Devin Fitzgerald, son of NFL legend Larry Fitzgerald, is ready to make a name for himself -- committing to Notre Dame, and promising to build his own legacy on the football field!!

TMZ Sports spoke with the three-star recruit out of Brophy Prep in Arizona this week ... after the wide receiver announced he's taking his talents to South Bend in 2026, where he'll also be majoring in finance and real estate.

"I'm just so excited to get over there after I play my senior season out," Fitzgerald said.

Justin Jefferson has already accomplished a ton in his four short years in the NFL ... and Randy Moss tells TMZ Sports he believes the 26-year-old is "on pace" to go down as the greatest Vikings receiver ever!!

We asked Moss for his thoughts on the man who could one day take up Randy's mantle as the best wideout to wear the Purple and Gold ... and it's clear the immortal NFL player is really high on Justin.

"I think Justin Jefferson is on pace to be arguably the greatest ever and definitely the greatest Viking to ever do it!" Moss told us.

Randy Moss was forced off the TV airwaves when he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer ... but the legendary wideout's getting ready to make a triumphant return, and he's opening up about the "roller coaster" battle with the deadly disease.

"Man, I look forward to it. I missed my crew. Greenie, Alex, Teddy," Moss told Michael Babcock on the TMZ Sports TV show (airs nightly on FS1) ... before jokingly taking a shot at one of his famous Sunday NFL Countdown co-hosts!

"I really didn't miss Rex Ryan much because he got on my nerves. So, Rex, if you're hearing this, I am coming back, so scoot over," the Hall of Famer said, adding ... "but really Michael in all honesty, we have a great group of guys that I work with that I tremendously missed for two months and ESPN accepted me back with open arms."

NFL running back Najee Harris sustained an eye injury during a Fourth of July fireworks celebration gone wrong last weekend … his agent announced.

Details surrounding the incident were not revealed … but according to a statement from Doug Hendrickson, the 27-year-old former first-round pick and current Los Angeles Chargers star should be healed in time for the 2025 NFL season.

“Najee Harris was present at a 4th of July event where a fireworks mishap resulted in injuries to several attendees,” Hendrickson said on Thursday. “Najee sustained a superficial eye injury during the incident, but is fully expected to be ready for the upcoming NFL season.”

D'Angelo Barber -- a redshirt freshman on the Auburn Univ. football team -- was arrested on Monday after cops said they found pounds of weed, scales and a gun in his truck during a traffic stop in Alabama.

The Tallapoosa County Narcotics Task Force said in a statement Barber and his passenger, Marcell Brewster, were pulled over in Dadeville on U.S. Highway 280 at around 9 AM for a traffic violation.

Law enforcement stated officers developed probable cause to search the guys' ride ... and they say 2.5 pounds of marijuana, marijuana packaging, THC vapes, digital scales, $1,897 in cash and a Glock 19 were ultimately discovered.

9:51 AM PT -- Demarcus Robinson's attorney, Jacqueline Sparagna of Werksman Jackson & Quinn LLP, tells TMZ Sports ... "Mr. Robinson has taken this process extremely seriously by already completing most of the terms of his probation. We expect that his probation will terminate early at the 18-month mark after which his case will be expunged."

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Demarcus Robinson has been sentenced to probation in his DUI case, TMZ Sports has learned.

Court records show the 30-year-old cut a deal with Los Angeles prosecutors this week and submitted a plea of nolo contendere to one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol.

A judge sentenced him to 36 months of probation ... and ordered him to pay a $390 fine, records show. As part of the pact with prosecutors, he also must complete several programs, including a MADD victim impact program.

Bill Belichick made a reputation for himself coaching various professional and college football teams ... and his star's only shined brighter ever since the beginning of his relationship with Jordon Hudson.

The sports figure and the former beauty queen have made plenty of headlines with their high-profile relationship -- and their 48-year age gap!

We're going to check out what brought the happy couple together ... and who the former New England Patriots coach has been with in the past.

Although his relationship with Hudson's been relatively brief, Belichick's proved that he can stick with someone for the long run, as he was formerly married to Debby Clarke.

The football coach and his longtime spouse tied the knot in 1977, and they started a family with the birth of their daughter Amanda in 1984.

Belichick and Clarke went on to welcome a pair of sons, Stephen and Brian, both of whom worked with their father during his time with the Patriots.

However, the coach and his spouse ultimately went their separate ways after just under three decades of marriage ... and they finalized their divorce in 2006.

Belichick moved on from his divorce by starting a relationship with TV host Linda Holliday, whom he first began seeing in 2007.

The pair went on to collaborate on various philanthropic projects, and she served as the director of the Bill Belichick Foundation, which was founded in 2013.

While the football coach and the media figure remained together for a total of 16 years, the news of their breakup became public in September 2023.

A source spoke to People at the time and claimed that, while Holliday was dismayed about the end of her romance with Belichick, she was "well taken care of" following the split.

Belichick and Hudson initially met in February of 2021 -- and we shared a selfie that the beauty queen took at the time a few years later!

The pair's first encounter took place when they were seated next to each other on a flight from the Boston area down to Florida, and the coach asked about her college coursework.

Belichick autographed one of Hudson's books following their initial conversation, and they remained in contact over the following years.

The two began going on under-the-radar dates in 2023, but their cover was blown when they were spotted in each other's company during a trip to New Orleans' French Quarter.

Although rumors swirled about the pair in subsequent months, nothing concrete was confirmed about a potential relationship -- until we broke the story about their official status in June of 2024.

Belichick and Hudson went on to make their red carpet debut at The Museum Gala, and Hudson shared a post about the event on her Instagram account, where she described her boyfriend as one of her "favourite things."

The former cheerleader went on to share her take on the state of her relationship by posting several photos on her Instagram Story on New Year's Eve in 2024, and wrote via People that she "can't wait to take punches" for her romance.

She also hit out at the "keyboard warriors" who doubted the state of her relationship, writing that their "illusion of righteousness only fuels my authenticity."

Hudson then posted a photo of Belichick holding a phone while listening to Taylor Swift's song "New Year's Day," in which the line "Hold onto the memories" was shown.

While the pair appeared to be warming up to having their romance play out in the public eye, they seemed to crack under the pressure during Belichick's interview on CBS News' "Sunday Morning," which aired in April 2025.

The sports figure was accompanied by his girlfriend during the taping of the interview, which was conducted by journalist Tony Dokoupil, and she awkwardly shut the reporter down when he inquired about the state of their relationship ... which was all caught on camera.

The coach subsequently issued a statement about the interview, and he said via People that he had agreed to keep the conversation focused on his book "The Art Of Winning: Lessons From A Life In Football."

Belichick then claimed that, when Dokoupil veered off and began asking about his relationship, Hudson stepped in to "help refocus the discussion," and he said the segment was ultimately comprised of "selectively edited clips and stills."

However, CBS News issued a statement of its own, and asserted there weren't any "preconditions or limitations to this conversation" when Belichick agreed to the interview.

The coach and his partner have since fielded engagement rumors, and a report from the New York Times claimed Hudson has spoken openly about her future with the coach to at least one individual.

We shared a photo of Hudson wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring in May this year.

Maxwell Hairston -- the Buffalo Bills' 2025 first-round draft pick -- has been sued over allegations he sexually assaulted a female student when he was a member of the University of Kentucky football team.

The suit -- obtained by TMZ Sports -- was filed in the U.S. Eastern District Court of Kentucky on Tuesday. In it, the plaintiff states she first met Hairston at a UK residence hall in early 2021.

She claims she went to the defensive back's dorm room ... but left a short time later when he made her uncomfortable by trying to "to isolate her in his bedroom."

Randy Moss will be back in his seat on ESPN's "Sunday NFL Countdown Show" this season ... after he was forced to take time off-air in 2024 due to his cancer battle.

The network confirmed the news to The Athletic ... saying in a statement getting word that the Freak will be on set come Week 1 "has been the highlight of the offseason."

Moss revealed he was dealing with some sort of health issue in December. He didn't disclose more information at the time, only that it was internal.
