Terrence Howard Testifies I Used to Do Coke, Ecstasy and Smoke Weed With My Ex-Wife

Published | Updated

Terrence Howard said under oath he's a changed person after divorcing Michelle Ghent, but when they were together he fell into the dark world of drugs.

Howard testified he and Michelle would often smoke weed and do cocaine and ecstasy together. He also said they watched a lot of porn.

Terrence says all that has changed since they split ... he said, "I refuse to get high, I refuse to watch porn."

Howard and Ghent have been fighting over his spousal support payments. She is angling for more money, claiming $5,800/month payments don't cut it and he needs to pony up more money based on his recent success with "Empire."

Howard has claimed he only agreed to the settlement because she blackmailed him with threats of releasing naked photos and videos.

A$AP Rocky Sued By Fan at Backbreaking Concert

Published | Updated

A$AP Rocky is being sued by a fan who was horribly injured during a concert, but it looks like the rapper was targeted not because of anything he did ... he's just got the deepest pockets in his mob.

Krystina Clowes claims in a new lawsuit she was enjoying the performance of A$AP Ferg during the 2013 concert when she was drilled into the ground, suffering a fractured vertebra.

Turns out ... A$AP Mob member Young Shabba felt the urge to crowd surf and landed on the unsuspecting fan. She says in the lawsuit she's a mess, and may never fully recover.

As for why she's suing A$AP Rocky, Clowes claims the whole mob has a history of stage diving, so they're all responsible.

She wants $75k minimum, and it appears a whole lot more.

Young Money Sued Because Lil Wayne's a Bad Sport!!!

Published | Updated

Lil Wayne had a front row seat watching Floyd Mayweather beat Manny Pacquiao. He also watched the Ravens beat the 49ers in the 2013 Super Bowl. He even watched the finals of the NCAA Women's Tourney. And he stiffed the ticket brokers ... allegedly.

Tickets of America and White Glove International claim Wayne got $119,400 worth of tickets and never paid a cent.

According to the lawsuit, Wayne got tickets for the following events:

-- Mayweather vs. Pacquiao $67,500

-- Super Bowl XLVII $14,000

-- MTV Video Music Awards $4,000

-- Heat vs. Hawks $11,000

-- Lakers vs. Rockets $11,100

-- Clippers vs. Rockets $11,300

And this is sad ... NCAA Women's Basketball Final Four -- a measly $500.

The suit claims Wayne got the tickets between February 2013 and June 2015.

The suit names Young Money and Wayne's manager, Cortez Bryant, but not the rapper himself.

We reached out to Wayne. So far no word back.

Fox in a Bind Do We Pay Terrence for 'Empire' ... Or His Ex?

Published | Updated

The honchos who run "Empire" don't know how to pay Terrence Howard because his ex-wife is gunning for his paycheck, so they've asked a judge for help in determining the payee.

Twentieth Century Fox is in a bind. Terrence is making big bank for the hit show, but according to his settlement agreement with Michelle, she's entitled to a chunk of his "Empire" salary.

Michelle has asked Fox to deduct the amount she's owed from Terrence's check and send it to her. Terrence is demanding the full amount, because he believes the settlement agreement is invalid.

So here's the bind. If Michelle's right, but Fox pays Terrence the full amount, they may be on the hook to her. If Terrence is right, but they pay Michelle what she's demanding, Fox may have to pay that amount again to him.

So Fox wants a judge to lay down the law once and for all, and tell them who gets the money.

Jessica Simpson Sued Over Clothing Line A Billion Dollar Business, Really?

Published | Updated

Jessica Simpson has been sued because her dad Joe allegedly stiffed a guy out of an enormous finder's fee when she sold the majority stake in her fashion company ... but what's really interesting about the lawsuit is the sale price.

Jeffrey Bowler claims he made a deal with Joe Simpson for a 10% finder's fee if Bowler could find a buyer for The Jessica Simpson Collection. It's a strange deal, because Bowler says it was made nearly 10 years ago over the phone and never committed to writing.

Fast forward to April 2015, when Bowler claims Jessica sold a majority stake in the business for $120 million. Bowler claims he put Joe in touch with the buyer, arranged the meeting and helped seal the deal.

Bowler says in the lawsuit Jessica, Joe, Tina and Ashlee screwed him out of his $12 million commission.

Forget about the finder's fee. It's interesting Bowler claims the majority stake went for $120 mil. There are many reports calling The Jessica Simpson Collection a billion dollar business. On one hand, it would seem the majority stake would go for much more than $120,000,000.

It's possible the "billion dollars" is gross sales, which gets whittled down a lot.

A rep for Jessica says Simpson "has never met Mr. Bowler nor has she ever had any dealings with him whatsoever."

Oprah Billionaire Boat Showdown

Published | Updated

Oprah is the billionaire queen of media, but she's still no match for royalty when it comes to sailing the Mediterranean.

The Big O and gal pal Gayle King were spotted off the coast of Ibiza on The Rising Sun, billionaire David Geffen’s $200 million superyacht. They've vacationed on it before ... and looking at Rising Sun's stats it's not hard to see why Oprah's back aboard. It's loaded with a basketball court, helipad, wine cellar, 45-person crew, movie theater, swimming pool, and a submarine meant for emergency exit ... if it ever goes down like the Titanic.

But O's boat is dinghy-like compared to the $350 million yacht Eclipse, which was cruising with Princess Beatrice of York and her BF.

The Eclipse, owned by Russian tycoon Roman Abramovich, comes fully loaded with a cinema, two helipads, three subs, 20 jet skis, a 70-person crew, two pools (one of which turns into a dance floor) and a missile detection system ... no joke.

Oprah didn't seem to have any boat envy because she invited the princess aboard.

Still good to know people in high places ... even if you’re Oprah.

Chris Brown Outbids Tyga to Snag 500 HP Supercar ... FIRST!

Published | Updated

Chris Brown wanted so badly to be the first kid on his block with a Rezvani Beast -- a 500 horsepower street-legal race car -- he paid an extra $35,000 to make it happen!

A rep for Rezvani tells TMZ, Chris snagged the first Beast ever made -- sight unseen, mind you -- after ponying up $200,000 ... even though the list price is a mere $165k.

Usually the cars are handmade in about 12-14 weeks, but CB couldn't wait. He worked a deal with Rezvani reps Laureen Clarke and Charm Brittian -- Chris paid an extra $35k, and they guaranteed he'd get model 001 in just 2 weeks.

The deal meant Chris would beat out his pal Tyga, who was also angling for one.

The Beast has no doors, no roof, weighs just 1,650 pounds and goes 0-60 mph in just 2.7 seconds -- and no, it doesn't come with a car seat.

Sorry, Royalty ... daddy's got a new baby.

Calvin Harris Big Tipper On Music Video Shoot

Calvin Harris and his production crew are generous tippers ... according to the captain of the yacht featured in his new "How Deep Is Your Love" music video.

The production crew chartered the million dollar vessel for 6 hours to film the vid ... which, by the way, stars a very hot Gigi Hadid. We're told it cost $1000 an hour, and Calvin's team left a $1000 tip for the captain and crew.
