Sources tell TMZ the house fire call came in at 11:23 PM on Saturday night -- and six fire trucks and two ambulances responded. It's unclear if Kat was home at the time. We're told it took 30 minutes to extinguish the flames.

Kat tweeted the heartbreaking news about Valentine early this morning, saying, "my house burned down last night with my cat inside."

Kat later tweeted a picture of her charred home (above left) saying, "In order to gain everything, you must lose everything" -- followed by a pic of her cat (right) with the text "R.I.P. My little Valentine."

According to a statement from his family, Dino -- grandfather to "Food Network" star Giada De Laurentiis -- was surrounded by loved ones when he died.

The band posted a message on their website saying, "There were statues of a gargoyle as well as a Buddah that were placed at Paul’s grave by his friends and family that were taken."

The band is now asking for help from their fans -- saying, "We ask that whoever did this please return the items no questions asked. If anyone has any information about the stolen items please let us know."

According to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, Julien's body was found in such an extremely remote area of the San Bernardino National Forest that detectives had to call in a helicopter to remove the body.

Although they located Julien's body yesterday afternoon -- deputies were not able to recover the corpse until 10AM today.

At the end of last night's episode of the Discovery reality show viewers were told Hughes died in May due to complications from a fatal injury at his home in Kansas.

TMZ confirmed with Valley Center PD ... on May 14 they responded to a suicide call at Hughes' home. According to the police report, officers concluded Matt, who was still breathing, was drinking before the suicide attempt.

We're told Matt was taken to a local hospital -- but passed away 13 days later. The Medical Examiner's report lists "Hanging" as the cause of death.

Harris tells TMZ, "My whole heart goes out to [the Hug family] today as they mourn a precious life that ended far too soon."

She continues, "It’s very difficult to find the words to express my condolences, but I will always remember Julien’s gentle demeanor and kind heart, which will be sadly missed.”

The body of Julien Hug, a 35-year-old restaurateur from San Diego who was eliminated in the season's second episode, was found yesterday at 11:00 A.M. in a remote area near Pinyon Pines -- and according to local reports, it's an area one would have to "hike into."

We're told Pat and Vanna each said some kind words about the 78-year-old TV veteran -- and gave an intro to a montage honoring their friend as well ... and it's all set to air during Friday's episode.

The 32-year-old was found by a hotel employee around 10:00 this morning.

According to reports, Irons had planned to travel back to his home in Hawaii -- but fell ill and that's why he booked his room in Dallas.

The local medical examiner tells us an official cause of death has not been determined.

The Irons family has released a statement saying, "[Andy] had reportedly been battling with dengue fever, a viral disease."

Stefan Porwoll -- the manager at the Oberhausen Sea Life Center, where Paul lived -- said Paul "appears to have passed away peacefully during the night, of natural causes."

Paul rose to international fame this summer when he correctly predicted all seven of Germany's World Cup matches -- as well as the final between Spain and the Netherlands. Paul picked the winners by choosing between two food containers that had the competing teams' flags attached to them.

He was two years old.

A rep for the Bosleys tells TMZ Tom "died of natural causes or specifically, from a brief battle with lung cancer."

The rep adds, "In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society."

He was 83 years old.

Winkler tells us, "I saw him before I ever got to Hollywood on Broadway, and he was great. And then I got to act with him for 10 years and he was great. Tom Bosley was our mentor. He was a true artist ... a great husband, and a fabulous father and grandfather. He will be sorely missed, but never forgotten."

Baio adds, "He was a good man who taught me a lot about the business and business itself. He was a professional guy ... I'm sad."

UPDATE: Ron Howard tells TMZ, "I'm so saddened by the loss of our wonderful Tom Bosley. Remarkable on so many levels, Tom's insight, talent, strength of character and comic timing made him a vital central figure in the Happy Days experience."
