Someone's doing drugs in the Mexico house where Johnny Manziel is staying ... but the QB swears it's not his stuff and further says he's going stone-cold sober ... in a few days.

Check out this picture posted by a woman staying in the house ... holding several bags of what appear to be drugs. She doesn't say whose drugs and does not even insinuate they're tied to Johnny.

We spoke with Manziel who was adamant they are NOT his drugs ... period.

"They're absolutely not mine. I don't even know that girl."

Here's what we do know ... Manziel is staying in the insanely expensive Cabo mansion with 20 people, not all of whom he knows.

For his part, Manziel tells TMZ Sports he's NOT doing any drugs in Mexico and says he's going completely sober starting July 1st ... no booze, eating right and training like crazy.

Manziel has said he's determined to make a comeback to the NFL -- and tells us he's finally ready to get back to work ... right after one last turn up.

Anyone hoping to see Dwyane Wade, LeBron James & Chris Paul back on the banana boat is in luck ... kinda ... 'cause the most bromantic moment in NBA history is officially a Snapchat filter.

The guys are all back on vacation -- we're not sure where, but it's nice -- and Wade took to Snapchat to document the festivities using a mini cartoon picture of the guys' famous ride.

Check out the vid -- You can tell it's still the beginning of the trip ... but everyone looks like they're ready to turn up, expect for LeBron ... who's obviously a little tired from carrying an entire city on his back.

Disney has lifted the ban on its beaches 8 days after the deadly alligator attack ... and is employing a new security protocol to avoid another death.

We're told in addition to the fences and warning signs ... Disney is now going to staff employees at their resort beaches to watch over guests and make sure they stay out of the water.

Furthermore ... the beaches will only be accessible during the day and must be cleared an hour before sunset.

As we previously reported ... Disney closed beach access after 2-year-old Lane Graves was attacked and killed.

Even Tony Stark would be jealous of the rental Gwyneth "Pepper Potts" Paltrow had this week in Cannes.

Gwyn hit the French Riviera for the Cannes Lions festival, and while celebs usually stay in swanky hotels -- she opted for a 7 bedroom, 7 bath villa through Airbnb.

Selma Blair was the picture of serenity over the weekend ... just a day or so before she ended up being carried off a jet on a stretcher.

TMZ broke the story ... Selma went off the rails on a Delta flight from Cancun to L.A. Monday, screaming incoherently. The pilot radioed ahead that she had mixed alcohol and meds. When the plane landed she was taken to a nearby hospital.

Stephan and Brad were surfing Wednesday on Carolina Beach when they heard the boys -- ages 12 to 15 -- screaming for help and struggling to get out of a rip current that had sucked them about 100 yards out to sea.

We're told the bandmates paddled to the boys, then let them rest on their surfboards ... before padding safely back to shore.

The band's manager, Luke McNees, tells us ... other than being winded and really scared, the boys were fine and grateful. Look out, Zac Efron and Dwayne Johnson.
