We're told honchos at club 230 Fifth were asked to sign a confidentiality agreement because producers wanted to shoot inside the venue. But the club people didn't play ball after reading one interesting clause in the contract.

According to the docs, anyone who leaks any information about the show must pay producers $1,000,000 "per breach."

A family member tells us ... doctors made the decision to remove Rob's appendix after his mom Kris took him to an L.A. hospital.

We're told Rob had been in pain all day long ... and his sister Kim had been taking care of him at his home ... until the pain became unbearable.

The Revenue Resource Group, LLC filed a lawsuit in Fresno, CA claiming the Kardashians breached their contract when they pulled out of a deal to be the faces of a controversial MasterCard-approved prepaid debit card.

As we previously reported, the K-ladies claimed they quit the deal because they had no idea the card was loaded with hidden, possibly illegal fees ... fees that caused the Attorney General of Connecticut to open an investigation into the card.

Revenue Resource Group claims the sisters signed a two-year deal that they should have honored -- and since the fam backed out, RRG has been crushed by a wave of bad publicity.

RRG wants the women to fork over more than $75 mil to make things right.

Multiple photogs -- not ours -- were shooting Disick and baby Mason, when Scott turned to one snapper and said, "How close can you get?? ... stand back, you f**king idiot."

Seconds later, Disick snaps -- charging towards the photog screaming, "Don't get that f**king close to me!!!"

Moments later, Disick calms down and tries to explain himself ... saying, "I mean he's this f**king close to my kid man."

One is wearing too much makeup.

Our sources ... who have access to the financials ... tells us the store has been moving $50,000 in merchandise a day since it opened on November 3. On Black Friday ... receipts swelled to more than $100,000.

We're told the boutique could actually be making more money, but the sisters K keep running out of merchandise. In fact, we're told the store instantly hit the $50,000 mark on the day it opened and has maintained that average.

Kourtney and Mason were transported to a nearby hospital -- while baby daddy Scott Disick followed in his car -- after Mason consumed some PB and "didn't react well to it."

We're told Kourtney placed the call to 911 and paramedics insisted that the baby should be taken to the hospital for further evaluation.

Kourtney announced earlier this week she'll be filming a guest role on the soap "One Life to Live" ... and sources tell us she'll play a sexy attorney who develops a love/hate relationship with a "dark-haired guy" on the show.

Sources tell TMZ Dina is hoping to set up a meeting of the matriarchs while she's in town visiting Lindsay in Betty Ford. We're told Dina plans on being in L.A. for about a week and would love to pick Kris' brain about how the Kardashian girls managed to do so well in the media spotlight ... while Lindsay has not.

Our sources say Lindsay and Kim had become close before Lindsay went to jail -- the two of them even met up while Lindsay was in NY visiting family back in September.
