Forget the Eiffel Tower ... S.F. Giants rookie Mauricio Dubon turned to Paris' version of Mickey Mouse to propose to his smokin' hot GF -- and it worked, 'cause she told him yes!!

Dubon -- one of the top minor league prospects in the MLB heading into this season -- was on an offseason vacay with his girlfriend, Nancy Herrera, when he decided to get down on one knee at Disneyland Paris.

Right in front of a pond and Mickey shrubbery ... the 25-year-old shortstop asked Nancy to marry him -- and she said of course!!

The video is adorable ... the two look SUPER happy -- and Nancy wrote on social media afterward, "I LOVE YOU and what a great blessing to be able to share the rest of my days with my best friend and the love of my life"

Mauricio ain't a star yet -- he's still an up-and-comer in the big leagues ... but he sure knows how to pick out a ring -- check out the INSANE rock!!!

Don't worry, Dubon can afford it ... he played on a 1-year, $555,000 deal this season -- and he could be in line for a fat contract if he lives up to his potential in 2020.

Mariah Carey thinks Nick Cannon is just being silly when he says he wants to rekindle their flame ... and she's definitely not on the same wave.

We got Mariah leaving her Friday lunch at Mr. Chow in Bev Hills and our guy asked how she feels about her ex-husband's recent comments about wanting to get back together.

In case you missed it ... Nick was on T.I.'s podcast recently and told the rapper he would happily jump back into marriage with Mariah, calling the singer his "dream girl."

Mariah, who finalized her divorce with Nick way back in 2016, thinks he's just kidding about the whole remarriage thing ... and it sounds like she's not taking his comments seriously.

As for the single life, Mariah's keeping her options open ... and Nick apparently ain't the only one who could win her over.

Rickie Fowler is officially a married man ... the golf superstar got hitched to track hottie Allison Stokke during a beach ceremony last weekend!!

Fowler and Stokke spilled the beans on Friday ... sharing the announcement with pics of their ceremony after somehow keeping it under wraps for nearly a week.

The couple tied the knot at an undisclosed beach location on Saturday ... with Fowler rockin' a powder blue suit and white kicks (we're guessing they're Pumas).

Fun fact -- Justin Bieber's longtime stylist and Fowler's bud, Ryan Good, served as the officiant for the big event.

"last week was the best yet...she’s mine...still winning," Fowler said in his IG post ... with Stokke adding, "10.5.19....and it just keeps getting better!"

30-year-old Fowler and 30-year-old Stokke's superstar friends congratulated the couple on their big day -- from Tom Brady to Paulina Gretzky to Michelle Wie.

Of course, Fowler is currently ranked No. 19 on the PGA Tour ... and Stokke is a pro pole vaulter and fitness model. They have been together for years ... and got engaged (also on the beach) back in June 2018.

Safaree and Erica Mena tied the knot in a blowout ceremony at a castle ... and we've got the first look at her wedding dress!!!

The 'Love and Hip Hop' stars got married Monday at the Legacy Castle in New Jersey ... and Erica was wearing a flowing white dress, which matched Safaree's white tuxedo.

Our sources say Safaree started crying as Erica walked down the aisle with her son ... and 'L&HH' cameras were on hand to capture the couple's very emotional day.

The wedding was super tight-knit and personal -- just family and close friends -- and there were a handful of celebs in attendance ... including Remy Ma, Joe Budden, Papoose and 'L&HH' castmates Sierra and Karlie Redd.

After the ceremony, Safaree and Erica changed into different outfits for a wild reception inside the castle ... and we're told the party lasted way past midnight!!!

Oh and check out the matching wedding bands ... they're covered with over 48 carats of invisible set baguette diamonds surrounded by solitaire brilliant round diamonds. The rings were designed by Eden Diamonds in New York, and we're told they took 2 months to complete and are valued at $128,500.

No matter what happens on "Monday Night Football" ... 49ers D-lineman D.J. Jones is still winning -- 'cause the guy proposed to his GF before the game -- AND SHE SAID YES!!!

The scene was amazing ... just an hour or so before Jones' Niners squared off with the Browns -- he decided to pop the surprise question to his girlfriend, Kayla Fannin.

Jones told her to look up at the sky ... and when she turned her head, the 24-year-old quickly got down on one knee.

When she turned back around ... the magic happened -- 'cause he asked her to marry him, and she told him of course!!!

The two have been dating for a few years now ... she's been coming to his games every so often -- and the couple is adorable!!!

As for Jones' on-field play, he's been a regular starter for the Niners this season ... and we'll all be watching to see if the good pregame news gives him a boost.

Hailey Bieber is finally ready to give it up -- pictures of her in her wedding dress, that is.

Mrs. Bieber just posted several professional shots of her wearing her custom backless gown, which was commissioned by Louis Vuitton's artistic director for menswear, Virgil Abloh. Sounds like he had it done through his other fashion company though ... Off-White.

Hailey thanked Virgil and co., writing ... "@virgilabloh thank you for making my vision come to life and creating my dream dress. You and your @off____white team are incredible and I’m forever grateful I got to wear your beautiful creation ❤️."

She also threw in some pics of her and the groom together, with Justin looking super spiffy in his tux. Hailey captioned a photo of them with, "last Monday was the most special day of my life:)." The words "TILL DEATH DO US PART" were embroidered on her train too.

There is nothing blessed about a bride and groom's wedding photo in front of the notorious Wall from "The Handmaid's Tale" ... so say some outraged fans of the show.

A photography company shared this shot Wednesday of the happy couple kissing on their big day, but the location and Photoshopping of the pic has not drawn much praise ... instead, people find it sickening.

The newlyweds' photo is in front of the wall in Cambridge, Ontario used for filming "The Wall" on the Hulu series.

For those unfamiliar ... The Wall is a boundary of the city where "The Handmaid's Tale" takes place, and bodies of executed men and women who have disobeyed the laws are often hung there as a warning to others.

Yeah, pretty dark stuff.

Justin Bieber's in a playful mood with his bride, Hailey Bieber -- after their destination wedding -- but not enough to jet off on a fab honeymoon ... not immediately, anyway.

The Biebers' private jet touched down in L.A. Tuesday night, putting a bow on the South Carolina bash where they tied the knot for a second time. While they opted for a homecoming instead of a romantic vacay ... it didn't damper their mood on the plane.

Justin was clowning around a bit with the missus ... telling her to get off him and quit smooching cause it's not what married couples do. Hailey playfully pouted before Justin responded, "Aww, I'm just kidding." Sickeningly cute baby talk. It's like they just got married or something.

Justin Bieber took a bling cue from the Kardashian clan -- opting to use their private jeweler to gift himself a super-rare watch that's worth a pretty penny.

Sources tell us that the gold watch JB debuted on Instagram Monday -- which he called "a lil wedding gift" for himself -- is actually quite exceptional, in that it's from a rare, vintage luxury line of watches ... with this one retailing somewhere in the 6-figure range.

The watch is an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 5402BA, a line that dates back to the 1970s ... and that isn't really made all that much anymore. Current models of AP Royal Oaks have an average price tag of around $50k ... but we're told JB's was worth at least double that.

Now, it's unclear if Justin ended up paying that amount himself -- but if he wanted to auction off the timepiece ... he could probably get in the ballpark of $100k, and possibly more.

Sources at the Biebers' blowout South Carolina wedding bash tell TMZ ... Justin and Hailey hosted a huge sleepover for all their friends and family Sunday night at the Montage Palmetto Bluff, complete with a screening of their favorite flick, plus some fun and games.

Our sources say the evening had a carnival theme ... and there was a huge spread of ice cream and candy, a giant dance party, bowling and a big game of capture the flag.

The party lasted deep into the night ... we're told Justin and Hailey surprised everyone around 1 AM when they busted out a bunch of water guns, and a huge water fight ensued!!!

A select group of the Biebers' wedding guests hopped on boats and headed over to the rehearsal dinner at the Montage Palmetto Bluff ... and their family and friends make up a pretty star-studded affair.

The rehearsal peeps included Justin's dad, Jeremy, and his family, Hailey's dad, Stephen, along with Uncle Billy and Chynna Phillips ... and famous friends like Kendall Jenner, Justine Skye and Fai Khadra.

Everyone looked stylish and happy -- enjoying a boat cocktail will do that -- as they arrived for the shindig.

The Biebers shouldn't run out of hydrating refreshments on their big day ... thanks to a local juice shop supplying enormous quantities of delicious drinks.

Justin and Hailey's people visited The Juice Hive in Bluffton, South Carolina Sunday to place a large order, because Justin really wants organic juice on hand for wedding guests. As you know ... the event is scheduled for Monday evening at the Montage Palmetto Bluff.

The Biebers ordered 20 gallons at 60 bucks a pop ... so that's $1,200 for the nuptial juice.

The Juice Hive order includes 3 main flavors -- Orange Bee, which is carrot and apple juice ... Red Bee, which adds beet to the mix ... and Green Bee, which is spinach, kale, cucumber and celery.

The stage is almost set for Justin and Hailey Bieber to walk down the aisle (again) in South Carolina, and if you're unfamiliar with the venue ... give it a gander, why don't ya.

As we've reported ... the Biebers are hosting their second round of nuptials this Monday at the Montage Palmetto Bluff -- a private 20,000 acre estate that's nestled up against the May River and features tons of buildings, including two chapels.

There's a smaller one, called the May River Chapel, and a larger one dubbed the Sommerset Chapel ... which can seat up to 185 guests. If the work being done on the grounds this Saturday is any indication, Justin and Hailey will put that bigger space to use.

Justin and Hailey Bieber are getting ready for a lavish wedding in South Carolina ... but some of the guests at the hotel, where the shindig is going down, are LIVID because the nuptials are screwing with their vacations.

Justin and Hailey are set to walk down the aisle Monday at the Montage Palmetto Bluff, and some of the most prized areas on the property are being closed off from hotel guests.

The Montage hotel sent guests an email, obtained by TMZ, informing them their stay will have some pretty big hiccups. The email was sent late Wednesday, and some of the guests are angry they're getting such late notice.

According to the email, Montage guests are barred from using the spa, a pool and a fancy restaurant for 48 hours while the Biebers enjoy unlimited access during their destination wedding. The heavy restrictions are in place from noon Sunday to noon Tuesday -- so say goodbye to Sunday Funday.

Hailey Bieber's a sucker for monstrous penis-shaped cups in the hands of friends like Kendall Jenner -- 'cause when you're the bride-to-be everyone does as you please.

Hailey, Kendall and several other friends were wildin' out Wednesday night in L.A. for Mrs. Bieber's bachelorette party. They started the festivities with dinner at Ysabel, and then made their way over to Delilah nightclub in WeHo.

In the pics, you can see how delighted Hailey was at the sight of Kendall working the phallic sippy cup. BTW, the straws were also penis-shaped, so ... pretty much every bachelorette party you've ever seen or attended.

Hailey was rocking a strapless, bridal white dress, complete with a veil, diamond necklace and, of course, her blinding gigantic diamond ring. Hell of a sendoff just days before she and Justin Bieber walk down the aisle in South Carolina.
