Veteran soap actress Finola Hughes hit a pedestrian and a parked car Thursday night in Hollywood -- but when it was all said and done ... SHE was the one who feared for her safety.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Hughes -- who appeared on "All My Children" and "General Hospital" -- was driving her 2008 Mercedes when she accidentally clipped a parked car and a 23-year-old guy who was getting into it.

We're told Hughes got scared when a witnesses chased her ... so she called police from her car -- and then pulled over to exchange info with the other people involved.

We're also told alcohol was not a factor ... Hughes was not ticketed -- and the pedestrian only suffered minor injuries.

Mr. Bean is a VERY lucky man ... because the guy WRECKED the hell out of his MILLION DOLLAR McLaren F1 sports car last night ... and was only hospitalized for a minor shoulder injury.

According to U.K. reports, the 56-year-old comedic actor -- real name Rowan Atkinson -- was driving in England around 7:30 PM last night ... when he lost control of the car, spun three times, ran into a tree and hit a signpost.

Bean was taken to a nearby hospital where he is being treated for the shoulder injury. His car wasn't so lucky -- the entire back end was absolutely crushed.

The worst part -- the McLaren F1 is so rare, there are only 100 of them in the world.

Rowan's rep tells TMZ ... Rowan is "all fine and going home [from the hospital] soon."

Dallas police have released the 911 tape from the Nicki Minaj hotel fight last month -- in which you can hear a woman, referred to as "Nicki," scream ... "Look at what he did to my face!"

As TMZ first reported, cops responded to the Palomar Hotel on July 12th -- after Nicki complained that some guy she knew hit her in the face with a suitcase.

Meat Loaf has recorded a brand new video message to let everyone know his health is FINE -- insisting he DID NOT pass out at a balloon festival in NJ this weekend ... despite photos showing the singer sprawled out on the grass while hooked up to an oxygen tank.

In the clip, Mr. Loaf admits his asthma was "bothering me a little bit" ... and points out "the heat index was at 106" ... but insists he only took a "little bit of oxygen" to alleviate his breathing problems so he could attend a meet and greet later that day.

Meat adds, "The brilliant thing is Pedialyte ... Pedialyte will get you through anything."

FYI -- Pedialyte is an "oral rehydration solution" for kids ... often consumed by children suffering from bouts of diarrhea and vomiting.

As TMZ previously reported, Meat had fainted on-stage at a concert just a few days before the balloon festival ... and blamed the incident on his asthma.

Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Mike Patterson is alert and stable at an Allentown, Pennsylvania hospital -- after COLLAPSING and suffering a seizure during training camp this morning.

28-year-old Patterson reportedly dropped to the ground and began shaking VIOLENTLY during practice.

Rookie offensive lineman Danny Watkins -- a trained firefighter -- rushed over to provide first aid while an ambulance was called.

Sean Kingston says doctors had to perform open heart surgery on him after his Memorial Day weekend jet ski crash -- calling the experience a "life or death situation."

Kingston just sat down for an MTV First special and told Sway Calloway ... when he was being released from the hospital, docs discovered a heart condition that required immediate surgery.

Kingston explains, "I had open heart surgery and I had two other surgeries ... it was a life or death situation."

King says he's now back to "100%" -- and compares the former Marine who pulled him out of the water to an angel ... saying, "It was just like an angel in the sky." Kingston says he's emailed his hero and plans to meet up with the guy in the near future.

It was Code: Brown on Slash's flight from Minnesota to Los Angeles last night ... when the plane had to make an unscheduled pit stop in Utah because one of the TOILETS got backed up while in the air!!

Slash had been traveling all the way from Serbia -- and after stopping in Minneapolis, the rocker ended up on a Delta flight ... when one of the toilets broke -- and the damn thing wouldn't flush.

One person on the plane tells TMZ ... "It stunk ... there was a flight attendant standing by the door asking people not to go #2." We're told the flight crew also stopped serving drinks after the announcement about the bathroom ... to decrease the amount of in-flight pee-ers.

The plane stopped in Salt Lake City -- and we're told the toilet problem was fixed.

When Slash finally arrived in L.A., he was in relatively good spirits about the whole thing -- and tweeted, "Left Serbia 8am, just arrived in LA, 10:30pm. Delays, broken toilets, u name it. Gotta love Delta."

Former Detroit Lions quarterback Joey Harrington was seriously injured when he was struck by an SUV while riding his bike in Oregon Sunday night.

33-year-old Harrington -- a former 1st round draft pick -- was hospitalized with a broken collarbone, a punctured lung and a laceration on his head ... according to the StatesmenJournal.com.

Cops say the SUV struck Harrington from behind around 8:30 PM. The 26-year-old driver was cited by police for following too closely.

Joey's father says the former NFL player was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

Three days after passing out at a concert in Pittsburgh, Meat Loaf fainted AGAIN at a show in New Jersey -- and this time ... the 63-year-old singer had to be hooked up to an oxygen machine.

Meat was playing the New Jersey Balloon Festival on Sunday -- and after finishing his set, we're told he collapsed backstage and requested oxygen.

As we previously reported, Meat Loaf suffers from asthma.

Thankfully, the singer pulled himself together after ten minutes on the breathing apparatus -- and didn't require further medical attention.

Just two days after getting sick and bailing on a concert in Dallas -- "Kings of Leon" singer Caleb Followill took to the streets of New York for some fresh air, telling TMZ, "I'm just trying to get better".

"Deadliest Warrior" star Dr. Armand Dorian recently saved the life of a 14-year old boy -- who was such a big fan of the show ... he was more interested in getting a photo with the doc than his injury.

Dr. Dorian is still a practicing doctor, serving as the Chief of Development and Director of the Emergency Department at a hospital in Los Angeles. We're told the kid was rushed into his ER recently after the went into anaphylactic shock following a severe allergic reaction.

The kid was unconscious when Dr. Dorian began to work on him -- but when he came to, he immediately recognized the doc ... and the boy and his dad asked him for a photo!

One person was killed and three others were shot after a fight broke out following a George Clinton concert in Cleveland last night, police tell TMZ.

Clinton performed at something called the eighth annual "Unity in the Park" festival, a free, day-long music event, which featured George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic as the headlining act.

According to police, four people suffered bullet wounds after someone opened fire in the crowd. A 16-year-old was shot in the head, a 20-year-old was shot in the neck, and a 14 and 23-year-old were shot in the leg. They were all transported to a local hospital for injuries.

Police would not say which of the four shooting victims died.

Lindsay Lohan went out again in Malibu last night with pals Paris and Nicky Hilton and she just couldn't stand it -- no, really ... she fell down.

Lindsay blamed her little trip on the paps, posting this on her Twitter page:

The Kings of Leon concert in Dallas, TX ended early last night after lead singer Caleb Followill left the stage "to vomit" ... and never returned.

Caleb complained of the heat and said he was going backstage to vomit and drink a beer. But when it became clear he wasn't coming back, two of the other band members took to the mic and apologized for the fact Caleb couldn't finish the show.

But they did throw him under the bus before leaving, saying, "Hate Caleb, not us."

Scary moment at a Meat Loaf concert in Pittsburgh last night -- when Meat Loaf collapsed on stage ... and medics rushed to his aid. But this story has a happy ending.

After a short time on his back, Mr. Loaf actually got up ... regained his composure ... and FINISHED THE SHOW!

A short time later, during a performance of "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" -- Meat explained everything that went wrong last night:

"I f**king fainted. I have asthma ... I can't breathe ... and then ... oh wait, I forgot ... I got poked by a pin and bled half to death ... and then I got slapped in the face and my tooth is loose."

Margera says he was racing his neighbor up a set of stairs ... and promised the guy he could have one of Bam's skateboards if he won -- but, "Somehow I wound up tumbling down the stairs."

Bam explains, "I tackled my neighbor and fell down the stairs horsing around. I’m still in the hospital."
