Chyna Autopsy Toxic Cocktail of Rx Pills and Booze
WWE legend Chyna had traces of multiple prescription drugs in her system -- including oxycodone and Valium -- along with alcohol when she died ... this according to the autopsy report obtained by TMZ Sports.
The L.A. County Coroner report shows Chyna had the following in her system when she was found on April 20:
-- Oxycodone, Oxymorphone (painkillers)
-- Valium (anti-anxiety)
-- Nordiazepam (muscle relaxer)
-- Temazepam (sleeping pill)
The coroner says there was also ethanol in her system.
When officials found Chyna, she was lying on the right side of her bed in her Redondo Beach apartment ... and there was a "bloody purge on the pillow underneath her face."
Officials say the also found multiple loose pills in Chyna's home -- along with a couple of pipes and a grinder.
A family member told the coroner that Chyna was an alcoholic and "drank cheap wine" and was addicted to Rx pills.
Chyna was 46.

She also says paramedics are going to need containers for needles. As we've reported ... it appears the "16 and Pregnant" star died of an overdose. She'd battled drug addiction for many years.

Valerie Fairman was desperately trying to get clean for years before she died from a suspected overdose ... according to her mother.
Valerie's mom, Janice Fairman, tells TMZ her daughter checked into 5 different rehab treatment facilities over the last 5 years, but she fell off the wagon every time. She says the last time was just a few months ago ... after Valerie had served time in prison for a probation violation.
Janice tells us she last spoke with Valerie a week and a half ago, and while they didn't discuss her sobriety, Janice says Valerie sounded "way up" and "very good."
As we reported ... Valerie died Wednesday while visiting a friend Pennsylvania. Janice says she does not know the friend.

'16 and Pregnant' Star Valerie Fairman Dead of Presumed Overdose
Valerie Fairman -- the 23-year-old star from the reality show "16 and Pregnant" -- has died and her family tells TMZ it appears to be an overdose.
Valerie's mom tells us she was at a friend's home in Coatesville, Pennsylvania Wednesday when the friend repeatedly called for Valerie, who was in the bathroom, but she did not come out. We're told the friend broke down the door and found her unresponsive.
The coroner is conducting toxicology tests to determine the exact cause of death but we're told it appears to be an OD.
Valerie's child, 7-year-old Nevaeh, is currently with her mom.
As for Valerie, she has been arrested a number of times. The charges include prostitution and, just last week she was busted for resisting arrest and providing false ID to law enforcement. She attempted to run from cops, who subdued her.

The hammer allegedly used to murder Lisa Marie Naegle -- along with her blood-soaked clothes -- has been recovered by cops ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
TMZ broke the story ... Jackie Jerome Rogers confessed to cops he bludgeoned Lisa Marie to death by hitting her 7 times in the head with a hammer early Sunday morning.
Rogers told cops where he hid the hammer, buried the body and ditched other evidence. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops recovered the murder weapon and some of Lisa Marie's bloody clothing.
And there's this bizarre twist ... law enforcement tells us Rogers wiped Lisa Marie's body clean before burying it in his backyard. Our sources say he told cops he freaked out when he saw all the blood on her body and figured by cleaning it he would be sanitizing the crime scene.
Rogers' SUV also was impounded and detectives are searching for evidence. As we reported, surveillance video shows Lisa Marie getting into Rogers' vehicle just hours before she was killed. We're told they went to a Jack In the Box and she told him she was ending their affair and going back to her husband. One law enforcement source says he may have killed her in the SUV.

Alan Thicke died of a "ruptured aorta" -- a massive tear in the body's largest artery -- according to his death certificate.
According to the official doc ... doctors desperately tried to save Alan's life by performing a median sternotomy -- it's a surgical procedure where doctors literally crack open the sternum to open up the area around the heart and lungs so they can operate.
Alan was stricken with the heart attack at around 11:15 AM last week. He died 3 hours later in surgery at Providence St. Joseph's Medical Center in Burbank. Time of death was listed at 2:14 PM.
TMZ broke the story ... Alan died of a heart attack last week while he was playing hockey with his 19-year-old son, Carter. He was transported to Providence St. Joseph's Medical Center and died there.

Our sources say Gabor's home was listed for $14.9 million, and sold to a commercial real estate mogul who plans to renovate it, or possibly tear it down.
Zsa Zsa's mansion was the setting for HBO's Liberace biopic, "Behind the Candelabra" in 2013, and was reportedly once home to Elvis Presley and Howard Hughes.

Zsa Zsa Gabor, the Hungarian beauty who some called the OG Kim Kardashian, is dead just shy of 100 years old ... TMZ has learned.
We've learned Gabor died Sunday after suffering a heart attack. She was rushed to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Zsa Zsa endured a number of health problems in the last several years. Her right leg had to be partially amputated in 2011 after it got infected. Her husband, Frederic Prinz Von Anhalt, held birthday parties for Gabor the last few years, but she was so sick visitors were not allowed in her bedroom.
Zsa Zsa and her younger sister, Eva, were socialites in Beverly Hills for decades. Zsa Zsa had nearly 80 tv and film acting credits, but most often she played herself.
She was married to Conrad Hilton, Paris Hilton's great grandfather, from 1942-1947.
Inventor of Heimlich Maneuver Dead At 96
Dr. Henry Heimlich, the man behind an anti-choking maneuver that's undoubtedly saved thousands of lives has died.
According to local reports, Heimlich -- inventor of the Heimlich Maneuver -- passed away just after midnight Friday in a Cincinatti, OH care facility. His family released a statement saying, "Dad was a hero to many people around the world for a simple reason: He helped save untold numbers of lives through the innovation of common-sense procedures and devices."
Heimlich's maneuver was used by a few celebs over the years ... Ralphie May put it to work to save a choking baby in June, and Clint Eastwood did the same at a golf tournament in 2014.
Dr. Heimlich was 96 ... feelin' choked up yet?

The "Ghost Adventures" star tells TMZ he scored the seat for around $15k ... and plans to put it in his Las Vegas Haunted Museum, along with Dr. Kevorkian's van and his body part cauldron.
Zak also wants Dr. Murray to come to Vegas and talk about the chair in person -- and considering the good doc's history with strip clubs -- that might not be out of the question.

Olympian Tyson Gay Man Indicted For Murder ... In Daughter's Death
A grand jury has indicted three men in connection with a shooting that killed Olympic sprinter Tyson Gay's daughter back in October.
As we previously reported, 15-year-old Trinity Gay was killed during a shoot-out between 2 cars in a Lexington, KY restaurant parking lot. Officials say Gay was struck by a stray bullet.
According to Lexington PD, Chazerae M. Taylor was indicted on 1 count of wanton murder and 4 counts of wanton endangerment. Lamonte Williams and D'Markeo Taylor were also charged with wanton endangerment.
A fourth suspect is still in jail on a wanton endangerment charge.
