what the argument was over, but as we reported Larsa had been hanging with Future and it appears it was a source of conflict.

Ronda Rousey's days in the Octagon are coming to an end ... so says the UFC superstar who just announced that UFC 207 is "definitely one of my last fights."

Rousey sat down with Ellen (airs Tuesday) and was asked about her MMA future -- and the 29-year-old made it clear she's thinking about the next phase of her life.

As for her upcoming fight against Amanda Nunes on Dec. 30th, Ronda says she's in killer shape and ready to throw down -- "I finally feel like super ninja good."
