Demi -- sporting dark nail polish, dark lipstick, dark clothing ... and a leopard-print jacket -- hit a place in Illinois called Hollywood Blvd -- a movie theater with "full to-your-seat food and beverage service."

As we previously reported, Demi's treatment center granted the singer an Xmas Day pass to hang out with her kinfolk outside the facility -- but she was required to return to the center a few hours later.

TMZ snagged these photos of Woods sitting courtside at yesterday's Orlando Magic/Boston Celtics game in Florida -- while Elin Nordegren and their two kids were far away, celebrating the holidays Swedish style.

If the kids aren't back for New Year's Eve -- he could always go to the Oklahoma Thunder/Atlanta Hawks that night... or bump into Rachel Uchitel at Donald Trump's party.

Buddy tells TMZ ... his family won't be dining on cake during their Xmas dinner tonight because, "All of the other desserts are so good!"

So what overtakes the cake -- Buddy explains, "For dessert we usually do tiramisu, cannolis, pumpkin pie, chocolate covered strawberries and of course our famous Carlo's Bakery cookies."

Question is ...

Sources close to Demi tell us the singer will be meeting with her family at some point tomorrow to have dinner "outside the facility". We're told she will return to the treatment center that night to continue with her program.

The meeting went down in Southern California earlier this month -- when Sandra and Louis rolled over to a party at the Shadow Hills Riding Club ... a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people with disabilities.

Sources at the prison tell TMZ, Snipes can also go to church, play cards, or watch movies if he wants.

TMZ has learned ... both Rachel and Tiger Woods have been invited to Donald's annual New Year's Eve bash at his Mar-a-Lago mega-estate in Florida.

As for Tiger, Donald tells TMZ, "I did invite him. I'm the only guy who has tried to defend him."

Rachel, as usual, is a little more complicated. She has a "blind date" with a guy in the New York fashion industry whom Donald invited, and Rachel is coming as the plus one.

Donald tells us, "She's absolutely welcome."

Dodson went on "Lopez Tonight" yesterday with comedian Kelly Pryce to debut their new anti-Kris Kringle anthem, "Chimney Intruder" ... which includes the lyric, "Come through my chimney, I'll show you a nutcracker!"

A rep for millionaire entrepreneur Jason Hope tells TMZ ... Luda was paid to perform a 45-minute set for party-goers at Hope's pad in Arizona -- and get this ... Snooki, Stephanie Pratt, Lo Bosworth, and a bunch of other celebs got money to show up too.

Altogether, were told Hope dropped nearly $200,000 to get the famous faces to attend --

-- Snooki got $17,500
-- Lo and Stephanie got $12,500 each
-- "Breaking Bad" star Aaron Paul got $16,000
-- Kardashian stepfather Bruce Jenner got $15,000
-- Giuliana and Bill Rancic got $15,000 total
-- Dean Cain got $5,000.
