"X Factor" judge Paulina Rubio doesn't take kindly to being snubbed ... in fact, she's now suing Telemundo for trying to replace her on the upcoming season of a kids-themed singing show.

Paulina -- who appeared as a coach on season 1 of Telemundo's "La Voz Kids" last year -- claims the network agreed to pay her $1.325 million to appear on the second season as well ... then reneged on the deal when it found someone cheaper to replace her with.

Paulina claims Telemundo offered up a weak excuse for the diss ... citing scheduling issues with Paulina's commitment to "X Factor" ... but she's not buying it.

Paulina wants Telemundo to cough up the $1.325 million stat ... plus another $100,000 for season 1 "La Voz Kids" clips featuring Paulina which the network sold for ad purposes.

Michelle Rodriguez upstaged the NY Knicks from her courtside seats by drunkenly posing for ridiculous selfies ... and snuggling up to smoking hot model Cara Delevingne.

Michelle was all over Cara -- and looked totally out of it -- while putting on what has to be the greatest party chick clinic in NBA history last night at Madison Square Garden.

It's unclear if Michelle -- who's proudly stated going "both ways" in the past -- scored after the game ... but click through the gallery.

Looks to us like Michelle put in enough work to earn some overtime.

Charlie Sheen has declared nuclear war on his ex-wife Denise Richards ... blasting her as a "heartless" and "ugly" hag who's holding their children hostage.

Sheen just blasted Richards ... again ... this time, he's furious that Denise won't let their children visit him to exchange Christmas gifts.

Charlie expressed his anger in a series of texts ... saying, "lemme see if I got this straight; you won't even spring the girls for 30 mins, from the 10 mil house I gave you, (100 yds away) to come down and open the gifts their dad bought them before they leave??"

"I hope your stocking is bronze-age coal stuffed along with an assortment of 8x10's of yours so you can see how despicable and heartlessly ugly you and your fermented soul continue to be."

He added, "hash tag. hag shag."

Charlie also says despite the fact Denise won't let him see the kids, she had the "audacity" to ask him to borrow his private jet to go on the big family trip that she banned him from.

Charlie says he went to Denise's home to plead with her to change her mind and to deliver gifts to the kids, but was not allowed to see them.

Charlie concludes, "This is the worst Xmas I've ever had."

Charlie Sheen is no longer on Santa's naughty list ... the actor was just given an awesome Christmas gift -- permission to celebrate with his twin boys.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... the kids temp guardian Scott Mueller (Brooke Mueller's brother) has no interest in punishing Bob and Max on Christmas ... so he and Sheen hooked it up.

We're told Charlie's stoked that he can spend Christmas with the boys -- it takes the sting not seeing daughters Lola and Sam ... who are going on a trip with other ex-wife Denise Richards ... Sheen claims he's not allowed to tag along.

Bah humbug.

Charlie Sheen loves 2 things a lot -- charities and hot chicks ... he just dropped $50,000 for the young and the homeless.

We got proof Charlie anted up to My Friend's Place -- which services homeless young people in Hollywood -- they sent him a thank-you note that we obtained.

My Friend's Place is the latest beneficiary of Charlie's sizable bank account. In the last few months he's donated:

-- $25,000 to the PREDA foundation, a Philippine relief fund

-- $10,000 to The Walk to End Epilepsy

-- $150,000 to 3 charities chosen by the producer and director of "Scary Movie 5"

-- $75,000 to the family of a young cancer patient

-- $100,000 to Lindsay Lohan

Demi Lovato is furious at the producers of "X Factor," grousing that she was blindsided by a skit that mocked her addiction ... TMZ has learned.

Mario Lopez introduced a skit which showed clips of Demi drinking what looked like booze, acting annoying and off center.

Demi is extremely upset because addiction has turned her life upside down. It got so bad, she was living in a sober house for more than a year just to avoid temptation.

You can see her reaction on the show ... at one point it appears she says "That's f**ked up."

Demi's already said she's leaving the show, but now it's pretty clear ... for her it couldn't be soon enough.

We contacted reps for the show ... so far no word back.

Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez are a couple of show-stealing rip-off artists -- so claims a guy who says their reality show "Q'Viva! The Chosen" was his idea ... so he's suing for $25 MILLION.

John Jacobs filed the lawsuit in New York, claiming he contacted Marc Anthony Productions and J.Lo's Nuyorican Productions about his show idea "Miami Beach: The Game" in 2007 and 2008.

According to Jacobs, his idea was to combine two well-known Latino celebrities who would travel in search of the next big superstar.

Jacobs says both companies initially expressed interest, but ultimately ignored his phone calls.

Fast forward years later -- Jacobs says he starts seeing ads for "Q'Viva!" starring Marc and Jennifer (which aired in 2012) and he was blown away by the similarities to his own show concept. In the lawsuit, Jacobs claims in 11-year-old fashion, "They were so similar that they were twins."

He says he followed up with both companies as well as Univision to get to the bottom of the alleged thievery, but never heard back. Now he wants at least $25 million.

George Zimmerman could have a gold mine on his hands -- selling artwork to climb out of massive debt -- and no one's happier than the lawyer who defended him at his murder trial -- who's still waiting to be paid ... TMZ has learned.

Zimmerman is on the hook to attorney Mark O'Mara for a reported $1 million. Zimmerman could make a serious dent in that debt if he sells his first original painting on eBay ... because the highest bid is now well over $100K.

O'Mara wouldn't comment on Zimmerman's finances. But he did tell us, "If selling paintings helps him rebuild his life, I'm not going to stand in the way of that."

But we're guessing if there's a big fat check in O'Mara's mailbox ... he'll gladly cash it.

Charlie Sheen vows to hit Denise Richards where it really hurts -- in the child support department, because he says he's going to court to get a judge to slash the amount she gets.

Charlie is telling friends ... a judge has NEVER signed off on his current child support agreement with Denise -- it was all agreed to privately.

Denise currently gets $55,000 a month in support for their 2 kids. He's enraged that he's been so generous, and not just with child support. Charlie says he shelled out $9 million for the home he bought for her -- specifically so their 2 girls could be close to him.

So Charlie is telling his buddies ... Denise is epically ungrateful because he says she's denying him the right to have XMAS morning with the girls. He says she's actually taken away the girls' phones so they can't call him.

So Charlie's going to court. Not only does he want child support reduced, he wants the judge to establish his iron-clad right to see his kids on specific holidays.

George Zimmerman can finally be reunited with the arsenal of guns and ammo that was recently seized from his home, since he's no longer facing domestic violence charges ... officials tell TMZ.

The Seminole County Sheriff's office confirmed ... the case against Zimmerman was just dropped after his GF Samantha Scheibe backed off her story that George got violent with her back in November.

And no charges, means no reason for cops to keep the guns (and chewing gum) that were seized from his home following the initial alleged incident ... a cache that includes 3 handguns, a semiautomatic rifle and the shotgun that Scheibe had claimed Zimmerman used to threaten her.

We're told George is now free to pick up his stuff whenever he wants -- but so far, he has NOT come by the station.

George Zimmerman's just won a big round in the "She-loves-me-she-loves-me-not" game -- his ex-girlfriend wants him back so badly, she's recanted her claim of domestic violence and the case has been dropped.

Zimmerman was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and battery ... after GF Samantha Schiebe claimed he pulled a shotgun on her and pushed her out of their house.

But Samantha has had a change of heart ... she wants George back, and the State Attorney for Seminole County says Samantha now says she lied about the encounter and refuses to cooperate ... hence, there's no way to successfully prosecute him.

But there's still something blocking these lovebirds from reuniting -- a restraining order, which Samantha's lawyer is now trying to get lifted.

Cameron Diaz just joined the likes of Harrison Ford, Katie Holmes, and Nicole Kidman as a resident of the Chelsea neighborhood in Manhattan ... shelling out a cool $9 MILLION on a swanky new condo.

The 3,022 sq. ft. luxury pad is located in the Walker Tower -- known for it's fancy-pants living spaces ... including a penthouse apartment that just sold for $55 MIL.

Cameron's relatively modest new digs comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a Crestron home automation system complete with iPad dock.

Building amenities include a library lounge with pantry and bar, refrigerated storage for deliveries, yoga room, and sauna.

And if all this sounds like a bargain ... maintenance and real estate tax adds up to about an extra $5K a month.

Jennifer Lopez only wants one thing out of her divorce from Marc Anthony -- which is still going more than 18 months later -- and that's ... her old name.

J.Lo just filed her legal response to Marc's petition, and according to the docs her legal name is still Jennifer Muniz ... which is Marc's real last name.

Marc and Jennifer's petitions are identical on custody issues -- both are asking for joint legal and physical custody of their twins -- but in her docs, J.Lo requests the court restore her former name -- Jennifer Lopez.

J & M got married in 2004, officially separated in 2011, and Marc filed for divorce in April, 2012.

So, why did J.Lo drag her feet on filing a response? Our guess ... celebs just operate on a different schedule than the rest of us.

Or she was actually pondering a switch to J.Mu.

George Zimmerman was well armed last week when he was arrested for domestic violence ... according to Seminole County Sheriff's deputies who got a warrant to search the home Zimmerman shared with his girlfriend.

According to law enforcement, Zimmerman had stockpiled five guns and more than 100 rounds of ammunition ... including the 12-gauge shotgun his GF, Samantha Scheibe, claims he used to threaten her ... by shoving it in her face.

The search warrant ... obtained by TMZ .. shows in addition to the Kel-Tec shotgun, Zimmerman also owned an AR-15 semiautomatic assault rifle and three handguns.

Deputies also confiscated a pocket knife and a religious pendant.

Zimmerman is currently free on $9,000 bail ... his whereabouts are unknown.

Marc Anthony's ex-wife claims the singer has turned a cold shoulder on her children ... forcing them to sell their home and move into a hovel in the Valley ... while he lives like a king -- and to add insult to injury, he pays the very rich Jennifer Lopez a ton of child support ... this according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Dayanara Torres -- the 1993 Miss Universe -- wants a huge increase in child support -- from $13K per month for their 2 sons, to $113K a month. It's an enormous increase, but she says it's a drop in the bucket for Marc -- who this year boasted he makes $1.25 mil a month -- MINIMUM.

It's especially infuriating for Dayanara, who claims Marc played the poverty card during their divorce, claiming he had such money trouble he had to sell his private island and let some of his staff go. Now get this ... the week the divorce became final, she says he bought JLo a $4 MILLION RING!

Dayanara says Marc goes weeks and even months without seeing their boys, one of whom has special needs. She mentions one instance where he told the boys he couldn't visit because of work, but then they saw him on TV cavorting on a beach with JLo. They were devastated.

Dayanara gives Marc backhanded credit for giving the kids lavish gifts. For example, last XMAS he sent them 4 huge boxes of toys, including an extravagant Lego set. But she says their apartment is so small they have no space to play with them.

Eddie "Piolin" Sotelo -- the biggest star on Spanish radio -- forced his employees to watch him defecate, pee in bottles, and subjected them to endless sexual abuses ... so claim former workers.
