Shakespeare penned the phrase "All the world's a stage" almost 400 years before the creation of reality television ... but it couldn't more perfectly describe the Kardashian clan's latest trip to NYC.

Odom's rep Eve Sarkisyan tells TMZ, "Kris Jenner now manages Lamar Odom. He has asked her to manage him off the court a few months ago."

We're told the twosome already smell profit -- according to his rep, "Their first project together would be his and Khloe's fragrance which is set to launch next year."

We're told Kris' other responsibilities include organizing Lamar's paid appearances, setting up endorsement deals, and handling any other personal marketing activities.

As you can see in the pics, Kim was covered in liquid after a jealous woman fired the drink -- but stayed calm. However, her sister's baby daddy, Scott Disick, was PISSED -- and had to be restrained.

As TMZ first reported, the incident all went down after Kim took a photo with a male fan ... and the fan's girlfriend flipped out.

We're told no one was injured in the melee ... and the Kardashian clan was able to leave the establishment right after the ruckus.

The Kardashian clan was at Juliet last night, when a male fan asked for a pic with Kim. His girlfriend flew off the handle and threw a drink at Kim.

Scott Disick and Khloe jumped into the fracas and in the scuffle, Khloe's ring flew off and skidded across the floor. Our spies inside the club say Khloe literally dove across the floor to retrieve it ... which she eventually did.

Our video shows the Kardashians leaving the club, covering their faces, as they beat a hasty retreat.

One is often seen in small harems or large herds.

filed in federal court, D.J. Goodson claims he was forced to watch "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" and "Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami." Punishment for bad behavior, perhaps?

Goodson says he developed "extreme emotional distress due to their outrageousness of actions."

TMZ has learned Montana Fishburne is starring in a porno flick for Vivid Entertainment -- explaining, "I've watched how successful Kim Kardashian became and I think a lot of it was due to the release of her sex tape."

Unlike the celeb she admires -- Montana, who also goes by the name "Chippy D," is not arguing that her tape was stolen or obtained illegally.

We're told the flick is set to be released in August.

Kim Kardashian's security team allegedly attacked a paparazzi and the kops are now on the kase ... so says a source konnected to the Kardashians.

We're told as Kim, Kourtney and her baby got out of a car yesterday in Miami, the photog allegedly got way too close and Kim's security took care of business.

Our sources say last night cops came to the hotel room where Kim is staying, knocked at the door and asked to speak with her security people. The cops questioned the bodyguards and left.

We're told the photog filed a police report and wants to press charges.

Kourtney Kardashian is selling her home in a gated community in Calabasas. The three bedroom, three bathroom condo features a refrigerated wine closet and a private yard with a covered patio ... all for just under $800,000.

We're told Kourtney and baby daddy Scott Disick are looking for a bigger place since they have the baby now.
