Blood was trickling down Arnold Schwarzenegger's forehead yesterday -- after the 64-year-old actor got "banged up" on the set of his new movie ... and of course, he tweeted about it.

Arnold -- who's shooting "The Last Stand" in New Mexico -- explained, "Got a little banged up on set today. Thanks to the medical staff who got me back in action an hour later!"

So far, no word on exactly how Arnold split his melon.

Regis Philbin tried to tame a mighty Vespa on the streets of NYC this afternoon ... and lost.

The 80-year-old was riding the wild scooter for a bit with David Letterman ... when Regis tipped his bike and spilled onto the asphalt.

According to reports, the amputation was a medically necessary procedure due to complications from high blood pressure and diabetes.

TMZ has obtained the emergency radio call made moments after a member of the "Deadliest Catch" fishing crew collapsed while at sea Tuesday -- and according to the caller, the man showed "signs of shock and possible convulsions."

During the transmission, the caller says the unidentified crew member is "barely coherent" -- and probably suffering from severe dehydration.

The crew member in question -- who we're told was a novice crab fisherman AKA a "greenhorn" -- was airlifted to a nearby hospital in Alaska for treatment.

Andy Rooney's college roommate was revived after going into cardiac arrest at a memorial for the CBS icon today.

As we reported, the man, Bob Ruthman, went into cardiac arrest during Andy's memorial service in New York City today. People who were present tell us ... Andy's son, Brian Rooney, got up on a chair and announced to the crowd that Ruthman had died.

Zsa Zsa Gabor is being rushed to the hospital, TMZ has learned -- after blood began to spill out of the feeding tube in her stomach.

Her husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt tells TMZ, he called 911 approximately 20 minutes ago, as soon as he noticed the bleeding.

It's been less than a month since 94-year-old Zsa Zsa was last hospitalized ... for the same reason -- but Prince tells us, she's going to be okay.

"Pawn Stars" bad ass Corey Harrison suffered a bloody case of road rash ... when he wiped on his Harley during a ride from Vegas to San Diego this weekend ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us ... Harrison and a friend were halfway through the 10-hour cruise ... when they got caught in some intense rain around Joshua Tree ... and Corey lost control of his bike.

We're told the bike slid out from under the reality star and skidded off the road. Harrison scraped his arm up in the wreck, but suffered no major injuries.

The bike wasn't so lucky ... suffering damage to the handlebars, windshield and scrapes ALL OVER.

Tyler the Creator -- the guy who won the 2011 MTV VMA for "Best New Artist" -- took a serious blow to the head last night ... when a moron fired a bottle at the rapper during a concert ... and connected.

Tyler was performing in Austin, TX -- when some idiot (with one hell of an arm) launched the projectile from the crowd ... and it struck T.T.C. right near his eye.

One member of Tyler's crew immediately fired a water bottle back in the direction of the culprit -- and moments later, Tyler and the rest of his crew stormed into the crowd to hunt for the bad guy.

Toni Braxton's brother-in-law -- who also stars on "Braxton Family Values" -- has been released from the hospital after suffering a blood clot in his lungs ... TMZ has learned.

Vince Herbert was rushed to a NY hospital two weeks ago ... and the whole Braxton fam rallied around the music producer for support ... even canceling important media events.

Before doctors advised Rihanna to cancel her concert in Sweden last night, the singer was seen walking around her hotel yesterday ... wearing a smile, even though she felt like crap.

Rick Ross says he hasn't had a good night's sleep in 5 years -- and claims the lack of ZZZs is what caused him to suffer two seizures in a matter of hours last month.

Ross appeared on BET's "106 & Park" today ... his first interview since he battled through a pair of mid-air seizures back on October 14. Ross says his doctors tested him for cancer, diabetes, HIV and more ... but the tests revealed the rapper is "totally healthy."

Rihanna is currently hooked up to an IV drip in Sweden ... and has canceled a performance scheduled for tonight ... blaming the whole thing on a case of the flu.

Rihanna was scheduled to perform in Malmö, Sweden -- but a rep for Live Nation claims the show has been canceled because the singer is "not in condition to conduct the concert."

Rihanna tweeted an apology an hour ago, writing, "Sorry Malmo!" -- attaching a picture of her arm with tubes coming out of it.

The singer also released a statement saying, "I am sorry to everyone who was coming out to my show in Malmo [Sweden]. I was so excited to perform for you all."

She adds, "It would have been a great time…so much better than being sick with the flu, ugh! I'm really disappointed I couldn't be there."

Oakland Raiders owner Al Davis died from a broken heart ... this according to his death certificate obtained by TMZ.

The document reveals three primary causes of death:

A) Ventricular fibrillation -- a dangerously abnormal heart rhythm
B) Congestive heart failure
C) Cardiomyopathy -- heart muscle disease

According to the death certificate, Al died at the Oakland Airport Hilton at 2:45 AM on October 8th.

The document shows Al had been diagnosed with cardiomyopathy years ago ... and suffered a ventricular fibrillation just 15 minutes before his death. Davis also suffered from Merkel cell carcinoma -- an aggressive form of skin cancer.

According to the doc, Davis -- who was involved with the NFL for 60 years -- underwent throat surgery just three days before his death. Davis also had heart surgery in 1996.
