Jay Z better be ready for some purple pain -- Prince's estate wants nothing to do with his offer to snatch up any of the late singer's music catalog.

Sources involved in the deal tell TMZ the estate fired off a letter to Jay's team last month, saying it had no interest in signing a deal for "Roc Nation to exploit any of the intellectual property assets of the Estate."

We broke the story, Jay Z had offered around $40 million to take control of Prince's unreleased tracks.

More bad news -- the estate is calling out Tidal for making 15 Prince albums available for streaming a couple months after his death. Those releases were unauthorized according to the estate.

Translation: You're gonna owe us some dough.

The estate does acknowledge Prince made a deal with Jay for the 2015 release of his final album, "HitNRun Phase One" -- but also says it hasn't found proof of a $750k payment to close that deal.

Riff Raff will perform for any president -- including Donald Trump -- if the price is right.

The Texas rapper is not afraid to be an outlier -- most rappers aren't in Trump's corner -- but RR is more than happy to play a show for the new prez ... but it'll cost a big stack.

Rick Ross is trying hard to hawk his Florida home at a $125k discount -- a massive loss for him.

Da Boss bought the mansion in 2008 for $1.25 mil and spent $500k on upgrades. He listed the home for $1.5 mil in 2015 and someone made an offer but it fell through, Rick put the house back on the market and a month ago dropped the asking price to $1.375.

The house is pretty sweet ... 6 bed, 5 bath 5,695 sq. ft., marble floors, gourmet kitchen, arcade room, 2 recording studios, huge pool, jacuzzi and putting green. It will be the second Florida property Ross has unloaded ... he sold his Fort Lauderdale pad for a skosh over $6 mil earlier this year.

The rapper bought Evander Holyfield's Georgia mansion in 2014 for $5.8 mil, so he's got cribs everywhere ... but like another famous rapper said -- mo money mo problems.

Lance Briggs -- who made more than $52 MILLION during his NFL career -- is accused of stiffing his baby mama to the tune of $37,000 ... this according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

The woman behind the allegations is Sabina Chavez -- who has an 8-year-old daughter with the retired Chicago Bears linebacker.

According to court docs filed in L.A., Briggs had been ordered by an Arizona court to pay $9,100 per month in support.

But Chavez says Briggs ain't keepin' up his end of the bargain -- and by the end of August had only ponied up $8,100 of the $45,500 he owed. So she filed court docs asking a judge to force Briggs to pay up the remaining $37,400. A court date in the matter has not been set.

The relationship between Briggs and Chavez has been rocky for years -- they've been going back and forth in court battles since the kid was born.

"8 Mile" director Curtis Hanson had a solid will in place before his September death that not only took care of his longtime companion and son, but also his extended fam and his movie biz.

Curtis and partner Rebecca Yeldham never tied the knot but have a 12-year-old son together, and the Oscar winner left most of his estate to them, including a home in Laguna Beach. He set up a trust for Rebecca, the kid and several other family members.

It's not clear how much is in it, but the docs say he had nearly $5 million outside the trust.

Rebecca's asking to be named executor of the will, except for anything related to his production companies. Curtis specified his producing partner Carol Fenelon should handle those decisions.

Donald Trump's presidency is already good for business ... especially businesses with the moniker, "Trump."

There has been a surge of interest in Trump real estate, according to our survey of NYC brokers. The agents say there was some fear before the election ... the Trump name would scare buyers away, but that was a miscalculation tied to some wonky poll numbers.

One agent -- Gilad Azaria -- has 7 listings in Trump buildings, and since the election he's had 4 "serious buyers" in the $3 million range. He also says 2 of his clients who already live in Trump properties want to trade up in the same buildings to more expensive places.

The agents with whom we spoke say the Trump properties are top quality, and the brand is now stronger than ever.

Donald Trump smells so much like a winner now ... a perfume company that had jumped ship faster than a rat on the Titanic is suddenly ready to ride the President-elect's coattails to financial glory.

Perfumania got out of the Trump biz in July 2015 ... right after he announced his candidacy, and said Mexicans were rapists and drug dealers. The company was very vocal about its efforts to get out of its deal with the Donald, and eventually removed the 'Empire by Trump' and 'Success by Trump' fragrances from shelves and online stores.

Lo and behold, now that he's headed for the White House ... Perfumania is hawking the Trump colognes again in the New Arrivals section of its website. The company wouldn't tell us exactly when it climbed back on board -- pre or post election results. Officially, a rep would only say, "no comment."

But with 59.5 million people voting for Trump ... Perfumania clearly smells money.

Rick Ross is dead serious about coming clean with Uncle Sam -- he hired new accountants and is close to wiping out his tax debt.

The rapper tells TMZ the $5.7 million he owes in back taxes is an issue that arose from an incorrect tax filing in 2012 by his previous accountants. Rick tells us he's not only hired a new team to correct the filing but has already paid a large portion of the debt.

TMZ broke the story ... the feds issued a tax lien against Rozay for owing a little more than $4.6 million in 2012 alone, plus more in 2013 and 2014.

Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are like people who found out their cousin just hit the lottery, because they continue to troll for money, just hours before the polls close.

Hillary's campaign just sent an email to people who have already contributed, asking for more ... "one last time."

Good news for Nike ... Cristiano Ronaldo says he just signed a LIFETIME CONTRACT with the shoe giant ... in a deal that could be worth more than $1 BILLION.

Ronaldo has been with Nike since 2003 -- and has since become one of the most famous and marketable athletes on the planet. In fact, Forbes listed him as the top earning athlete of 2016, raking in $88 MILLION.

Now, The Swoosh has just announced CR7 will be scoring goals in Nikes for years to come -- saying, "The successful partnership between Nike and Ronaldo will continue well into the future with a new, long-term contract."

Ronaldo issued a video statement saying the contract is "for life."

Financial details were not disclosed but Ronaldo ain't coming cheap. To put it into perspective, LeBron James' recent lifetime deal with Nike is reportedly worth more than $1 billion.

Our Nike sources tell us Ronaldo's deal is "very similar" to LeBron's deal.

Uncle Sam has a bone to pick with Rick Ross -- millions of dollars in unpaid taxes, according to new legal docs.

The IRS went through 3 years of Ross' taxes, and claims he owes about $5.7 mil of cold hard cash. The back taxes are from 2012 to 2014.

According to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Ross owes a little more than $4.6 million in 2012 alone, and then about $570,000 a piece for '13 and '14, respectively.

The feds have issued a tax lien, and if Rozay doesn't pay up they could haul away his stuff to cover his nut.

Amanda Stanton claims she and Josh Murray have taken their "Bachelor in Paradise" relationship to the next level by living together with a soaring household income.

Amanda shared financial info as part of her custody battle with ex-husband/baby daddy Nick Buonfiglio. In the docs, she says she's making more than $13k a month from her fashion blog and social media. She also lists live-in fiance Josh's monthly income at $10k.

According to the docs, Amanda's paychecks increased big-time after her recent appearance on 'BiP' -- thanks to new endorsement ops. This seems to support Nick's claim she's making way more dough these days ... which is why he wants more child support for their 2 daughters.

One more tidbit/confession from the docs ... Amanda spends 2 grand a month on clothes.

Reggie Bush's alleged baby mama's saying it loud and clear ... her kid's gonna need a LOT of stuff.

Marisa Miller got burned in court -- the tanning company she was supposed to promote just scored a $1 million verdict against the model and her management company.

But Vega worked his magic and completely stripped the car of its old look to give him a white satin, white pearl and glossy black detail to help forget about the old maroon mess.
