Gwyneth Paltrow is getting into the kinky sex biz, but not for long ... we've learned she's very quietly snatched up the Hustler Hollywood store which she'll bulldoze and then build a fancy schmancy private club.

It's a stunning development on the Sunset Strip, because Hustler has been a landmark for years.

Our real estate sources say Gwynnie and business partner Gary Landesberg scored the property from porn lord Larry Flynt.

Their plan is to build the Arts Clubs similar to the one in London. The Club is Soho-esque, with a fancy restaurant (Zuma, one of the best in London), a nightclub/lounge, and artsy stuff like poetry readings and various events. The club prohibits swearing. You can't bet inside, but you can play backgammon, but only if there are no stakes. Of course, there's a strict dress code.

The club is pricey ... $2K to join the London franchise and $2k a year. The Sunset Strip club promises to be way more expensive.

Landesberg is the chairman and principal shareholder of the clubs. Gwyneth is an investor and a board member.

As for the Hustler, they're slipping into a new spot close to the Dolby Theater.

Now stars will be able to grab an Oscar and edible panties all in one trip.

Floyd Mayweather dropped $300,000 on an insanely luxurious customized Mercedes party bus ... with a HUGE TV and BAR ... and had it shipped across the desert last night ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The whip ... a souped up Mercedes-Benz Sprinter a.k.a. "Land Yacht" ... was designed specifically for Floyd ... and it's AMAZING ... even for a guy with an RIDICULOUS car collection worth over $7 mil!

The hammered guy who nailed Jennifer Lopez's brand spanking new Rolls-Royce is getting off easy -- despite a BAC nearly twice the legal limit -- he won't do jail time.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Robert John Reitz plead no contest to one count of DUI, and an L.A County judge sentenced him to 3 years probation and ordered him to complete a 3 month alcohol program. That's it.

Reitz plowed into JLo and Leah Remini last September on PCH ... then fled the scene. He later blew a .15.

JLo did get $25k in restitution ... which probably covers a cracked taillight on a Rolls.

Mickey Rourke says he doesn't care that Manny Pacquiao's camp won't hook him up with free fight tickets -- 'cause he doesn't wanna go anyway!!!!

As we previously reported, Pac's promoter Bob Arum told Mickey he'd have to buy "his own damn tickets" if he wanted to be ringside ... even though he and Manny train at the same L.A. boxing gym.

9:55 AM PT -- Katherine's attorney, Perry Sanders, says, "Mrs. Jackson adamantly denies that she was advised of any sort of sexual harassment before Ms. Chase was relieved of her duties." He adds, "Sometimes people are discharged for one reason and wrongly think it is for a different reason. At any rate, a full investigation is underway and I suspect we have a misunderstanding that hopefully gets cleared up soon."

Michael Jackson's former chef claims while she was cookin' for Katherine Jackson's family, her nephew sexually harassed her, and when the cook asked for some kitchen aid, Katherine blew her off ... and now she's threatening a lawsuit.

You may recall Kai Chase ... she was in MJ's home the day he died and made the rounds on TV in the months that followed. Kai took a cooking job with Katherine in 2012 for $96k a year.

She says it didn't go well, because Trent Jackson, Katherine's nephew and confidante, was a real horndog. She claims he would approach her from behind and make grunting sounds, whisper sexual remarks in her ear, stare her up and down in a sexual manner, and sit in front of her in the kitchen with his legs open in a sexually suggestive manner.

Kai, who sent a demand letter to Katherine last month for money, claims she complained to the matriarch, and Katherine first apologized but then pooh-poohed her complaints, asking Kai to just tolerate Trent.

Kai claims in her letter she was fired shortly after she complained, and she was given a lame reason ... she "did not appear happy."

The stepchildren of the woman who was killed in the Bruce Jenner car crash are gearing up for a wrongful death lawsuit, TMZ has learned, and what's especially interesting is that we're told they had virtually no relationship with their stepmom.

Kim Howe was driving her Lexus on Pacific Coast Highway on February 7th when Bruce slammed into her, sending her car careening into the lane of oncoming traffic where a Hummer demolished her car.

Howe has no direct relatives. Her husband died in 2003, and it appears her parents are deceased as well as other immediate blood relatives.

Kim does have 2 grown stepkids, neither of whom live in California. We spoke with people who were extremely close to Kim who tell us she had "virtually no relationship" with either stepchild.

Nonetheless, were told both stepchildren have lawyered up, because they're the only remaining people who have a legal right to file a wrongful death lawsuit. In California, stepchildren have legal standing to sue, even if they were estranged from the stepparent.

Sources tell us, the lawyer for one of the stepchildren has already asked his client to find as many pictures and other evidence showing some relationship between himself and Kim ... presumably to help establish damages in the lawsuit.

One thing we know ... the stepchildren will not inherit Kim's property. We're told she has a trust with millions in assets that are earmarked for charity. And there's a will with a modest amount -- $55k -- that also benefits various animal charities, including, PETA, Lange Foundation, PAWS (Performing Animal Welfare Society), Doris Day Animal League and The Elephant Sanctuary of Tennessee.

Ex "Teen Mom" and "16 and Pregnant" star Mackenzie McKee got a case of the shakes -- the good kind that'll help her cover expensive repairs on the SUV she drove into a ditch.

A source close to the situation says McKee is one of the best promoters for 310 Shakes -- and when the company got wind of her accident ... it stepped up with $10,500 she needed to help fix her ride.

TMZ broke the story ... Mackenzie said her diabetes caused her to zone out and drive her new and uninsured Kia off the road.

Cross another couple of stars off the ringside list for the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight -- because Chrissy Teigen says there's no way in hell she and John Legend are paying $87k for tickets!

We broke the story ... a high end NY ticket broker is selling the first ringside seats for $87,500 each -- and says he's got multiple "serious" buyers lining up to throw their money around.

Which brings us to Chrissy ... who loves boxing ... who's married to a guy who also loves boxing ... who happens to be super rich ... and who also refuses to spend that kind of money on tickets.

Bad news/good news for Tyga -- he got served with legal papers during his big sneaker unveiling Tuesday night, but the guy who served him bought two pair!

Tyga was hit while revealing his new kicks for L.A. Gear at Shiekh Shoes in Hollywood.

You gotta give the process server credit ... he stood in line for more than two hours, bought two pairs of kicks at $120 a pop, had them autographed ... and that's when he hit Tyga with the papers. To add insult to injury ... the guy even got a pic with Tyga!

The process server wouldn't get into what the papers were for, just saying that apparently Tyga owes someone money.

Terrence Howard is preparing to do battle with ex-wife Michelle ... trying to put a quick end to her spousal support because she allegedly blackmailed him with pics and videos he feared would ruin his career.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ ... Terrence will likely make a formal legal claim in April, alleging he gave Michelle a ridiculously rich spousal support deal because she was threatening him with various photos and videos.

We're told one of the pics shows Terrence in the shower, but there are many others.

The "Empire" star and lawyer Brian Kramer claim all Michelle was really entitled to was half-a-year's worth of spousal support, since the marriage lasted 1 year and the standard is to limit such support to half the time of the marriage. She got 5 years worth of support, which he says is evidence of blackmail.

We contacted Michelle's people ... so far no response.

9:45 PM PT -- The L.A. County Coroner says Getty was "not feeling well" over the last couple of months, and had a doctor's appointment scheduled for Wednesday. The Coroner would not elaborate on what, if anything, was bothering Getty.

He added ... prescription meds were found on scene, but it was unclear if Getty had taken any of them.

The grandson of J. Paul Getty was found dead Tuesday and TMZ has learned his ex-girlfriend is currently being detained as a possible witness/suspect. Cops tell us they are handling this as a death "under suspicious circumstances."

We're told he suffered a traumatic injury to the rectal area and paramedics found significant bleeding.

Andrew Getty was found in the bathroom of his L.A. home at around 2 PM. Law enforcement sources tell us the ex-GF called 911 to report cardiac arrest.

Our sources say Andrew and his ex-girlfriend have a storied history with the LAPD. Cops have been to his residence 31 times, mostly for domestic disturbances. Our sources say they have both frequently been under the influence of drugs during the police visits.

We're told the drugs cops found in the past were prescriptions.

As for their relationship, we're told he has a restraining order against her and she has been placed under a 5150 psychiatric hold in the past, after injuring cops when they responded to the house. We're also told she's allegedly broken into Andrew's house on numerous occasions.

Hip-hop superstars Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, and Rich Homie Quan were the icing on the cake for a 16- year-old kid's $150,000 birthday party -- and the guest of honor arrived by chopper!

The lucky kid was KJ Jr. -- son of "Hip Hop Since 1978" founder Kyambo Joshua -- and since Dad rolls with the likes of Jay Z and Kayne West on the reg ... it makes sense the Atlanta bash went down in a huge hangar.

Ballas snagged the place 5 years ago for $679k ... so he won't be walking away empty-handed, if his realtor Andrew Gulyas can get his asking price.
