Don't take candy from strangers, kids -- unless that stranger is a reality TV producer ... with a diabolical plan.

Sources connected with a show called "Who Wants to Date a Comedian?" tell TMZ, the crew was desperately trying to shoot the final elimination round Wednesday on an L.A. playground -- but one big problem ... the place was overrun with kids.

That's when executive producer, Scott Satin, had a brilliant idea: buy a giant bag full of candy ... and use it to lure kids away from the jungle gym. For added measure ... he also tossed out handfuls of dollar bills.

Creepy? You bet, but it worked -- we're told the distraction held the kids at bay for an hour, just long enough to complete the shoot.

TMZ has obtained a photo from inside the "16 and Pregnant" home -- a photo that triggered a raid by child services Tuesday night -- and while it definitely looks cluttered and arguably dirty ... it doesn't scream "child neglect."

According to the arrest report -- filed after both parents were taken into custody for child endangerment -- "Every room inside the residence had human and dog feces on the floors, walls, and clothing" ... but from the perspective of the photo, it just looks kinda messy.

The pic shows a child's play area littered with a few pizza boxes, one used diaper, and a bag of garbage -- not that surprising for a couple of 20-year-old parents.

So we gotta ask ...

The home of the "16 & Pregnant" family that was raided last night by child services was covered in dog and human feces ... this according to the arrest report obtained by TMZ.

Police executed a search warrant on the property after someone called the Department of Human Services, complaining about the living conditions in the house -- and according to their report, "Every room inside the residence had human and dog feces on the floors, walls, and clothing."

The report goes on in horrific detail: "The house was full of flies and in some areas, maggots" -- and police claim they also found evidence of "synthetic marijuana."

The "16 & Pregnant" couple's daughter was taken away by DHS -- and animal control even stepped in ... rescuing three dogs in the house.

A dad from "16 and Pregnant" tells TMZ, Child Protective Services in Arkansas took his two-year-old daughter away last night -- and he blames himself.

Josh Rendon -- who starred on season one -- tells us, he and his 20-year-old wife Ebony Jackson were arrested last night for child endangerment, and he's copping to his misdeeds ... saying, “It was fair for them to charge us with this. [Our house] wasn’t clean."

But that's an understatement -- a source close to the couple tells us, the house was covered in trash and infested with maggots.

According to the source, CPS received a complaint about the living conditions ... and took the child after inspecting the home.

CPS still has the kid -- but we're told Josh and Ebony are already working to get her back ... first step, cleaning up the atrocious mess.

Ron's name change to Metta World Peace was supposed to become official last month -- but the judge delayed the request ... over Ron's outstanding traffic tickets.

The mother of the 3-year-old girl dressed as a prostitute on "Toddlers and Tiaras" tells TMZ, she's a good mom -- and insists "no harm was done to my child" by dressing her as a hooker.

Wendy Dickey tells us, her kid had no idea what she was dressed as anyway -- and the costume was "less revealing than gymnastics wear and swimsuits."

According to Wendy, the hooker outfit (below left) -- based on Julia Roberts' character from "Pretty Woman" -- "is a lot less harmful."

Wendy says she dressed her daughter as the "classy" Julia Roberts from the end of the movie as well (below right) -- but TLC edited that part out.

Wendy says, "I'm raising my child just as well as any mother does ... I take my kid to church every week ... at least I'm not forcing them into sports and getting my child injured like some parents."

A powerful parents group is BLASTING the people behind the TLC reality show "Toddlers and Tiaras" -- after a parent dressed a 3-year-old girl as a prostitute for a beauty pageant.

The show has been under fire over a promo spot, featuring a pint-size beauty queen dressed up like Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman" -- during her street-walking hooker phase.

But the Parents Television Council is LIVID -- claiming, "We have a serious problem when a network formerly known as The Learning Channel features a toddler, who probably hasn't even learned to read, dressed as a prostitute showing off her sexy strut."

The PTC adds, "There's no question, TV executives are complicit in robbing these small kids of their childhood."

"For years we've seen adult sexuality being inappropriately and aggressively foisted on innocent young children, but children today are being sexualized at younger and younger ages. All available data suggests they will suffer for it later in life."

The settlement struck between Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva is nothing less than a financial fiasco for a woman who wanted untold millions of dollars from her famous ex.

TMZ obtained a copy of the original 2010 settlement worth $15 million that Oksana disavowed. At the time, Oksana said she would not go through with the settlement because she felt Mel was a danger to their daughter Lucia and believed Mel should not have unsupervised contact with the child.

In reality, sources connected to the case tell TMZ, the real reason Oksana walked away from the settlement is because she was advised she could get a lot more than $15 million because of the alleged physical abuse she claims she suffered at the hands of Mel.

Now, in a shocking twist of fate, rather than getting $15 million, Oksana is only getting $750k. On top of that, she was concerned about Mel having unsupervised visitation ... Mel is actually getting MORE unsupervised visitation based on the agreement that was just struck.

The fact is, under the 2010 agreement, Mel would NOT have gotten 50/50 custody until Lucia turns 3 years old. Under the current agreement, he gets 50/50 custody immediately.

Short story ... she should have taken door #1.

It seems Jon Voight has officially mended his once strained relationship with daughter Angelina Jolie ... since he was spotted hanging out with her kids in public for the first time in London this weekend.

Jon and his wife have been looking after the Jolie-Pitt brood while Brad and Angie are out of the country.

Cops showed up to the Lohan residence in New York last week ... after a member of the family claimed they were receiving threatening phone calls ... but it wasn't Dina ... or Lindsay ... or Ali ... or Michael Sr. ... or Jr. -- it was the youngest Lohan of them all, 15-year-old Cody.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Cody called the Nassau County Police Department on Thursday and told officers a mystery caller was blowing up his cell phone and threatening to "harm him."

Christina Aguilera is furious over an Internet report implying that she beat her son Max and gave him a black eye ... and now TMZ has learned she's threatening to sue.

Aguilera's attorney, Eric Greenspan, fired off a letter to MediaTakeOut.com ... after the site published a story under the headline, "CHILD ABUSE???? CHRISTINA AGUILERA'S SON IS PHOTO'D WITH A BLACK EYE!!!"

Greenspan writes, "Christina is a wonderful mother and was not present in the park when Max fell and hurt himself."

He adds, "To imply that she had something to do with this incident, without any investigation on your part whatsoever, is reckless and unconscionable."

After threatening to pursue legal action against the site, Greenspan concludes, "HAVE YOU NO SHAME!!!!"

Christina Aguilera is firing back at rumors she's somehow responsible for a giant bruise on her son's face -- telling friends little Max simply had himself a little fall at the park ... chasing squirrels.

The photo was taken yesterday afternoon at LAX -- with rumors circulating that Christina's "erratic behavior and alleged booze-filled outings" somehow contributed to Max's accident.

But sources tells us, that's total nonsense -- 3-year-old Max was out with his nanny last week, chasing around squirrels ... and the kid tripped over a rock and bruised his face.

According to our sources, Max was taken to the doctor immediately and everything was fine. No broken nose, no stitches. Just your average boyhood bruise.

As one source put it, "Christina is a great mom ... Max is her #1 priority."

The machete-wielding man who threatened to rape and kill Justin Bieber's ex-girlfriend Jasmine Villegas has been ordered to stay the hell away from her for the next three years ... TMZ has learned.

17-year-old Villegas -- who starred in Bieber's "Baby" video -- had already obtained a temporary restraining order against Steven Cintron after he posted several alarming YouTube videos, containing numerous violent threats.

Now, an L.A. Superior Court judge has extended the order -- requiring Cintron to stay at least 100 yards away from Villegas for the next three years. Cintron is also banned from posting any more videos about Villegas.

While her youngest kids David and Mercy played nearby, Madonna shared a tender moment with her 24-year-old boyfriend Brahim Zaibat in the Hamptons this weekend.
