Alessandra Ambrosio had a sweet moment with her son Noah during a photo shoot in Malibu Friday, but it quickly turned all business in the sand.

Jason Derulo's got a new girl ... and she's 50 Cent's baby mama.

Sources close to Jason tell TMZ the singer met Daphne Joy, a model and fashion designer, a few weeks ago when he was in the UK. The two hit it off and have been together ever since. Daphne and 50 have a 3-year-old son named Sire.

It's Jason's first relationship since splitting with Jordin Sparks last year.

Sylvester Stallone's rep as a Hollywood tough guy is coming in pretty handy right about now -- since his 3 attractive daughters are at that age when boys come sniffing around ... at their own risk.

Sly's "Creed" premiere Thursday night was a family affair ... with his wife Jennifer Flavin and their daughters all sharing the spotlight.

Morena Baccarin is about to drop major coin on her soon-to-be ex-husband Austin Chick ... a judge just ordered her to pay him almost $23k a month.

Here's the breakdown ... Chick gets $2,693 in child support, and a whopping $20,249 for spousal support. It adds up to more than $275k a year ... so Chick won't exactly have to wait tables.

As we previously reported, Baccarin and Chick have joint custody of their 2-year-old son Julius, but since she films in NYC, he mostly stays with his mom.

Like father, like SONS (plural) ... at least for former Super Bowl champ Michael Pittman -- whose two kids are DOMINATING the high school football landscape.

Of course, Pittman played 11 seasons in the NFL for the Cardinals, Bucs and Broncos -- and clearly, he passed on the athletic gene to his 2 sons Michael Jr. and Mycah.

Both kids attend Oaks Christian high school in So. Cal -- where Michael Jr. (6'4, 205) has become one of the top WRs in the country. In fact, he's already committed to USC and has been nominated for the prestigious U.S. Army Player of the Year award.

His little brother Mycah is only a freshman -- and he's crushing it, too -- as a wide receiver on the varsity team.

Both kids showed off their talents last week during a playoff victory against Jordan High School -- each catching touchdowns (video above).

Michael Sr. tells TMZ Sports he couldn't be more proud -- "I love them to death. To see them doing something they love ... it's amazing."

Michael says both kids have NFL dreams and they know their dad is a great source of advice when it comes to reaching their goals.

"They ask me so many questions... 'Dad, what does it take to be successful? How'd you do this?' They're hungry. As a father, I don't push anything besides getting good grades. This is something they love doing themselves."

Kimora Lee Simmons has had "the talk" with her 15-year-old daughter ... and chances are it strays from most of the sex ed books out there, since it included the warning, "Don't pop your coochie like a rubberband."

Taye Diggs is getting destroyed for saying he doesn't want his son to be labeled black -- but he'd like to remind all the Internet trolls ... he can raise HIS son however HE sees fit.

Diggs has been trending all day ... after he did an interview telling The Grio he doesn't want his son to disrespect his mother, Idina Menzel's heritage by identifying himself as just black.

Twitter came at Taye, hard -- saying he has "self hate issues" and "Somebody tell Taye Diggs Black man + white lady = black baby, that's just how it is, bro."

One of the stars of "Selling It In the ATL" is about to go on the air and all but say Dr. Dre is the father of her son, but we're told Dre has proof positive he's not.

Fact is ... we're told Dre did indeed have a relationship with Gwen Boyd Moss, now an Atlanta real estate agent featured on the WeTV show. Back in the early '90s she gave birth to a son, named him Justin Young (Dre's real name is Andre Young) and informed Dre he's the daddy.

We're told Dre actually began paying Gwen child support and did so for years. But in 1998 Dre got a new lawyer, who asked him why he was convinced he was Justin's dad. Dre said he just assumed he was, but the lawyer insisted he get a DNA test.

We're told Dre actually got 2 tests, which show he is NOT the father. A judge ruled Dre was not the dad so Dre stopped paying child support.

Apparently it did not go over well with Gwen. She raised Justin, who is autistic, and continues to care for him. He's now 20.

We're told WeTV is about to air an episode in which Gwen reveals the name of Justin's dad, but it's bleeped -- we're told for legal reasons. Anyone watching will be able to connect the dots, because Gwen talks about various businesses in which Dre is involved.

We're told Gwen believes the DNA tests were doctored and is adamant Dre is the father.

Charlie Sheen's father encouraged him for months to go public with his HIV diagnosis, but Martin Sheen admits he wasn't sure Charlie would do it until he saw him in the "Today'" studio.

Martin was at a gala in Florida Tuesday night when he opened up about how courageous he thinks Charlie was to do the Matt Lauer interview. He said Charlie was hesitant for so long "because it was like going to his own execution, I guess."

Martin says he offered to go to NY with Charlie, but he insisted he needed to do it alone.

Caitlyn Jenner is ticked off that people don't give her kids due credit.

Jenner was speaking at her alma mater, Graceland University, in Iowa Tuesday and bristled at the notion that her family is simply famous for being famous.

Charlie Sheen's life with HIV will play out much differently for his family than it did for rap legend Eazy-E ... this according to Eazy's son and also ... science.

The late co-founder of N.W.A. died from AIDS in 1995 when Lil Eazy-E was only 10. Lil Eazy told us, he thinks Charlie is lucky because he will have a full life expectancy due to medical advancements. He points out there were no lifesaving treatments for HIV when his dad passed away.

Lil added, there are a lot of similarities between Sheen and his father -- mainly the fame, wealth and women that came with it. He says the biggest difference is Charlie will get to see his kids grow up.

Charlie Sheen did not tell 4 of his 5 children that he was announcing to the world he had HIV ... sources connected to Charlie tell TMZ.

Our Charlie sources say although he told 30-year-old Cassandra in advance, he did not tell 11-year-old Sam, 10-year-old Lola, or his 6-year-old twins, Bob and Max.

It's especially problematic for Sam and Lola, who are both in school and have to deal with classmates and others without preparation.

We're told the children are all fine ... free of the virus, but there's a measure of emotional upset that clearly must be dealt with ... and the kids will have to handle it without any preparation.

Brooke Mueller was NOT infected with HIV when she was with Charlie Sheen.

Charlie's most recent ex-wife and mother of his twin boys released the following statement through her rep: “Brooke has been inundated with calls from friends and family. To put their minds at ease, Brooke can confirm that she and the boys are not HIV positive."

During his "Today" interview, Sheen said he immediately told Brooke about his diagnosis when he found out. According to Charlie, he was diagnosed in 2011 ... the same year he and Brooke divorced.

Benzino and girlfriend Althea Eaton are looking to make a quick buck on the first pictures of their newborn son ... Zino Antonio Scott.

Baby Zino was born on Nov. 10 and we're told the former "Love and Hip-Hop: Atlanta" stars have already offered first shots of the kid to several tabloids ... IF they're willing to pay $20k!

Michelle Branch and her ex-hubby Teddy Landau have finalized their divorce, 9 months after filing ... and she's keeping the thing that made her famous, her music.

According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ ... Michelle will get all of her musical compositions, demos, master recordings and royalties. But Teddy won't be walking away empty-handed ... he gets a Mustang and 2015 GMC truck as well as some property.

As for the couple's ten-year-old daughter, Michelle and Teddy will share custody ... with a "week-on, week-off" schedule. There's no official child support plan in place, but they'll split his school costs.

Michelle filed for divorce from Teddy in February after almost 11 years after they got married.
