Rob Kardashian NOT A DADDY!
Rob Kardashian is NOT a daddy ... he's intentionally punked the media by tweeting out some not-so-cryptic hints he's a father and then watching the lies spiral out of control online.
Sources VERY close to Rob tell TMZ ... Rob was testing the media Thursday night by tweeting, "Was with my baby mama tonight." In July, he tweeted, "Happy I got my Son with me for the 4th tomorrow."
Various outlets immediately took the bait, but here's the thing ... there is no baby mama and no baby.
It's an interesting strategy ... Rob's been taking heat for his weight and substance abuse. Not a bad diversionary tactic.

Rihanna Slams CBS for Pulling Her from Ravens Game
7:53 AM PT -- CBS released a statement saying they will NOT use Rihanna's performance going forward, saying, "Beginning this Thursday, we will be moving in a different direction with some elements of our Thursday Night Football open. We will be using our newly created Thursday Night Football theme music to open our game broadcast."
It took a few days, but Rihanna is finally lashing out about CBS' decision to yank her musical opening from "Thursday Night Football" last week and air it this week instead ... and let's just say she's not happy.
With the Ray Rice scandal still fresh, and the Ravens set to play the Steelers, CBS opted not to run a taped musical segment featuring Rihanna ... seeing as she had been the victim of high-profile domestic violence.
But with the segment now set to air this week, Rihanna took to Twitter to blast CBS, writing, "CBS you pulled my song last week, now you wanna slide it back in this Thursday? NO, F*** you! Y'all are sad for penalizing me for this."
As for what she means by "penalizing" ... it's pretty clear she feels CBS will not allow her to move on from getting beaten by Chris Brown 5 years ago.
She followed that up by writing, "The audacity ..."
Rihanna was in Barbados Monday ... looking extremely good.

NBA Star Paul George APOLOGIZES For Stupid Ray Rice Tweet
10:47 AM PT -- Larry Bird (President of the Pacers) just ripped George over the comments ... saying, "Paul George's tweets from earlier were thoughtless and without regard to the subject of domestic violence and its seriousness in society."
Paul George's leg must be okay ... 'cause he's backpedaling HARD after tweeting out some STUPID comments about the Ray Rice situation.
The Indiana Pacers star came under fire IMMEDIATELY after writing, "I don't condone hittin women or think it's coo BUT if SHE ain't trippin then I ain't trippin.. Lets keep it movin lol let that man play!"
Stupid.
Then it got worse ... with George writing, "If you in a relationship and a woman hit you first and attacking YOU.. Then you obviously ain't beatin HER. Homie made A bad choice! #StayUp"
Were you even watching the same tape?? It wasn't exactly self defense, dude.
Didn't take long for George to realize he screwed up -- and less than an hour later, tweeted, "Let me apologize to the women and to the VICTIMS of domestic violence people my intent was not to downplay the situation."

Ray Rice Furious Celeb Reactions To Elevator Video
Seth Rogen -- I don't know much about football, but I know that Ray Rice is a piece of garbage who shouldn't be allowed to play it professionally anymore. @nflcommish your punishment for beating a woman is less than for smoking weed. Get your head out of your f**king ass.
Deion Sanders -- Instead of @RayRice27 and his Wife being the topic of your conversation today for the video let's PRAY for them and their marriage.
Michelle Beadle -- She must have used some pretty inflammatory words to deserve those punches. Two freaking games. Criminal act. Go sit in the corner.Did @nfl and @nflcommish really think this video wouldn't eventually surface? That we wouldn't see that disgrace? Never too late, Goodell
Jay Glazer -- I am never speechless. That ray rice video... beyond words. Ban him now! ...
If you play a violent sport & are violent toward a woman ur right to play that sport should be taken away. Plus his callous disregard for her well being after she was KO'd is equally as disturbing. Absolutely disgraceful
Keith Olbermann -- Roger Goodell's position as Commissioner of the NFL is no longer tenable. Whether he saw the #RayRice video or he did not, he failed.
Doug Gottlieb -- Remember when #Ravens fans gave #RayRice a standing O.... Twice? Good times
Coy Wire -- NFL Players Association should demand that Ray Rice be banned from the NFL. I'd be damned if I had to be associated w/ him.
Jason Jones -- @NFL If you truly didn't know about this video, you not only need to fire Ray Rice, you need to hire the investigative team @TMZ
Linda Cohn -- Looks like this #RayRice video was more important to discover for TMZSports than it was to the @NFL. Very sad.
Chris Kluwe -- Looks like the Ravens' strategy of "MOVE ALONG FOLKS, RAY RICE'S WIFE IS SORRY SHE GOT BEATEN" might not have been the best choice.
Sage Steele -- One of the most disgusting aspects of new #RayRice video? Failure of prosecutors in Atlantic County, NJ. Saw video & didn't prosecute? Sick.
Jamie Lee Curtis -- Roger Goodell shame on you and the NFL. Two games? Really? Two games? Assault is assault. Take an action. Find your mind.
Lisa Guerrero -- Outrageous. The @NFL interviewed Janay Palmer with Ray Rice in the room? Really?
By the way, the beginning of the new video appears to show #RayRice SPITTING on his fiancé before hitting her twice and knocking her out.
Ben Leber -- Not to take attention away from Ray Rice, but Goodell and his suits saw the elevator video in July. They need to be held accountable as well
Randy Cross -- So now we're supposed to believe that Rice & his counsel had access to the tape but the NFL & their NSA/Security didn't?
Skip Bayless -- Our legal system and our NFL commisisoner look so bad and shameful now that we've seen what actually happened inside that elevator.
My opinion: Ray Rice should be gone for the rest of the season.
Scott Fujita -- I'm glad no one this morning seems to care about yesterday's games. This piece of sh** needs to be out of the league. Period.
Brady Quinn -- Am I the only one who believes it should be a lifetime ban for the first time a player commits domestic violence? They should be done period.
Chris Harris -- The NFL should have zero tolerance for domestic violence. There is never a reason for any man to be violent towards any woman.
Duke Ihenacho -- Just so many things wrong with this situation. Spit, punch, trying to wake her up like she passed out on her own..na ain't coo
Terrance Knighton -- That man should be thrown out the the nfl and thrown into jail. Shame on those deciding his punishment. Smh
Sydney Leroux -- Yes, Ray Rice needs to be banned from the NFL but can we please get his wife some help for marrying him after the fact?
Marlon Wayans -- Watchin this @RayRice27 stuff and I say hitting a woman is not something a man should do. But I think that PEOPLE need 2 communicate better.
Tom Arnold -- I miss what Joan Rivers would've said about Ray Rice today.
Alex Holmes -- Scary revelation. Without @TMZ Donald Sterling still owns the Clippers and Ray Rice would still have a job. #letthatsinkin
Sen. Richard Blumenthal -- It shouldn’t take a video to do the right thing. I commend @Ravens but urge @nflcommish to act on harsher penalties for domestic abuse. -RB
Jenn Sterger -- At least the Ravens organization has stepped up where @nflcommish fumbled. Thank you Baltimore.
Taylor Twellman -- Sorry but I'm not applauding @Ravens for today's cutting of Ray Rice because fact is he'd be playing if not for @TMZ releasing the video.
B. Scott -- The video of Ray Rice punching his fiancée, knocking her out and then casually dragging her out the elevator is truly disturbing.
David Boreanaz -- How does the @nfl not KNOW about the video in the elevator of Ray Rice? #DontBuyIt
Christopher KID Reid -- How did people think Ray Rice's wife ended up knocked out???....a major fart from Ray?....too many Fireball shots by her?.... #YallKnew
Jeff Dunham -- No joke here: As a father of three girls, I say Ray Rice should be banned from every sport and should be serving hard time in prison.
David Clowney -- Ray Rice is a really good dude!! I don't believe he is a woman beater, I think he just made one awful mistake..
Holly Robinson Peete -- Right move. He could have killed her. Thank goodness for video. Shame NFL, law enforcement and Ravens had to be outted by TMZ... smh
Swin Cash -- It's very difficult to read some of these post blaming the victim in the ray rice situation. Disgusting!!! U have no idea how DV changes u
Ja Rule -- Damn Ray Rice NOT COOL he should get the LIFE ban
Mike Greenberg -- NFL teams do exhaustive research on the personal lives of players they draft in the fifth round. "We never saw it" is hard to fathom.
Terry Crews -- The Ray Rice incident occurred many times n my childhood, & I believe nothing'll change unless MEN change the culture that allows this abuse
Charlamagne Tha God -- And stop saying TMZ ruined Ray Rice's life. TMZ just doing their job. If he didn't hit her wouldn't be a video tape for TMZ to post.
Dick Vitale -- Rice CUT - The only right thing to do - #NOOTHERCHOICE
Maria Shriver -- Women's voices being heard.Take note. No place for domestic violence in the #NFL
Leigh Steinberg -- Did the NFL see the second tape that TMZ released prior to making Rice 2 game suspension? Doesn't really matter, they knew he punched her out
Tony Dungy -- Just landed in Tampa. NFL & Ravens releasing Ray Rice was only possible action after seeing video. Why didn't they see video before?

Rogen went to Twitter and blasted Rice -- and the NFL.
"I don't know much about football, but I know that Ray Rice is a piece of garbage who shouldn't be allowed to play it professionally anymore."

Lindsay Lohan Accused of Stealing 'Virtual Closet' App
Lindsay Lohan has been accused of stealing before ... but never digitally -- which is exactly what one web developer says LiLo and her brother Michael Jr. have done.
Lindsay and MiLo allegedly struck a deal with a tech entrepreneur named Fima Potik to work on his startup called Spotted Friend ... according to the NY Post.
The app allows users to see what clothes celebrities have in their closet ... then gives the person a chance to buy the threads -- and the celebs get a cut of the profits
LiLo tweeted about Spotted Friend in July 2013 ... but for some reason, the group parted ways -- and last month the Lohans started raising money for a similar app.
Now MiLo Jr, Lindsay and their new business partner have reportedly been slapped with a cease and desist ... threatening swift legal action if she doesn't stop.
Lilo's lawyer fired back, "Allegations of any impropriety in Lindsay Lohan’s business relationship concerning this Web site are inaccurate and clearly designed to capitalize on her worldwide recognition as a fashion icon.

Dez Bryant My Twitter Hashtag Deserves a Trademark
Dez Bryant is gunning to trademark his famous Twitter hashtag -- #ThrowUpTheX" -- in an effort to make sure he controls the use of his slogan on social media ... TMZ Sports has learned.
FYI -- the Dallas Cowboys star has been throwing up an "X" signal with his arms as a TD celebration for years ... and it's become his signature move with fans who often tweet pics of themselves to Dez "throwing up the X."
Now, we've learned Dez has filed documents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office ... looking to trademark #ThrowUpTheX for use in "news bulletins."
We did some digging ... and essentially, the "news bulletins" category covers computer software and other digital platforms that seems to cover social media.
So why trademark a hashtag? We spoke with Dez's rep who says they want to make sure no one else can take the hashtag and use it for unapproved non-Dez related activities.
Bryant has also started a "Throw Up The X" clothing line ... and we're told he hopes to grow the brand into an Under Armour-type company ... eventually signing other stars to endorsement deals.
Currently, the trademark for #ThrowUpTheX is pending -- and could take months until officials make a decision.
Stay tuned ...

McKayla Maroney I Was Underage in Hacked Nude Pics
Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney says she was under 18 when the hacked nude photos of her were taken ... and now she's taking legal action against several porn sites that reposted the images.
TMZ has learned one of Maroney's attorneys fired off a letter to Porn.com ... informing the site that McKayla was underage in several of the photos. The letter demands the images of McKayla -- who turned 18 last December -- be taken down immediately.
Another attorney for the gymnast sent a different letter to multiple websites stating Maroney owns the copyright on the hacked photos.
The legal claims by her attorneys are a strong indication the photos really do show McKayla -- even though she said on Twitter they were "fake photos." It's also possible only portions of the images are really McKayla. The letter is not specific.
A rep for Porn.com tells us they immediately removed the pics once they got the letter from Maroney's attorney.

Chris Bosh has struck again.
For some reason (we're still trying to figure this out) the Heat star decided to attend the Emmys with his wife last night ... and decided to amuse himself by photobombing one of the most famous actors in the world, Matt McConaughey.
Of course, Bosh is somewhat of a photobombing pro ... the guy targeted teammates during post-game interviews almost every week last season.

Zelda then deleted her tweet and apologized, saying "I should've risen above."

Robin Williams 'Selfish' for Committing Suicide Says Todd Bridges
Robin Williams' death had been reported for just minutes, when "Diff'rent Strokes" star Todd Bridges bashed Williams for committing suicide ... calling it "a very selfish act."
Bridges moaned he's had a hard time too but didn't take what he implies is the easy way out: "You don't think that my life has been hell and I've had so many ups and downs now. If I did that what am i showing my children that when it gets tough that's the way out No you gotta buckle down ask God to help you. That's when prayer really comes into effect."
Bridges did give him this, "Rest in peace Robin Williams I hope you found what you were looking for."
A few hours later Bridges apologized for the timing of his comments, saying ... "My best friend committed suicide a few months ago, and I was devastated to discover that he did not solicit my help. I am sure that my attitude toward Williams's death was a delayed reaction of my best friend's death. Again, I apologize for my negative comment, and I ask forgiveness for any pain that I have caused anyone."
