If you invested in Facebook, here's another reason to unfriend Fbook billionaire Sean Parker -- he's blowing nearly $9 mil to create a temporary backdrop for his wedding.

We've learned Parker -- who made billions with companies like Napster and Facebook -- booked the entire ultra-swank Ventana Inn in Big Sur, CA for the weekend of June 1st to tie the knot with Alexandra Lenas in an over-the-top wedding with a medieval flair.

To realize his vision ... we're told Sean hired a landscaping company to build fake ruins, waterfalls, bridges, ponds and a gated cottage in the resort's surrounding forest -- where he'll say "I do" in a ceremony fit for a king ... or Hobbit.

All the guests will enter through a $600,000 gate, dance on a $350,000 floor, and they better stop and smell the roses ... because Parker's dropping more than $1,000,000 on plants and flowers!

Throw in a bunch more fancy overpriced decorations ... and grand total for the BACKDROP is $8.6 million.

In case you care ... Sean hired the costume designer from "Lord of the Rings" to make threads for his guests ... and like yarmulkes at an Orthodox Jewish temple ... you can't get in without 'em.

Now the kicker ... the entire backdrop will go in the dumpster immediately following the shindig.

Never one to let a little thing like an impending trip to rehab get in her way, Lindsay Lohan descended upon Indio, CA last night with her brother to hit up the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

As TMZ first reported, LiLo has been swearing to friends that despite the numerous temptations Coachella brings ... she plans to stay completely clean throughout the weekend.

The Coachella Music Festival is drawing celebrities to the desert in Indio, California like a hipster journey to Mecca!

Lindsay Lohan is as predictable as a pineapple in a Mai Tai ... she showed up 40 minutes late for her "Scary Movie 5" premiere.

In fact ... she blew in 30 minutes before they rolled up the red carpet.

Her "SM5" and "Anger Management" co-star Charlie Sheen broke away from a few interviews to snap a few pics with the soon-to-be-in-rehab-but-not-until-after-she-goes-to-Coachella starlet.

Lindsay Lohan is going on her yearly pilgrimage to a place where drugs and alcohol are as plentiful as Botox in Bev Hills ... but she SWEARS she'll stay clean.

Lindsay is telling friends ... she doesn't care about all the snipers who are scoffing at the recidivist rehabber -- she says she's not living her life for other people.

LiLo insists she's going for the music and wants to have some fun -- just like last year (above) -- before checking into the rehab facility for a 90-day stay.

Lindsay is also insisting she doesn't have a problem with drugs or alcohol ... leading lots of us to wonder how on earth rehab is going to work. In fact, Michael Lohan told us Thursday on TMZ Live ... he expects his daughter will fail.

Lil Wayne's night in a Miami strip club almost ended with blows -- he and Trick Daddy came dangerously close to a Drake-Chris Brown type brawl ... and TMZ has photos inside the club.

Weezy was chillin' at King of Diamonds last night when, according to sources inside the club, he started to get a bad vibe from Trick Daddy's posse.

We're told Wayne decided to cut the night short, and while walking out with the homie Mack Maine ... a few of TD's boys stepped up and threw a lit cigarette in Wayne's dreads.

Before Wayne could react ... we're told KOD security jumped in between the parties and cooled off the situation.

Also, our sources say at no point were Trick Daddy and Wayne ever face-to-face -- and Trick Daddy was not with his boys when things got heated outside.

King of Diamonds tells TMZ, "It's sad they had to revisit a situation that was Internet beef ... while surrounded by naked girls."

TD's been jawing at Wayne over Twitter ever since he went on a major anti-Miami rant back in February.

We reached out to Weezy and Trick Daddy's camps ... nothing back yet.

8:00 AM PDT: Lindsay's attorney Mark Heller is telling various tabloids that no decision has been made on which rehab facility Lindsay will enter.

Sources connected to the situation tell TMZ ... Heller is not telling the truth. A decision HAS been made, and Lindsay's going to Seafield.

Lindsay Lohan will do rehab 15 minutes from the hottest summer club scene in the country ... problem is, if she tries to escape she's going directly to jail.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Lindsay's lawyer and prosecutors have agreed on a facility where she'll do her 90 days of rehab. It's called Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, NY.

Seafield is NOT a lockdown facility -- something prosecutors and the judge required. But we broke the story ... there's no such thing as a true lockdown rehab joint where people are essentially held hostage.

We've learned prosecutors have modified the plea bargain and have agreed on Seafield. It's an inpatient facility where patients are not supposed to leave, but no one can stop them if they walk out the door.

But here's the reason why Seafield was chosen -- It has 24-hour staff guarding the doors, as well as surveillance cameras and walls. If Lindsay tries to leave, she can't be stopped, but someone would see her and notify authorities. That would trigger a probation violation and the judge would almost certainly throw her butt in jail.

As for the cost ... $4,025 a week. Grand total for 90 days -- $51,750.

One problem. We've learned the facility is not designed for a 90-day stay. The limit is 28 days. An admissions person told TMZ ... they've never had anyone there longer for one stay. But we've learned the administrator has told prosecutors he'd stylize a 90-day program just for Lindsay

One final thing. There are lots of rules. No tobacco, no cell phone, and you can't dress like a slut ...

Lindsay Lohan mixed vodka with rehab -- with a splash of tears -- on David Letterman's show last night.

The most famous defendant since O.J. Simpson says she's taking her impending rehab seriously ... but then -- on camera -- she reached for a coffee cup filled with a mysterious liquid.

Rihanna's gone up in smoke after calling it quits with Chris Brown ... ripping a fat blunt inside a Hollywood nightclub early Monday morning ... and TMZ has the pic.

Sources inside Greystone Manor nightclub tell us, Rihanna arrived around 1am with her assistant and security guard ... and pretty much kept to herself. She left an hour or so later.

As we reported, Rihanna and Chris Brown are officially broken up ... but our sources say it's nothing new for the on-again-off-again couple. We're told they'll be back together in no time.

You might call it a chronic problem.

The mystery blonde who's been accused of destroying Chris Brown's relationship with Rihanna isn't exactly a threat ... because she says she prefers vanilla over chocolate.

22-year-old Keisha Kimball -- a waitress at L.A.'s Playhouse nightclub -- was photographed holding CB's hand last Saturday inside the club ... and now she's being blamed for Chris and Rihanna breaking up.

But Keisha tells TMZ, “I am always Chris’ waitress. I know him and am friends with his friends. Nothing has ever happened. I just work there. In the photos, he was handing me a bottle to drink out of. Of course people are going to twist it another way. I don’t go for black guys."

Keisha -- who says she's not racist ... it's just a dating preference -- adds, "Whatever is going on between Rihanna and Chris Brown is between them. I’m not trying to be a home wrecker."

And get this ... Keisha says CB is normally a great tipper, but last weekend he stiffed her ... in the gratuity department of course.

As for the CB/Rihanna breakup rumors ... our sources say they're true ... but it's nothing out of the ordinary for the on-again-off-again couple.

Jenna Jameson's bday celebrations got off to a rocky start -- the XXX star was arrested for battery Saturday night ... before her shindig even kicked off.

Law enforcement sources tells us ... Jameson was hanging out in the Balboa Peninsula neighborhood of Newport Beach around 8 pm ... when she allegedly battered someone.

We're told the alleged victim put Jameson under citizen's arrest and then flagged down a police officer. The cop arrived and cited Jenna for battery. She was later released.

Jenna was supposed to attend an early birthday party at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim later that night (real bday is April 9). No word if she made it or not.

Lindsay Lohan is trying to live by the adage, "Do what you know," and she knows how to party ... but apparently not well enough to save a good friend.

We're told Lindsay tried to stage an intervention for hotel magnate/BFF Vikram Chatwal, who was arrested at the Ft. Lauderdale Airport for possession of heroin, cocaine, weed and Rx pills.

Chatwal owns the Dream Hotel in NYC, where Lindsay has frequently stayed and partied. We're told Chatwal has comped her when she's there.

Sources say Lindsay tried to return the favor in 2012 by surprising Vikram at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in West Hollywood. The plan was ... when he walked in the room, a bunch of friends and family would be there to express their grave concern over his drug use and partying.

It's unclear why ... but the intervention never took place, and Vikram kept partying, right until he was busted.

Tickle from the reality show "Moonshiners" has learned ... if you're gonna booze alone in your car in front of a mini-mart ... it's gonna cost ya.

TMZ has learned the 35-year-old reality star has paid all of the fines stemming from his public intoxication arrest in Virginia last month ... and it ran him a grand total of $106.

FYI -- the fine itself was only $25 ... but he got stuck with $81 in court costs.

Lindsay Lohan spent her Saturday night in Brazil curled up in her hotel room with a good book and ... ah, who are we kidding???

LiLo hit up another nightclub, this time in the city of Florianopolis, where she showed off her multitasking skills ... taking a turn at the DJ booth while she smoked a cigarette.

It's easy to poke fun, but as TMZ first reported ... she's getting paid low six figures to promote a jeans company (see: her hat and shirt) while in Brazil, so clearly she's doing something right.
