Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Cardi was having a bad night, just like anyone else has from time to time -- adding while the show doesn't condone such behavior, nobody's holding any grudges and she's still welcome to return.

That’s a pretty big olive branch, considering Cardi's alleged behavior after catching "Weekend Update" anchors joking about Nicki’s recent MAGA ties -- as Cardi was gearing up for her Jan. 31 music guest spot.

A California man was taken into custody Tuesday night following an hours-long standoff with deputies ... when cops were called to the house after his roommates reported him for allegedly poisoning their food.

Watch the video ... a man wearing a gas mask and gloves is spraying down an entire kitchen with a substance from an aerosol can. The man's roommates thought to review the footage when they started feeling sick, and doctors couldn't tell them what was wrong.

KTTV reports the suspect's married roommates say they caught him on surveillance video spraying an unknown substance on their groceries and other kitchen items ... citing multiple instances of him dousing fruit, vegetables, canned goods, snacks and even their coffee pot with some kind of foreign liquid.

Aaron Carter’s mom is embroiled in a legal battle with the late pop star’s ex-fiancée, Melanie Martin, over what she claims are "illegal withdrawals" from his accounts ... TMZ has learned.

Jane Schneck filed court docs opposing the final accounting for Aaron’s estate. She said she had various issues with the accounting report submitted by the court-appointed estate administrator.

In her filing, Jane said she believed Aaron’s name, image and likeness were worth more than listed. Aaron died on November 5, 2022.
