Ajay Rochester -- who hosted Australia's version of "The Biggest Loser" -- just had 1.5 Liters of fat sucked out of her body ... but first, she bellied up to a 1,000 calorie breakfast of bacon, eggs and hash browns.

Ajay hit up Dr. Aaron Rollins Friday at Elite Body Sculpture in Bev Hills, and got something called an Airsculpt Laser Lipo -- a fancy name for precision fat sucking. We're told Ajay was 100% awake for the procedure -- no needles, no cutting, no stitches -- while the doc targeted her chin and arms.

Ajay says her ultimate goal is rocking sleeveless dresses and tops -- not that she was thinking about that when breakfast was served.

The room at Yorkville Endoscopy where Joan Rivers went into respiratory and cardiac arrest ... was well equipped to handle life or death emergencies, just like any first rate hospital ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the clinic tell us Joan's room contained state of the art resuscitation devices ... including a cardiac defibrillator and instruments to clear a patient's blocked airway. As you'd expect ... all the nurses and physicians are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, we're told.

Further, we've learned the NY Health Dept has already visited the clinic to review documentation related to Joan's case, and to interview staff members who treated Joan.

The review will, no doubt, include determining whether anesthesia was administered to Joan, and by whom. We're told Yorkville employs in-house anesthesiologists who are board certified.

Joan Rivers suffered from heart arrhythmia and worried that her heart might stop beating on stage or during surgery.

Joan spoke about the condition -- which causes sudden irregularities in the heart beat -- during an interview with Joan Lunden on Good Morning America back in 1985.

Joan said, "It scares the hell out of you. And when you go under, say for plastic surgeries and things like that ... that's when your heart can go out of kilter."

Siva Kaneswaran fought off a man he says was beating a woman on the street in NYC -- and ended up catching a shiner in the process.

"The Wanted" singer was walking in Chelsea last month with his rep ... when they saw the man attacking his girlfriend. The rep tells us Siva ran over and tried to break it up, telling the man to chill out -- but the attacker yelled back, "This isn't about you."

The rep says that's when it got physical -- while Siva was trying to hold the guy back, he got clocked in the face. The attacker eventually took off, but the scuffle gave the GF enough time to run away.

We're told Siva initially wanted to keep the fight -- and his shiner -- under wraps, but is now hoping the woman will get in touch with him so he can be sure she's okay.

Siva's got a bad record with good deeds. A homeless man attacked him outside a Denver movie theater earlier this year ... when he tried to give him money.

Suge Knight is alive and well ... and running errands!

The rap impresario -- still recovering from being shot six times on August 24 at a pre-VMA party -- was spotted out Friday, hitting up the Rochester Big & Tall store in Beverly Hills.

There's nothing more gangster than that.

Joan Rivers' autopsy has been done, but the Medical Examiner will need more information to determine exactly how she died ... TMZ has learned.

The Medical Examiner's Office tells us they've completed the physical examination of Joan's body, but could not find a clear "cause and manner of death" ... pending further studies.

We're told those further studies will include conducting toxicology testing, and interviewing medical professionals who were present during the throat procedure Joan was getting last week when she stopped breathing.

11:30 AM PT -- Melissa Rivers was just seen leaving a funeral home in NYC.

The clinic where Joan Rivers was undergoing a throat procedure last week is under fire, because fans are blaming the staff for her death ... and are making it clear they're out for blood.

Sources connected to the Yorkville Endoscopy clinic in NYC tell us death threats have been coming in droves since Joan was rushed to the hospital last week. Some of the threats have included -- "If Joan dies, so will you," ... and ... "I hope you people die, you killed an icon."

We're told the clinic has been shutting down early on some days to send employees home -- and additional security's been hired.

As we previously reported ... the NY Health Dept is already reviewing the clinic to see if a full scale investigation is warranted.

10:00 AM PT -- A rep for Yorkville Endoscopy tells us extra security has been hired due to media and cameras outside the facility, claiming, "Security is only to ensure patient safety and privacy."

Miranda Cosgrove exaggerated her medical expenses after a tour bus accident 3 years ago -- this according to the truck driver who's being sued by Cosgrove for her injuries.

TMZ broke the story ... Cosgrove claimed she was "disfigured and disabled" in August 2011 when her bus slammed into an overturned tractor-trailer that was laying across the highway. The singer and "iCarly" star is suing the drivers of her bus and the semi.

In court docs, Cosgrove -- who suffered a broken ankle in the wreck -- claims her medical bills added up to $184,490.16.

The truck driver has filed his own docs now ... saying her medical bills were NOT calculated properly ... and he questions whether all her treatments were related to the accident.

Joan Rivers -- who made the world laugh for over 50 years with her jokes, put-downs and one-liners -- has died in NYC ... a week after her heart suddenly stopped beating during vocal cord surgery.

She was 81.

Joan's daughter Melissa Rivers took her mom off life support so she could pass comfortably in a private room.

The death has been reported to the NYC Medical Examiner's Office -- and officials tell TMZ the office will open an investigation to determine cause of death.

Melissa just issued a statement saying, "It is with great sadness that I announce the death of my mother, Joan Rivers."

"She passed peacefully at 1:17 PM surrounded by family and close friends. My son and I would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Mount Sinai hospital for the amazing care they provided for my mother."

"Cooper and I have found ourselves humbled by the outpouring of love, support and prayers we have received from around the world. They have been heard and appreciated."

"My mother's greatest joy in life was to make people laugh. Although that is difficult to do right now, I know her final wish would be that we return to laughing soon."

Rivers is widely credited for opening doors for countless female comediennes. She broke through in a big way during her appearances on "The Tonight Show" with Johnny Carson.

She also famously enraged Carson by accepting a gig to host a competing late night show on FOX. Carson never spoke to her again.

Rivers was born in 1933 -- she worked as a writer and fashion consultant before entering show biz as a stand-up comic in the early '60s. She was famously self-deprecating ... often self-critical of her looks and her marriage to Edgar Rosenberg ... who committed suicide in 1987.

Joan's late '80s FOX show tanked, which somewhat derailed her career. It was resurrected in a big way in 2010 in the wake of the documentary "Joan Rivers: A Piece of Work."

She was universally adored by fellow comedians, including fellow legend Don Rickles, who once said about her ... "Joan is not only a very intelligent lady, but extremely masterful at comedy timing. Sharing the stage with her has always been a joy for me."

Barbara Walters was asked about Joan last year, saying ... "I wouldn't dare to try to be funny about Joan Rivers because she is the smartest, best-informed and funniest woman I know."

Joan and her daughter Melissa began working as a team hosting various red carpet and fashion shows on E! and other networks, including "Fashion Police."

Joan's credits could fill a book ... including appearances in "The Muppets Take Manhattan," "The Carol Burnett Show," "Hollywood Squares," "Pee Wee's Playhouse," "Celebrity Apprentice," "Saturday Night Live" ... and on and on.

The clinic where Joan Rivers suffered respiratory and cardiac arrest is now in the cross hairs of NY health officials -- TMZ has learned they're "reviewing" the case.

Sources tell us the state's Dept. of Health has contacted the clinic -- Yorkville Endoscopy -- twice since last Thursday ... when Rivers was getting an outpatient procedure to repair her vocal cords.

State health officials tell TMZ they are "reviewing the matter" ... but have NOT launched an official investigation. We're told the review could take weeks or even months. At this point, officials are only looking at the clinic as a whole -- not specifically the doctor who performed the procedure.

As we reported ... Rivers has been moved out of ICU and into a private room at Mount Sinai hospital. It's unclear whether she's still on life support.

Singer Blu Cantrell went running through the streets, ranting about people trying to kill her last night ... until police took her into custody for psychological evaluation ... TMZ has learned.

Cantrell went seemingly berserk in a Santa Monica neighborhood around 2 AM on Wednesday. Witnesses tell us she was screaming about someone giving her "poisonous gas." The episode went on long enough that someone called police.

We're told when officers arrived, Blu -- famous for her 2001 hit "Hit 'Em Up Style (Oops!)" -- played the "do you know who I am card" ... but also referred to herself as a "one hit wonder."

Law enforcement sources tell us cops took Blu to a nearby hospital where doctors checked her out. We're attempting to reach a rep to get an update on Blu's condition, but so far ... no luck.

Justin Bieber's homecoming trip to Canada hit another snag ... in addition to being arrested, he had to hit up a local hospital Wednesday for a wrist injury ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Bieber went to the Stratford General Hospital in Ontario to have his wrist checked out. According to our sources, it turns out he suffered a sprain.

As TMZ previously reported, Bieber was arrested Friday for assault and driving dangerously following an accident between Bieber's ATV and a pap in a minivan.

"Versace" rappers Migos got into an all-out battle royale at one of their shows ... where all 3 members of the group ended up going loco on their fans.

The melee started Sunday night at LimeLight nightclub in Nashville -- when according to sources ... one member of the group had a gold chain snatched from his neck while on stage, and immediately went after it in the crowd.

It's pretty wild fight video -- bodies pile up on the floor as the whole thing plays out.

Police were called, but LimeLight security was eventually able to contain things and no arrests were made.

Of course, this isn't the first time the Migos have been involved in an attack on tour ... having nearly escaped death following a drive-by shooting in Miami earlier this year.

Migos definitely love a good "Fight Night."

Joan Rivers has been moved out of intensive care -- but that does not necessarily mean her health has improved greatly.

Melissa Rivers just released a very guarded update about her mother, saying ... "My mother has been moved out of intensive care and into a private room where she is being kept comfortable."

It's not a great sign that she's been moved to a private room from intensive care -- where she would be more closely monitored by doctors and nurses.

As TMZ first reported ... Joan has been on life support since being rushed to Mount Sinai hospital in NYC last Thursday.

We don't know if she's still on life support.

A contestant on the TV show, "Utopia" was forced to leave the show temporarily for a medical emergency ... after discovering the fledgling new civilization didn't include a hospital ... or doctors.

A rep for the show tells TMZ ... 25-year-old Hex was suffering from dehydration and had to be taken to a hospital Saturday for "precautionary measures."

Sources close to production say paramedics took Hex by ambulance to Henry Mayo Hospital in Valencia at about 9 A.M. She was treated for about 5 hours ... but then returned to the "Utopia" compound to continue shooting.

Suge Knight's torso looks like a piece of Swiss cheese -- riddled with 5 bullet holes, plus another in his arm -- and these photos of the damage make you wonder how in the world he survived.

In the pics, obtained by TMZ, some of Suge's wounds are still packed with gauze ... after the shooting nine days ago at a pre-VMA party hosted by Chris Brown.

You can also see the massive scar down the middle of his gut-- sources tell us doctors had to slice his torso open to make sure the bullets did not hit any major organs. Amazingly, they did not.

One crazy detail -- the bullet hole in Suge's arm is inches away from his ink honoring Tupac. One cool detail -- docs stapled him up so well, his tatt of a vintage whip almost looks untouched.
