Dr. Dre is a loving, monogamous husband who NEVER cheated on his wife with a big booty video vixen … this according to Dre’s VERY threatening lawyers.

The Doc’s legal team fired off a cease and desist letter -- obtained by TMZ -- to TheDirty.com ... demanding it remove blog posts claiming Dre is plotting to leave his wife for model Kili Anderson.

The website even posted pics of a house they supposedly screwed in together, and a huge ring Dre allegedly gave her.

The Good Doctor says the stories are B.S. and he's demanding The Dirty immediately 86 the posts and apologize ... or else.

Richie Sambora's hasty departure from Bon Jovi was only temporary ... so claims the guitar player himself, who tells us his shredding days with the band are hardly over.

The 54-year old rock legend was blowing out of L.A.X. when we asked about his rift with the band ... and Sambora told us to keep the faith.

We broke the story ... Sambora pulled out of Bon Jovi's current world tour for "personal issues" -- Richie sources say it was a fight over money, but others in the band claim Richie was hitting the bottle again.

Lamar Odom admits he fell off the wagon last week ... but he insists he was s**faced drunk, and not cracked out.

Lamar told friends he's seen the video (above) we posted on TMZ, showing him slurring his words in an L.A. bathroom as he rapped with his fellow shirtless friend Jamie Sangouthai.

Lamar says it was a one time deal and NO drugs were involved -- he was specific about 2 drugs he's had problems with -- crack and coke.

Lamar Odom's drug problem is only getting worse -- at least that's how it looks in this video, shot this month and obtained by TMZ, showing Lamar incoherently rapping without his shirt on ... talking about drugs, making money without the NBA, and cheating on Khloe Kardashian.

Lamar appears out of it, rapping about making money off his fragrance "Unbreakable," and how he smokes drugs to make "the pain go away." He even drops Kanye's name.

But the crazy part -- Lamar raps, "And when Khloe's out of town / I still be on the DL." His friend then follows up, "You know what it is / We the QU [Queens] pimps / Ask any of these shorties / We ran through their cribs."

Translation: when Khloe's away, Lamar will play.

As we reported, Lamar's currently training hard in Rhode Island, trying to get his ass back in shape for the NBA -- but drugs are still obviously a big part of his life.

George Zimmerman was duped and done in by a lying GF who faked a pregnancy to keep him around and then framed him when she realized he was leaving her ... sources connected with Zimmerman tell TMZ.

George is now facing felony domestic violence charges after Samantha Scheibe claimed he threatened her with a gun and forced her out of their house.

Our Zimmerman sources say ... here's how it really went down:

Early this month, George made it clear to Samantha he was leaving her and leaving Florida. Samantha then dropped a bombshell-- that she was 6 weeks pregnant. George now believes she was lying about it in order to keep him in her grip.

On Monday ... things came to a head when George was packing his bags to leave and our sources say Samantha concocted the whole gun scenario as revenge.

Britney Spears sucked face with a dude who wasn't her BF yesterday ... but her man wasn't upset, because it was all part of the script.

The spit-swappin' all took place on the L.A. set of Britney's new music video. The identity of the male kissing partner is unclear ... but he appears to be pretty good looking.

Trina first heard she was "pregnant" with fellow rapper French's child when a story started circulating on the Internet today -- but Trina's rep Aleesha Carter tells us the 34-year-old rapper is 100% unpregnant.

Of course, it's biologically possible -- Trina and French are still dating banging -- but we're told neither's trying to make anything other than beats.

Brandi Glanville isn't backing off her crusade to trash Joanna Krupa's vagina ... and when she got drunk this weekend, the attacks got even more vulgar.

TMZ cameras rolled as the "Real Housewives of Bev Hills" star was carried out of Fleming's steakhouse in L.A. -- and even though she could barely stand, Brandi managed to compare Krupa's lady parts to a certain unflattering sea creature.

The 24-year-old woman who said Andy Kaufman was still alive -- and that she was his daughter -- is sticking to her story ... but her eyes say otherwise.

Drake and Rihanna are investing big in the Houston stripper market -- dropping a combined $17,000 Thursday at a H-town gentlemen's club ... and we found some booty-bouncing video.

Sources at V Live Gentlemen's Club tell us, Rihanna arrived around 2AM and Drake showed up about 30 minutes later following his show at the Toyota Center.

We're told Drake threw down roughly $12,000 and Rihanna dumped an additional $5,000.

You can't see Drake and Rihanna together in the video, but we're told they sat side by side in the club -- and eventually left together after 5AM. One source said the two were touchy-feely and looked like a couple.

Andy Kaufman is dead as a doornail and he's NOT coming back, so says his last girlfriend -- who tells TMZ, she watched him die ... and the self-proclaimed "daughter" who revealed herself this week is a big fat phony.

56-year-old Lynne Margulies tells us, she was present inside the West Hollywood hospital room when Kaufman passed away in 1984 from a rare form of lung cancer. She was there, and she insists she saw him die with her own eyes.

She says, "I was in the hospital room. I was there. They would have had to switch bodies."

Lynne is convinced the 24-year-old woman who claimed she was Kaufman's daughter this week at the Gotham Comedy Club is just "pulling an Andy" and trying to perpetuate the myth that the comic's still alive.

Lynne believes Andy's brother Michael -- who was hosting the 9th Annual Andy Kaufman Awards when the mystery woman stepped forward -- is in on it too.

If that's not enough, we've also obtained Andy's official L.A. County death record, which lists his date of death as May 16, 1984.

So now we'll ask again ...

Andy Kaufman is still alive and his death in 1984 was a HOAX ... so says a 24-year-old woman who claims to be his daughter ... and here's the thing -- her claim is NOT without some evidence.

It all went down Monday at the 9th Annual Andy Kaufman Awards at the Gotham Comedy Club in NYC. The event was hosted by Andy’s brother Michael ... and during his closing speech, the unidentified 24-year-old woman approached the stage.

You have to see it for yourself -- but the woman explained Kaufman has secretly been living as a stay-at-home dad with a wife and daughter after faking his own death from cancer 29 years ago.

The story goes that Andy faked his death to escape the spotlight and live in solitude.

The woman's account dovetails eerily with a story Michael told during the ceremony about a letter he found while going through Andy's stuff -- a letter Andy wrote explaining a plan to fake his death.

As for the evidence, here's what we found:

1. When you look up Andy on the Internet database of record, there is no date of death listed.

2. In 2001, the database shows Andy lived in Cook County, Illinois.

3. There's another address indicating he lived in Westchester County, NY later in 2001.

As for when Andy plans to reveal himself, the woman said he had considered coming out that night -- but backed out at the last minute.

So we gotta ask ...

Zac Efron broke his jaw and gashed his face in what people say was a violent fall in his house after slipping in a puddle of water ... yet there was NO 911 call.

TMZ checked with law enforcement sources and no one called 911 to report any incident on Sunday -- when the injury occurred. We checked the days prior to and after Sunday as well -- No 911 call.

The mishap is puzzling for sure. Zac has been in rehab twice this year for cocaine abuse. He's also had problems with Molly and we're told staying sober has been a struggle.

It's unclear how Zac made his way to the ER ... but given that the injury was so severe his mouth had to be wired shut ... it's bizarre it didn't warrant a 911 emergency.

Mariah Carey says she HATED being a judge on "American Idol" -- claiming everyday it was like "working in hell with Satan."

Carey never mentioned Nicki Minaj by name during the explosive interview with Hot 97 in NYC yesterday ... but it's clear who she was talking about since their feud was no secret.

Carey -- who made $18 mil for her 1st season on the show -- says she was duped by producers who told her she was going to sit on a 3-person panel ... and when they added Minaj as a 4th judge, things quickly spiraled out of control.

"It was like hell ... going to work every day in hell with Satan," Carey said.

We broke the story ... Minaj and Carey fought right from the start -- and in their most famous spat, the rapper told producers, "I'm not f**kin' putting up with her f**kin' highness over there."

So, guess no Christmas duet??

Zac Efron broke his jaw. His jaw is wired shut. It supposedly happened when he slipped in a puddle of water at his home. That's Zac's story.

Zac has been in rehab twice this year for cocaine abuse. He also had been dabbling in Molly.

In addition to the broken jaw, Zac apparently also suffered a big ol' gash that had to be closed with stitches.

Maybe it's true, but it's a very weird story ... slipping and breaking your jaw in a puddle of water.

We're told Zac -- who has been a hard partier for years -- has been struggling to stay clean.
