Josh Brolin and Diane Lane are officially divorced ... this according to court documents obtained by TMZ ... and it's clear, Diane is looking to get her old identity back.

Lane -- who recently appeared in "Man of Steel" -- initially filed the divorce docs back in February, seeking to end the marriage that began in 2004. Lane had cited "irreconcilable differences" for the split.

The docs, filed November 27 in L.A. County Superior Court, show that Diane and Josh have some sort of private financial arrangement ... and she's checked the box to NOT seek spousal support outside of their arrangement.

Diane -- who legally went by Diane Lane Brolin -- also restored her last name to just Diane Lane.

Child support won't be an issue -- 'cause the couple has no children together.

As for Brolin, the "No Country for Old Men" actor is currently in rehab after several drunken incidents last month. He recently told TMZ he's swearing off booze for good.

The producer of the movie Paul Walker was shooting when he died says production is on hold right now ... telling TMZ there are more important things to worry about.

Neal Moritz -- who's produced all the "Fast & Furious" movies -- is currently shooting "F&F7" and, as TMZ reported, the film was scheduled to resume shooting key scenes with Walker this week in Atlanta.

Tyrese Gibson was overcome with grief Sunday afternoon when he showed up to the crash site where his "Fast and Furious" co-star Paul Walker died less than 24 hours before.

Tyrese paid tribute to Walker during a quick stop at the Santa Clarita crash spot moments ago ... the same place fans are leaving tons of flowers and various tokens in honor of Walker.

Gibson is clearly falling apart while visiting the death site ... and everyone around him is completely silent while he mourns.

3:00 PM PST -- Tyrese took a piece of the crash wreckage home with him and posted a pic of it online afterward.

The new "Fast and Furious" movie was scheduled to shoot key scenes with Paul Walker this week -- and on the heels of his death, several members of the cast and crew say they won't be returning to the set anytime soon ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the production tell us most of the actors and crew were supposed to fly to Atlanta this weekend to resume filming on Tuesday ... but they're all expecting a halt in production.

Universal -- the studio behind the movie -- hasn't announced when, or if, they'll start shooting again ... but we're told some of the main stars are too distraught to work anyway.

According to our sources ... most of this week's scenes centered around Paul, so even if Universal were to go forward ... it would need major rewrites.

Ultimately, the biggest hurdle to completing 'FF7' could be the emotions of the actors. As one source put it, "No one wants to even think about the movie. Period."

"Anchorman 2" didn't need ridiculous promotional idea #4,762 -- but thank God they did it otherwise we wouldn't have seen Will Ferrell/Ron Burgundy attempt to anchor a real life newscast in North Dakota.

Ron co-anchored the evening news on KXMB in Bismarck, ND on Saturday with Amber Schatz ... and it is freakin' hysterical.

Not sure what's funnier -- Ferrell attempting to pull off annoying anchor banter with an actual anchor ... or Amber, the sports guy, and the weather guy attempting to hold back their laughter.

Paul Walker -- best known for his role in "The Fast and the Furious" movies -- died Saturday afternoon after a single-car accident and explosion in Southern California ... TMZ has learned.

The accident happened in Santa Clarita -- north of Los Angeles -- and Paul was the passenger in the two-seater Porsche Carrera GT when the driver somehow lost control and slammed into a post or a tree ... and the car burst into flames.

Several of our sources -- some of whom were at the scene of the accident -- tell us a friend of Paul's was driving and was also killed in the fiery wreck.

Cops say speed clearly played a major factor in the accident, but an exact cause has not been determined yet.

Paul was 40 years old. He leaves behind a 15-year-old daughter named Meadow.

Paul's rep tells us he was in Santa Clarita for a car show -- organized by Paul and his charitable organization Reach Out Worldwide -- to support the Philippines typhoon relief effort.

Several of his friends were attending the event ... which was very near to where the deadly accident happened.

One of Paul's friends talked to a TMZ photographer ... describing the scene ... and his efforts to save Paul from the burning car.

Paul took a pic with a fan at the event earlier on Saturday, and the guy posted it ... noting how happy Walker was just hours before the crash.

The fan added, "The world lost an angel in Paul. He dedicated so much of his life to helping disadvantaged kids and people who are in need. I'm gonna do whatever I can to keep Paul's goals for the charity alive."

Leonardo DiCaprio owes his latest paycheck to Tommy Chong, who tells TMZ, the new "Wolf of Wall Street" movie never would have happened if not for him ... and he might be right.

Chong was out in L.A. yesterday when we asked about the time he spent in the clink with Jordan Belfort, the criminal stock market genius who the movie "Wolf of Wall Street" is based on.

FYI, Chong was sentenced to 9 months in prison in 2003 for selling bongs online.

Chong says he was working on a book at the time -- it was 2004 by then -- and he encouraged Belfort to write one himself ... so Belfort did ... and that book eventually became the bestseller "Wolf of Wall Street."

Lil Mama -- the rapper behind the song "Lip Gloss" -- just got destroyed in court ... after pulling one of the dumbest moves ever ... TMZ has learned.

Mama was sued by her lawyer -- a guy who specializes in intellectual property -- who claims he busted his butt to protect her rights to the name "Lil Mama." Kind of an important guy in her life.

Problem is, the lawyer claims he worked for Mama until 2011 ... but she stopped paying him in 2008. So, he did what lawyers do ... he took her ass to court.

In the end, the rapper (who also starred as Left Eye in the recent TLC movie on VH1 -- suffered an embarrassing and expensive defeat and was ordered to pony up roughly $18k for the bill, interest and other fees.

Charlie Sheen single-handedly organized and paid for a cancer patient's greatest wish -- to hang with the actor.

Marion Minchuk is a cancer patient who has been told he has a month to live. Marion got in touch with Charlie's people and asked if there was any way he could meet him before he died.

Charlie invited Marion to L.A. ... he lives in Arizona. Charlie paid for 3 first class tickets -- for Marion, his GF and his nurse. He put them up at the Presidential Suite and the Universal Hilton.

Charlie took the 3 to the set of "Anger Management" where Marion got to sit in Charlie's chair -- it's a thing on the show.

Charlie then took Marion to his home, where a chef made lunch for the group and they went to the screening room to watch "Gravity."

Charlie signed an "Anger Management" script and signed a DVD of "Wall Street."

James Hong -- who famously played Lo Pan in the 1986 classic "Big Trouble in Little China" -- is still an ass man ... as in, he recently signed one at a comic book convention in Austin.

It all went down when a superhero nerdette dressed as Wonder Woman approached Hong at Comic Con in Austin this week and asked for his John Hancock on her right butt cheek. Hong obliged -- and included a strategically placed arrow above her crack (nice touch).

The woman was so proud of her new body art -- she posted the pic to Reddit for all the world to see (also, nice touch).

Fun Fact -- Hong also played Cassandra's father in "Wayne's World 2" -- remember the fight scene??!? Zang.

Prepare for a nerdgasm "Game of Thrones" geeks -- TMZ obtained photo evidence tying the show's creator to that other world of fantasy ... the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy!!

George R.R. Martin took a tour of the Shire movie set from the "Rings" movies this weekend on the North Island of New Zealand ... where, BTW, Winter is not coming (it's Spring down there).

The 65-year-old author and screenwriter looked pretty stoked to hang with normies on the tour -- but still proved he's top banana in the nerd world. Dude, arrived by freaking helicopter!

I know, you're tired ... of seeing Kim Kardashian in Kanye West's new video for "Bound 2" ... so James Franco and Seth Rogen made their own version ... and it's AMAZING!

Franco and Rogen dropped "Bound 3" online today saying they felt inspired to recreate their new favorite music video while filming a new flick called "The Interview."

The best part ... Seth plays the role of topless Kim ... with a full James Franco dry-hump sesh.

The guy who played Bruce Leroy in the 80's cult-classic movie "The Last Dragon" proved he's still the baddest this weekend in California ... and we got the awesome footage to prove it.

Taimak Guarriello aka Bruce Leroy got into the squared circle Saturday night to wrestle a match against a guy named Jimi Mayhem -- who dresses like the films villain as his gimmick.

The match was put on by Vendetta Pro Wrestling in Simi Valley ... and we're told they had a pretty good turnout for the event.

The "Entourage" movie could be derailed ... because of IDENTITY THEFT!

TMZ has obtained a cease and desist letter -- sent to Warner Bros. -- demanding that the studio make NO reference to Vinnie Chase, the main character played by Adrian Grenier. The man making the demand -- one Vincent Chase.

Who knew ... VC is a real guy -- a longtime Hollywood acting coach who's been teaching actors for more than 50 years. He reportedly met "Entourage" Exec. Prod. Mark Wahlberg in the late '90s.

In the cease and desist letter Chase says he believes the fictional character was named after him ... and says "Entourage" cannot use his name without his "express permission."

Chase claims he griped to producers when the TV show was on ... lots of letters but no lawsuit.
