David Foster and Yolanda Hadid's former Malibu estate -- reduced to a scorched lot in last year's Palisades Fire -- has officially sold for big money ... TMZ has learned.

The 3.25-acre ocean view property closed Wednesday for $6.5 million, marking the highest Malibu land sale since the 2025 Palisades wildfire.

Daniel Milstein, who held the listing with Aaron Kirman of Christie's International Real Estate, tells TMZ ... they’re proud to have represented the transaction and set a new record for the highest-priced land sale in Malibu since the fires -- despite a challenging market -- adding the deal shows the resilience of Malibu and Los Angeles as buyers continue to see the potential in prime real estate.

Caroline Schwitzky of "90 Day Fiancé" is still trying to wrap her head around the acquittal of her ex, Cole Goldberg, who had been accused of trying to kill her ... and she feels betrayed by the system.

As you know ... Cole was acquitted of attempted murder last month. Schwitzky accused  Goldberg of attempted murder back in 2022 -- she claimed the two got into a heated argument at the Boca Bash that year after she dumped Goldberg, and accused him of holding her head underwater.

The former reality star announced his candidacy Wednesday morning, and will run his campaign on focused on lowering costs, protecting essential programs, and expanding access to affordable healthcare.

Luke says he relates to the everyday Minnesotan, growing up in a working-class family that sometimes experienced financial hardship -- including reliance on food assistance and Medicaid.

He explains ... "I know what it’s like to worry about putting food on the table or paying the electric bill. I’ve lived the challenges so many families in this district are facing right now. I’m running for Congress to make sure no one is forgotten and to fight for an economy and healthcare system that actually works for us."
