Meryl Streep and Martin Short seemingly aren't ready to walk their situationship down the runway ... leaving an iconic L.A. hotspot separately late Thursday night.

We're told the two stars left the Chateau Marmont around 11 PM PT ... but they didn't walk out hand in hand -- they walked out when the hands of the clock looked different.

Check it out ... Meryl drove her car away from the venue, alone, while Martin flashed a grin for the cameras as he walked out.

'90210' star Ian Ziering is firing back at the motorbike rider who sued him over a 2023 assault in Los Angeles ... claiming the alleged gang member should be in jail, not suing him ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Ian asked a court to throw out claims in the suit brought by Jacob Hernandez over the violent incident on Hollywood Blvd.

Ian says he was driving with his 11-year-old daughter when a group of men driving minibikes drove up. He says he believed they had hit his car, and he confronted them ... which led to a physical fight.

"All My Children" star Cameron Mathison and Vanessa Mathison are making their split officially official ... because the longtime couple has filed for legal separation.

TMZ has learned the former couple jointly filed a petition in court earlier this week -- nearly two years after publicly announcing they were breaking up.

The filing, obtained by TMZ, states the "General Hospital" actor and Vanessa are seeking a legal separation rather than a divorce for now. The pair also made it clear they're handling things together ... filing the petition jointly and indicating they either already agree -- or plan to agree -- on issues like property division, support and attorneys' fees.

9:40 AM PT -- Justin Baldoni's attorney Bryan Freedman tells TMZ ... “Let’s be clear, this is a win and total victory for the Wayfarer parties. The court had already dismissed 10 of Ms. Lively’s 13 claims, including every sexual harassment claim, every defamation claim, and all claims against the individual defendants. Ms. Lively voluntarily dismissed the rest. In our view, they settled because they knew they were going to lose in court. All that remains is a pending request for fees based on a very narrow issue that has been with the court since September 2025.” 

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's "It Ends With Us" legal war isn't over yet, after all ... she just filed docs seeking money from him under a California law, and Justin's already agreed to abide by whatever the judge decides on the matter.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Blake's attorneys say part of the settlement they hammered out this week, allows her to keep alive one remaining claim against Baldoni and co. for having filed a defamation suit against her.

Remember ... Baldoni filed that suit after Blake filed her sexual harassment complaint against him. In the new docs, her lawyers say California law entitles her to attorneys' fees, and compensatory and punitive damages.

Ultimately, the judge dismissed Justin's defamation suit, which allowed her to use the Cali law to seek these damages. There won't be a jury trial, though ... the judge will decide whether, and how much, Justin's side has to pay.

Jaime Pressly is making a bold move into the creator space ... launching an OnlyFans and joining a growing list of Hollywood names taking their content straight to fans, TMZ has learned.

The "My Name Is Earl" star tells TMZ the decision is all about staying current and keeping creative control. "I've always believed in evolving with the times. This is another way for me to connect directly with my audience, on my own terms, with creativity and intention," Pressly tells us.

Pressly says her experiences meeting fans at conventions played a big role in the shift toward a more direct platform. "I've loved meeting fans at various comic-cons and the excitement of having those real face to face moments made me want to seek options like OnlyFans," she says.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Drew Sidora says her home is close to being sent into foreclosure due to her estranged husband Ralph Pittman falling behind on mortgage payments ... TMZ has learned. Ralph adamantly denies the claim.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Drew asked the court to find Ralph in contempt of court. She claims he's failed to make the monthly home payments, despite a court order.

Drew alleges Ralph now has a past-due balance of $25,251.07 on the mortgage, adding his failure to pay was "intentional and willful." She says Ralph has shown no respect for the court order and wants the judge to fine him $1K as punishment for his behavior.
