Elon Musk Billionaire Divorces Again Wife Gets MILLIONS ... Again!!

Published | Updated

Elon Musk is pulling the plug for the second time on his marriage to Talulah Riley -- and she's leaving with a $16 million payday.

The CEO of Tesla Motors and his actress wife originally married in 2010 and split 2 years later. Talulah got a $4.2 million settlement that time.

The couple reconciled in July 2013, but like so many others -- Chris Rock, Slash, Giada de Laurentiis, Jeremy Renner -- Elon apparently wanted a fresh start in 2015 ... since he filed today on New Year's Eve.

A spokeswoman for Musk and Riley said he's agreed to pay her $16 million for this settlement.

So ... Talulah walks with $20 mil after 2 takes? Third time's a charm!

'The Affair' Kid Actors Tween Pulls More Green Than Teen ... For Now

Published | Updated

If Showtime's "The Affair" actor Jake Siciliano feels a tiny sting every time he goes on set ... it's because the 16-year-old is making a grand less per episode than his 11-year-old co-star.

We got a hold of Jake's contract and tweener Jadon Sand's (they play the Solloway bros). Jadon is set to pull in $11K/episode for the first season while elder statesman Jake only gets $10K. But if the show's a hit, Jake will start crushing Jadon.

According to the docs, Jake gets a $1,000 boost for the next 2 seasons -- and then 5% bumps for seasons 4, 5, and 6. Meanwhile, Jadon only gets a flat 5% raise every season going forward.

Bottom line -- a little sibling rivalry is always good for the piggy bank.

Melanie Griffith Swears to Fake It ... FUR-ever

Published | Updated

Melanie Griffith just made Aspen a little less fabulous and a lot more animal friendly -- she's vowing to stop wearing real deal furs ... and opt for high quality fakes instead.

Our sources in the celeb winter mecca tell us Griff was introduced to some primo faux coats while shopping in Aspen ... and fell hard for 'em.

We're told she was so blown away by the quality she immediately dropped $7,000 on 6 fakes ... one in every color available. As for Mel's REAL furs -- we're told she plans to donate them to charity.

There's about to be some ballin' orphans in L.A.

DeMarco Murray Buys 22 Watches for Teammates Thanks for Huge Season

Published | Updated

The gifts just keep on coming for the Dallas Cowboys ... this time it was DeMarco Murray who spoiled the offense with fancy watches to thank them for his record-setting season.

We spoke Umberto Cipolla -- CEO of Orefici Watches -- who tells us DeMarco bought 22 watches for his teammates just before Christmas ... carefully selecting each piece for specific players based on individual style and taste.

Cipolla wouldn't tell us exactly how much cash Murray dropped ... but said each watch runs between $700 and $900 ... so, it wasn't exactly a cheap shopping trip.

We're told Murray claimed he wanted to buy the gifts to show his teammates how grateful he is for helping him dominate this season.

FYI -- Murray broke the team's single-season rushing record and will most likely sign a HUGE contract next year.

It's just the latest gift-giving act from Murray -- who had already hooked up his lineman with $1,300 iMac computers earlier this season.

Jeremy Renner Wife Demanding Divorce ... And Her Passport

Published | Updated

Add Jeremy Renner to the rash of holiday season break-ups -- his wife wants out of their marriage after just 10 months.

According to docs filed earlier this month, Renner's wife Sonni Pacheco is seeking the split over irreconcilable differences -- but get this ... she's demanding he return her stolen passport, birth certificate and SS card.

The couple just copped to their secret marriage back in September ... and every indication is the break-up will be nasty.

In her divorce docs ... Pacheco says they have a prenup, but adds it should be torn up because it was based on fraud. There's no further detail about what she means by "fraud."

Pacheco wants the moon ... she's asking for spousal support and physical custody of their 1-year-old daughter, Ava Berlin. She's also looking to use the Range Rover until the smoke clears, and for Renner to pony up her rent and moving expenses.

Paul Walker's Dad Crash Driver's Family Owes Us Almost Two Million Bucks

Published | Updated

Paul Walker's dad says Roger Rodas' family is holding $1.8 mil worth of his son's exotic car collection ... and he's demanding the cars or cash immediately.

Paul Walker III filed legal docs claiming the estate of Rodas -- who was driving the Porsche Carrera GT when he and Walker died -- is in possession of numerous vehicles belonging to his son.

In the docs, he says the cars were all fully or partially owned by Paul. Of course, Roger and Paul co-owned Always Evolving ... a performance and racing shop.

For what it's worth, Rodas' family already rejected the claim -- so it looks like a judge will have to sort this one out.

Justin Bieber Sued Your Goons Did the Whupping ... You Do the Paying

Published | Updated

The man claiming Justin Bieber's thugs beat him to a bloody mess at a Southampton nightclub is finally taking him to court and demanding the singer pay up.

As TMZ previously reported ... Biebs' crew was investigated by police for the violent brawl last year at South Pointe nightclub that allegedly left 22-year-old Wayne Rennalls covered in cuts and bruises.

Cops weren't interested in Bieber -- since he didn't touch anyone -- but in a new lawsuit Rennalls says Justin's security team was on his payroll, so it's on him to make it right financially. In the docs, he also puts the club on blast for allegedly slipping drinks to then 19-year-old Bieber.

Rennalls says his pain and stress are worth big bucks. He's suing for an unspecified amount of cash from JB and the club.

Bottle service ain't cheap.

Justin Bieber Private Jet Poser ... He Doesn't Own It

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber's membership in the private jet club has been revoked -- his baller plane he posted on Instagram Christmas day was all for show, but technically ... NOT a lie.

TMZ has learned the jet Bieber posed on is a G4 -- which is for sale -- but was not purchased by JB. Sources with direct knowledge of the aircraft tell us Justin merely chartered it for a Christmas flight from Canada to NYC. In other words ... just a really expensive Uber.

Justin captioned the pic ... "New jet for Christmas, and she's beautiful" -- prompting many to believe he'd just made the biggest purchase of his life. Not so ... though it's true that it was new to him, and the 22-seat ride is undeniably beautiful.

We were always skeptical ... since Justin's reportedly worth about $200 mil -- and a brand new G could run up to $60 million. Even for Bieber, that would be a huge hit.

Biebs pulled this back in April too -- posing with a Bugatti (it was Birdman's) ... and a yacht (it belonged to a FL family).

The good news? We're told the 1996 G4 is still on the market for just under $6 mil -- if you've got it like that.

Sebastian Bach No Wasted Time ... Rings Up New GF

Published | Updated

Ex-Skid Row front man Sebastian Bach is still way into rock ... this weekend he put a huge one on new fiancée Suzanne Le's finger.

TMZ caught Bach and his new smoke show leaving Madeo in West Hollywood just moments after he popped the question ... and to say he was beaming hardly does it justice.

Bach and the former Hawaiian Tropic model have only been together since October -- but he still anted up for the ice. How much did he drop? We asked ... and you'll love his response.

The other must-see moment -- Bach comparing his 41-year-old fiancée to a piece of meat.

He's a keeper ... check it out.

Mama June Reunites With Chickadee But Not For Free

Published | Updated

Mama June and Chickadee's feud over money and Mark McDaniel is over after they smoked the peace pipe this weekend -- a very expensive peace pipe.

June tells TMZ ... she and her daughter Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell started squashing their beef once June forked over a check for $15,400 -- the remaining cash from Anna's trust fund.

Anna had accused June of swiping money from the account, but June says it was only dwindling because she was using it to pay Chickadee's expenses -- mobile phone bill, spending money, and rent (she has her own place).

June basically did Anna a solid by cashing out the trust fund -- which Anna couldn't touch yet because she's only 20.

As for McDaniel -- June's ex-bf convicted of molesting Chickadee -- June told her daughter and the whole family she hasn't seen him since September, and plans to keep it that way.

June tells us she knows they won't be able to completely patch things up overnight -- but says she video chats with Chickadee twice a day, and they've agreed to "move on." One positive sign -- Chickadee brought her daughter Kaitlyn to hang with June -- which she previously refused to do.

Solange Knowles Nailed By Taxman Days After Marriage

Published | Updated

8:00 AM PT -- A rep for Solange tells TMZ ... "The lien is in process of being removed as there was simply confusion on whether Solange was a California resident. We expect this to come to a swift close."

While Beyonce shops for $70 million homes, her sister Solange is getting dogged by the taxman almost immediately after she got hitched.

Solange needs to settle up with the State of California, which claims she owes more than $55,000 in taxes for 2010-12.

And to add insult to injury ... the tax lien was filed 3 days after Solange tied the knot.

Meanwhile, back at the homestead, Mathew Knowles is having a marathon garage sale where he's hawking Solange's CDs for $1.96. A Beyonce poster is going for $200.

Life ... it isn't always fair.

Jessica Alba Sorry 'Honey' ... No Suit For You

Published | Updated

You can't take anything away from Jessica Alba ... not even her critically panned movie 'Honey' -- the courts have dismissed the Bronx b-girl's lawsuit claiming Universal jacked her life story.

As we first reported ... hip-hop dancer/teacher Honey Rockwell sued the studio for millions, saying she never gave them permission to make the movie that mirrors her life. She claims she busted out the "Honey" stage name more than 20 years ago ... way before its release.

But a judge decided her claims came too little too late and says the studio was protected by the First Amendment -- that means, no matter how bad it was, the movie was artistic expression.

Rockwell says she couldn't file sooner because she wasn't familiar with the film industry and didn't know who to sue ... the court said that's no excuse and decided she also doesn't own any rights to the name.

Alba's piece of crap is safe.

Sony Salary Leaks Causing Chaos In Negotiating Contracts

Published | Updated

The Sony hacking has made negotiating contracts with stars and suits almost impossible ... TMZ has learned.

Sony and other industry sources tell us ... the salary leaks have triggered intense anger ... especially with execs who think they've been screwed because the guy in the next office has a sweeter deal.

We're told some execs are furious at the bonus structure they got, because they believed they were top of the heap when they weren't. One source said some contracts have already come up for renewal and "Sony's getting nailed to the wall."

Same principle applies to movie and TV stars, who now have comps to use against the studio.

Several agents and entertainment lawyers tell TMZ ... they feel totally comfortable using the salary comps, but one Sony exec thinks it's shameful for reps to use stolen information in negotiations.

Here's how bad it's gotten. Sony's files have been wiped clean, and we're told the studio is now calling agents and lawyers who represent Sony big wigs, asking them to make copies of deals and proposed contracts that they can send back.

'Jungle Book' Star Rohan Chand Contract Full Of Options And They're All Money

Published | Updated

Rohan Chand is about to star in Warner Bro's "Jungle Book: Origins" ... he's also poised like Shere Khan to jump a lot of tax brackets and become one very rich 10-year-old.

Producers are ready to make the next Mowgli a household name with $160K for his first film and a tree house full of future options ... they just need a judge to sign off on the contract because he's a minor ... and then it's the bling necessities.

The court docs show Chand's pay will double every time WB options another sequel, with the best case scenario ... more than $2.2M.

Makes you wanna be like him.

Justin Bieber Look What Santa Gave Me!

Published | Updated

It doesn't matter if you're naughty or nice when you're worth an estimated $200,000,000 ... because Justin Bieber appears to have gifted himself a private jet for XMAS ... although it may not be exactly what it seems.

Justin posted the photos on Shots ... then captioned the pic, "New jet for Christmas, and she's beautiful."

Now let's deconstruct. A G6 goes for around $60M, give or take a few million. This one seems particularly tricked out, with at least 8 white leather seats, a large couch and a lounge.

Lots of celebs who do this purchase a part ownership ... like a time share. Justin could theoretically afford it, but it's a huge nut and $200M only goes so far, right?

Either way ... undeniably awesome.
