Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna will be married within a year in front of the entire Kardashian family, or that's at least plan A for the couple ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the couple tell us BC and Rob don't want a long, drawn out engagement -- so they're already talking about ceremony ideas, and even a guest list. We're told they're certain they want Rob's family to be there.

That's an impressive olive branch since, as we told you ... Kris Jenner and Rob's sisters aren't sold the engagement's even real.

As for where they do it -- a quickie wedding makes ya think Las Vegas, and chapels are drooling at the possibility of corralling Rob and his famous fam. Reps at the Little Vegas Chapel are offering "Blac Rob" ... 2 Elvises, 2 showgirls and a pink Caddy convertible for pick up and drop off.

Meanwhile, the Little White Wedding Chapel -- where Britney Spears once married (briefly) -- is aiming high with a helicopter ceremony above the strip. They'll even throw in ground transport with a 14-seat Hummer for the whole family, if they RSVP.

Kanye West is clearly conflicted over Rob Kardashian's engagement to Blac Chyna, but he's stickin' by him because he's family.

'Ye touched down at LAX Friday sporting his famous grin ... and when asked if the Kardashian Klan supported ChyRo, it was all love ... at least for Rob.

Shanna Moakler got the hell outta L.A.'s new celebrity mecca, but she left with a bag full of cash after unloading her huge home for a huge profit.

Khloe Kardashian's done shooting her talk show ... FYI Network has shut down production of "Kocktails with Khloe" less than 3 months into its run.

Productions sources tell us the official announcement from the network was the show is on "indefinite hold" ... but that's just TV talk -- truth is, the show is dunzo. As for who decided to pull the plug? Both sides were unhappy.

We're told Khloe wanted to focus on her "other jobs" and had no interest in shooting the next season. Network execs could tell she'd "checked out" and weren't happy about it.

There are several episodes in the can which will still air. We're told the finale will feature Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend.

The Kardashian family is offended Rob never gave them a heads-up before getting engaged, but they're not that upset, because they think he's just a serial proposer and this one won't stick ... and we're getting this from sources connected with Rob himself.

We're told the Kardashians have heard Rob proclaim his undying love many times before. Our sources say the Kardashians have heard Rob gushing about former GFs Rita Ora and Adrienne Bailon -- and even told his family he proposed to both.

We should say ... we never heard a word about Rob being engaged to either Rita or Adrienne -- and it may not be true -- but we're told that's what he conveyed to his family.

We're told the feeling is that Rob just gets smitten and goes from first date to bended knee at warp speed, and it never works out.

As for Rob's point of view, as happy as he seems with Blac Chyna, we're told he feels resentment toward his family, and that they have not fully embraced his new relationship.

Tyga just broke ranks with Kylie Jenner and the fam ... by speaking out, and giving Rob Kardashian and baby mama Blac Chyna props on their engagement.

Tyga says, "It makes me happy to see the mother of my son happy. My only concern in this situation is my son." Kylie's BF is the first person even remotely close to Kris Jenner or her daughters to say a word about Rob and Chyna's big news.

Tyga -- who took off for Vail with the rest of the family on Monday -- added, "Everybody deserves 2 be happy."

Rob Kardashian blindsided his family ... not giving them a heads up or even a hint about his engagement.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, Rob went to great lengths to keep Kim and company in the dark. We're told the proposal was "aggressively on the QT."

Our sources say Rob timed the proposal to go down when the family was away. The klan flew to Vail hours before he popped the question to Blac Chyna.

If Rob Kardashian's family doesn't want to congratulate him on locking down Blac Chyna ... it's all good, 'cause the DJ at his fave strip club's got it handled.

The DJ at Ace of Diamonds strip club shouted out the newly engaged couple on Monday night. Our sources say someone on Chyna's team whispered in the DJ's ear ... and he decided to share with the club.

The melee that erupted around Kylie Jenner -- between a defensive grandfather and photogs -- was fueled by alcohol ... according to the grandpa's family.

We spoke to the mother of one of the 3 girls who were waiting for Kylie outside The Nice Guy Saturday night ... when the girls' grandfather opened a can of whoopass on the paps.

Sporting overalls and a cig hanging out of his mouth -- gramps looked like he was straight out of central casting, but his daughter says the fight wasn't an attempt to grab the spotlight ... it's just that he was drunk.

The mother, who wants to remain anonymous, tells us grandpa had a few drinks before going out, and then some more at a bar in Hollywood. She says the family had gone to The Nice Guy specifically to see KJ, because her 11-year-old daughter and her 2 friends are obsessed.

She says the girls are now grounded from following Kylie because she doesn't want people thinking they're stalkers. As for grandpa -- she insists he's normally a "warm, caring man."

Khloe Kardashian wants to divorce Lamar Odom and move on with her life ... but feels if she pulls that legal trigger ... Lamar could die.

Sources close to Khloe tell us the recent revelation Lamar is drinking again confirms her fear -- that it's futile to keep trying to get him into addiction treatment.

We're told Khloe wants to make their never ending divorce final ... but feels a "tremendous amount of guilt" for how Lamar will react once she's out of his life.

Our sources say Lamar remains adamant he doesn't need rehab and the drinking is just him trying to lead a normal life, but Khloe and her family think they know how this movie ends 'cause they've seen it too many times before.

Kylie Jenner finally gave three young girls the selfies they'd been dying to get -- a totally sweet moment -- and then their grandfather got into a melee with photogs capturing that moment. So sweet.

Kylie was rushing out of The Nice Guy when the girls popped up and took their shot, and this time KJ obliged. But check out the video, 'cause the girls had their own protection this time.

After what went down at Craig's last week, it looks like grandpa -- the guy in overalls -- wasn't gonna let his little angels get shoved around. The brawl is insane, and gramps was the one who refused to cool down!

Kylie Jenner's not gonna put up with any screaming little kids, even if they are her loyal fans ... as 3 girls learned the hard way.

Kylie got the usual Kardashian-Jenner treatment at Craig's on Thursday night -- swarmed by paparazzi and fans. It happens every time, and Kylie's gotta know that at this point.

Still, watch her reaction when 3 persistent girls tried to get her photo, an autograph, a lock of hair ... something! KJ was NOT having it.

To the little girl ... at least she looked you right in the eye, right?
