We were all over the place this weekend running into tons of celebs and hitting up all our favorite spots to bring you another weekend Star Catcher.

We spotted such stars as supermodel Angie Everhart, rocker Dave Navarro, TMZ's favorite "Girl Next Door" Elisha Cuthbert, former Laker Rick Fox, Latina hottie Daisy Fuentes, R&B mega star Babyface, the legendary Stevie Wonder, self-promoter Tyrese, up and coming rapper Won G, and Wilmer Valderrama -- who was getting a little freaky in public.

While we always pictured Paris Hilton as a "commando" girl, she proved otherwise while flashing her panties on the dance floor.

As she displayed her amazing (read: horrendous) dance skills on a box at TAO nightclub in Las Vegas, Hilton decided to do a high kick and showed onlookers more than they bargained for.

Of course, Paris, who's had plenty embarrassing moments, continued to gyrate unfazed with her friends.

But despite the public appearance, Eva wasn't talking about the split.

Upon her arrival to the Robertson Blvd. beauty parlor, a rep for the event asked Longoria if she wanted to do press to which she said "I'm not doing any."

Longoria did manage to fake a smile and pose for photographers alone and with Paves and her fellow single pal Jessica Simpson.

Eva and her team of handlers left the event, but not before she could pretend she didn't hear a photographer ask if she was single now.

While EXTRA confirmed the breakup, Eva's publicist said the duo were "going through a very difficult time." Which may be news to Parker who told the San Antonio Express News, "Everything's fine. A couple stuff happened, but that's nothing. Everything is fine."

Looks like Tony and Eva have different definitions of the word 'fine.'

As Perez Hilton first pointed out, Avril says "I'd like to sincerely apologize for my behavior with the Paparazzi. It's trying at best dealing with their insistent intrusions. I meant no offense to my fans, whose relationship I truly value. I have and will always go out of my way for my fans. My behavior was a reaction to the persistent attack from the paparazzi."

We understand your pain sweetie. Everyone knows spitting at people is how you get them to leave you alone.

TMZ's cameras and our very own Josh Levine were all over Hollywood on Thursday, running into tons of celebs for another exciting Star Catcher.

We started things out at the trendy lunch spot The Ivy, where Playboy cover girl and Mrs. Christopher Knight Adrienne Curry sizzled up the joint in a sexy yellow dress.

Then, we rolled by one of our favorite dinner spots Mr. Chow, where two world-famous comedians, Tom Arnold and Robin Williams, stopped by for some quality grub.

Next it was off to the grand opening of new restaurant Red Pearl Kitchen. They did it right over there, loading the place with all kinds of stars like Christian Slater, Amy Smart and "EXTRA" co-host Mark McGrath.

"Laguna Beach" babe Kristin Cavallari was also amongst the celebs in attendance. The blonde reality star gracefully walked the red carpet after a smashing run-in with paparazzi and autograph seekers.

Last we stopped by Hyde, which was slower than usual, where we caught up with Norm McDonald and "OC" star Adam Brody.

Anderson looked smoking hot in a tight black mini skirt as she and her hubby made their way to the trendy Nobu in New York.

Her clingy outfit left little to the imagination, putting to rest rumors of the former "Baywatch" babe is pregnant.

Rock channeled his "Cowboy" days, matching Anderson by donning a black hat and leather jacket.

TMZ was on hand for the grand opening of hot new LA club Area Thursday night and the guest list looks to us that we may have a new premiere hotspot on our hands.

Jessica Simpson was one of the many out to celebrate the opening, showing up with former assistant Cacee Cobb and a few other friends. The usual blonde stunner was seen exiting the over-packed club and got our staff wondering where Courtney Love was-- you be the judge!

Lindsay Lohan confirmed to photographers that she is still dating Harry Morton just days after Harry told Extra that the two were "taking a little breather right now."

When asked "Lindsay, are you still seeing Harry?" the actress responded with a simple "Yes."

"You are?" asked the paparazzo. "Yes," said Lohan again.

A clear response, but it doesn't quite square with Harry's comment earlier this week that the two were "slowing things down." Someone here is putting a spin on the truth.

Lindsay was also asked about Paris Hilton's former boyfriend Stavros Niarchos, who she was spotted macking on over the weekend.

"You guys are just friends, right Lindsay?" said the photog.

"Yes," came Lindsay's response.

All she did was say "yes" three times, but sometimes that's all it takes to get the gossip biz buzzing.

According to a source at Globat.com, the Web hosting company that recently hired him to be its spokesman, Screech's management told them that something "huge" was going to happen next week and that they were "lucky to have him."

This, of course, was not what the company had in mind.

The company says they are seriously concerned over the recent headlines and is contemplating its next steps. In a statement released to TMZ, Globat says: "We signed Dustin Diamond based on his persona as the recognizable lovable nerd. Through talks with his management, we knew they had something big planned -- but never expected this! We have not seen or received confirmation from Diamond's management of the alleged tape. We are reserving any judgment until further information is available."

Globat.com recently conducted a video and photo shoot with Diamond and was planning on a full launch of Diamond material on their website and sister site DefyingGravity.com. Currently, Globat.com features a picture next to the words, "Our nerds do it best and go all night long!" Another ad features Screech with his pants stuffed and the line, "Our nerds have the biggest packages!"

Diamond's reps tell TMZ: "At the time of the signing with Globat we were looking for easy ways to help with cross promotion. At the time there were three things that were drawing a lot of attention -- the first being the save the house campaign, the second being a televised Showtime comedy appearance and the third is an appearance on the ABC show, 'The Knights of Prosperity.'"

TMZ's Josh Levine and our crew were working overtime on Wednesday covering all the action that went down.

Our first stop was outside trendy shop stop Kitson where we ran into a couple of ladies that were doing a bit of shopping, including supermodel Elle Macpherson and "Idol" runner up Katharine McPhee.

From there it was off to one of our favorite lunch spots, M Cafe, where "Spider-man 3's" Kirsten Dunst and a friend had a quick bite to eat while soaking up the sun.

Next was Lobby for Diddy's album release party, and yes, you can believe what you hear, the man definitely knows how to throw a bash. We ran onto the hip hop mogul as he was exiting the packed night club surrounded by a huge entourage and autograph seekers.

Also out on the town, former "Baywatch" life guard Jeremy Jackson, party girl guru Lindsay Lohan, No Doubt's Tony Kanal, Jaime Pressly.

The Queen of all Media Perez Hilton was, of course, holding court at the grand opening of new restaurant and club Minx, and so was "Kyle XY" star Matt Dallas.

Avril Lavigne is worse than an angry llama. The singer took out yet another photographer with a deadly shot of spit last night -- this time hitting the man square in the face.

After celebrating her 22nd birthday at Hyde, the wannabe punk-rocker unleashed a torrent of "f*** yous" to the paparazzi and autograph seekers, even signing the pleasant greeting on some pictures.

Avril and her entourage then made their way to the safety of their SUV, where she rolled the window down and loaded up a liquid projectile in her mouth. Moments later, she displayed her masterful sharpspitting skills by hitting one photographer in the face while laughing hysterically and screaming, "bitch!"

This is the second night in a row Avril has used her saliva as a weapon against photographers. She hit our own cameraman's lens outside the very same nightclub late Tuesday night.

TMZ has obtained portions of the latest celebrity sex tape, featuring former "Saved by the Bell" star Dustin Diamond, who played Screech. To say the least, the video is unique and, dare we say, entertaining.

David Hans Schmidt, who has become famous in the sex tape industry by peddling videos featuring Paris Hilton, Colin Farrell and others, claims ownership to the Screech tape. It was shot in a hotel. Diamond is holding the camera and narrating, as he engages two women in various combinations and positions.

The tape begins with Diamond in a bathtub, narrating what's to come. It ends with Diamond introducing one of the women to a "Dirty Sanchez." Suffice it say, it is unbelievably graphic.

Schmidt is out shopping the tape and we're told it has been generating significant interest. What's unusual, we're told, is that some mainstream media companies are interesting in purchasing the rights.

Although Suri made quite a stir when she made her public debut on the cover of Vanity Fair's October issue, TomKat's kitten has yet to go along for a public outing with her parents.

C'mon! Feed that baby a steak!

TMZ obtained paparazzi footage from Tuesday night where Lindsay was spotted at a 7-11 with her friend, hairstylist Andy LeCompte. While Andy was inside shopping, the paparazzi tried talking to Lindsay. What they got was a stream of almost unintelligible mumbling from what seems like a girl going through a heart break.

"Seriously this is a little much right now... please just leave me alone"

When Lindsay's pal does return and and they drive off, Lindsay flashes her patented peace sign to the paparazzi who exclaim, "You rock!"

Hopefully these Morton blues pass because we can't wait to get our old cursing Lindsay back.
