We just got hold of a lawsuit filed against Rihanna today.

Christian Moeller is suing over some property, claiming Rihanna has been trampling all over his property.

Moeller is a professor of design and media art at UCLA. Moeller has created spaces for the W Hotel in Hollywood.

Here's what happened. Rihanna rents a home owned by Stephen Yacobian, whose house is next door to Moeller's. Moeller gave Yacobian an easement -- the right to drive cars on a portion of Moeller's property.

But two years ago, Yacobian renovated the property and the easement wasn't really being used. To make matters a lot worse, since Rihanna moved in she's been allowing cars to drive on Moeller's lawn to get to her driveway... and the suit claims sometimes the cars just sit there on the lawn.

So Moeller wants the easement eliminated. As for Rihanna, Moeller is suing her for allowing people and cars to trespass on his property.

Lindsay Lohan is wanted for questioning in connection with a jewel heist -- and an expensive one at that.

Scotland Yard is investigating the disappearance of around $500,000 worth of jewels -- earrings and a necklace -- that went missing after an Elle magazine shoot ... and guess who was front and center for the shoot? Our freckle-faced friend.

Scotland Yard wants to question LiLo ...but they're quick to add others are being investigated as well.

It's not a guess ... it's not wishful thinking ... she actually confirmed it with her own two perfectly shaped lips.

Chastity Bono, civil rights advocate, journalist, author and musician, is in the early stages of changing his gender -- transitioning from female to male, TMZ has learned.

Bono, the child of legendary entertainers Sonny and Cher, began the process earlier this year, shortly after his 40th birthday.

"Yes, it's true -- Chaz, after many years of consideration, has made the courageous decision to honor his true identity," confirmed Bono's publicist, Howard Bragman.

"He is proud of his decision and grateful for the support and respect that has already been shown by his loved ones. It is Chaz's hope that his choice to transition will open the hearts and minds of the public regarding this issue, just as his 'coming out' did nearly 20 years ago.

We ask that the media respect Chaz's privacy during this long process as he will not be doing any interviews at this time."

TMZ obtained a copy of Tyson's State of Nevada Marriage Certificate -- which made the intimate ceremony at the Las Vegas Hilton official. Tyson and Lahika Spicer tied the knot without the presence of invited guests.

We've learned Brandy has just reached a settlement with the kids whose mother died in the singer's 2006 car crash.

Awatef Aboudihaj's two children will receive a total of $600,000 -- $300,000 each -- according to court documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court moments ago.

Aboudihaj died in 2006 after her car was struck by Brandy's Range Rover near the interchange of the 405 and 101 freeways in Los Angeles.

We've learned the oldest daughter of Billy Bob Thornton has been charged with child neglect in the death of a 1-year-old she was babysitting.

Amanda Brumfield told cops the child died in October after falling from her playpen, but a spokesman for the Ocoee Police Department said Amanda Brumfield's story didn't add up.

An autopsy determined the child suffered a fractured skull and a subdural hematoma due to blunt trauma.

Brumfield told police that after the baby had fallen, she discovered her tongue bleeding, so Brumfield cleaned it with a paper towel. She then says she began playing with the child, feeding her bananas and fruit snacks, and said she was "happy" and playful.

Brumfield then said she laid the child on the couch next to her and fell asleep. She says was awoken sometime later by the phone and decided to take the child back to the playpen. When she lifted her, Brumfield told cops she discovered her body was limp.

According to police, the call for help didn't come until two and a half hours after the original fall.

Brumfield is Thornton's child with his first wife, Melissa Gatlin.

Hudson had a baby shower this weekend, two papers in Chicago are reporting, citing sources close to the family. The Oscar winner is reportedly seven months pregnant and is engaged to reality TV star/wrestler David Otunga.

No word yet on the sex of the baby.

Calls to Hudson's camp were not immediately returned.

While talking to Jay Leno, the conservative Catholic actually took the blame for his split from his wife of 28 years, saying "I did a pretty good hatchet job on my marriage myself ... put it here."

No, really -- don't call it a comeback.

Amy Winehouse just -- quite predictably -- canceled her comeback show in London. She was scheduled to perform at the Shepherd's Bush Empire on May 31.

Amy's management released a statement apologizing to anyone who bought tickets for the show. No apology needed though -- they should have known what they were getting into when they bought the tickets in the first place.

Lock up your puppies -- Michael Vick is out of prison.

Vick left prison early this morning and is on his way to his home in Hampton, Va. where he will serve the final two months of his federal sentence on house arrest.

His release was shrouded in secrecy over concerns for his safety.

A former bodyguard for Britney Spears just filed a lawsuit against her, saying he sustained physical injuries while working at her old digs at the Summit in Los Angeles.

According to the docs, Kerry Vine says Spears "negligently operated her home and business thereby causing injuries to [him]" and says the security firm he worked for forced him to perform duties that put him in harm's way.

UPDATE 7:10 PT ET Get this!!! A source involved in the situation tells us ... Vine worked at Britney's home a grand total of 3 days. On the last day he volunteered to move a small table with a few other guys. He called in sick the next day, complaining of shoulder pain.

He's been on worker's comp, we're told, ever since, and he moved the table a year ago!

The restaurant Justin Timberlake helped open in NY has just been hit with a sexual harassment suit, after a former employee claims JT's business partners forced her to watch porn to the point she broke into tears.

In the suit, obtained by the NY Daily News, Alison McDaniel alleges "vile" acts courtesy of Southern Hospitality. McDaniel says she was spit on and called numerous expletives.

McDaniel claims Justin's business partners -- Eytan Sugarman and Ronnie Kaplan -- made her watch "pornography while in a locked room... and made fun of her when she began crying."

The suit claims Alison was fired after complaining.

Justin, along with Sugarman and Kaplan and Trace Ayala, are all named as defendants.

UPDATE: Justin's people just send us this comment: "While Justin and Trace Ayala continue their friendship with Eytan Sugarman who owns Southern Hospitality, they are not investors, owners, or partners, nor do they have any knowledge of or involvement in the operations of the restaurant."

Butler has been charged with misdemeanor criminal battery in connection with a run-in with a photog on October 7, 2008. At 2 AM, after a premiere party for "RockNRolla," Butler left Crown Bar in a limo and allegedly popped a papper in the lips three or four times. The L.A. City Attorney filed the charge yesterday.

Butler's reps have said the papper had stalked the star, and chased people through the streets. The rep claims the papper almost killed a pedestrian.

If convicted, Butler could face up to 6 months in jail.

Butler is due in court for an arraignment on June 10.

Butler's lawyer, Blair Berk, declined comment.

Rihanna's camp is firing off the first response to nude pictures, allegedly of Rihanna, that hit the internet today.

TMZ has learned the legal department at Island Def Jam Music Group, RiRi's label, sent a letter to at least one website that published the photos. The letter refers to "unauthorized photos purported to be...Rihanna," demands that the photos be removed from the site, and calls the photos a violation of "the Artist's rights."

It's not clear whether Rihanna really is the woman in the buff because you can't see her face in the nude shots. She is clearly pictured in two fully clothed pics.
